F. F.Stayed at the property on 4th Feb for 2 nights at the Studio Apartment, I must say the layout of the Studio was amazing also the space. The location was perfect, everything was just beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely recommend to family and friends and go back. Thanks Bernie for your wonderful help with my last minute booking.
S. B.Stayed in room 121 and would definitely not recommend that room as it smelled so strongly of damp and mildew and everything constantly felt damp. If you have compromised breathing it would be a serious health risk! Lack of free WiFi is ridiculous these days, and for the prices they were charging for it, you would be better off buying extra data from your own provider if required. Room decor was very tired and the couch lumpy. A good sized room though and the shower was good. Pools were nice, but the heated spa wasn't working. Thai restaurant food was tasty, but it was like eating in an office cafeteria and the waiter was a smart arse. Right on the beach, but given the poor weather we travelled into Coffs each day to find other things to do, so I wouldn't recommend the location unless you are planning on lounging by the pool each day and that's all. Unable to travel home due to flood waters we needed to extend our holiday by an extra night, but we did not choose to stay here any longer and found a cleaner, dryer, more modern and comfortable motel in town instead.
C.Just north of the big banana, right on the beach, had pool facilities, tennis courts, beauty centre and a yummy looking Thai restaurant.
I didn't stay in the resort itself, My friend has a villa here so we stayed there. But it looks like a nice place to stay for a holiday :)
T. O.Great villas, and right on the beach! The beach isn't protected, though there is a spa and several outdoor pools and tennis courts and a small playground and river/stream. The Thai restaurant is pretty good and well prised, although the portion size is a little small. Overall great holiday stay, although it would be useful if there were more bins around the streets.
M.Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities here. The apartment was well equipt with everything you needed...tennis balls, pool noodles and games. We liked the Thai restaurant on site very yummy but the only thing was that the rice was a little raw....
H. W.Absolutely loved this place! It has a villa concept, where each villa has it's own layout. We stayed in number 167, which was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, with a kitchen, living room, outdoor sitting and laundry facilities.
It's just 2 minutes walk away from the beach, and there is access to 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a small gym and 2 tennis courts.
It's family friendly and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying over in coffs harbour.

We stayed in room 144, severe need of a renovation, crumbling walls, water damaged cabinets and doors, the location is what saves it, beach front and several pools its great for little kids and the service from front desk and even the people around the facilities was really great and welcoming. Definitely not a 5 star resort but definitely could be. It's a little bit out of Coffs buy about 8 mins so if you need to get food or anything you have to drive. Other than that it's ok.

Some of the few downsides are, the villas aren't serviced daily or even second daily, although bin maintenance by the grounds keepers is. The beach is way too rough to swim at however local beaches aren't far. Friendly staff and wildlife in the surrounds.

L. M.We went here for five days and had an incredible time. The rooms were very nice and had everything we could possibly need. We had a beautiful view and many different activities provided to us buy the owners like tennis rackets and a variety of board games. They also provided us withe a large array of complimentary food which made it easier to make dinner on the day of arrival. The resort also is a minute walk away from a private beach, two pools, spa, gym and tennis courts. Overall it was a great time and I would highly recommend this place for future holidays
C. C.We stayed in the sea urchin apartment. Really large sized apartment with a huge king sized bed that’s really comfy. Within 50 metres of the beach and closer to the on site pool.
the apartment itself is a little dated but it’s comfy. The bathroom is dated but definitely functional. bathtub is a little small but the shower is hot and pressure is good.
the kitchen is ok. the utensils need to be upgraded/replaced as they’re kind of old cheap kmart items. I was disappointed that the kettle was really dirty and icecube tray was broken but these are easily fixed items.
overall, i’d stay here again.
D. L.A clean and quiet resort destination that is family friendly. Not the most modern, but the beds are comfortable and showers work well. The resort is located 10 minutes drive to the town centre and Big Banana. Definitely a nice place to relax and unwind.
C. L.We stayed in an 8 bed villa for a family reunion. The room has recently spruced up with decent beds, carpet and a new kitchen. However, this could not hide the fact that underneath the new paint some aspects were very tatty and dated. Most aspects of the pool and other facilities were well maintained even if a bit past their prime. Value is fair considering the location.

M. V.An absolutely beautiful location on the beach front. It was perfect for our 3 families. The 2 different pool areas kept the 2 year olds, 8 and 11 year olds very entertained and happy. The heating of the larger pool and the spas were perfect. The indoor spa was another awesome feature. The bbq facilities right out our door, along with the extra beachfront tables meant we could have a lovely dinner and beachside breakfast. The Big Banana, blueberry picking, other beaches and shops were all only a short drive away. The entire resort felt peaceful and relaxing for the entire week of our stay. The staff were particularly polite, helpful and friendly. This place was magic!
K. A.Lovely grounds and surrounds right on the beach with several pools and spas nestled amongst many freestanding villas along winding paths with clumps of palm trees. It would be good in such a large resort to have a You Are Here Map and a guide to where the villas are located, or clear signs to villa numbers on the avenues, as we all got lost in there. Also friends were told they had booked at Sapphire Beach Resort not Nautilus, which caused confusion when consulting google maps.

Bernie is extremely helpful, very proactive and looks after her customers by providing an exceptional customer service which is hard to find! I would highly recommend staying at Nautilus as they location is perfect and so is the customer service!!
