S. F.Drove in off the street halfway on our travels, and received a warm welcome and hospitality. The rooms are super clean and modern. Clean pool and bbq area all ready for use at our leisure. We only stayed one night but will endeavour to get here again if we’re requiring a stay overnight locally again. 5 stars very happy. 👍👍👍👍

Clean shower with hot water
Reception is always there to help 24/7 happily
It's a great place for 1or 2 nights
Didn't use any outdoor facilities.
Would be awesome if there's a vendor machine for cold drinks

A. S.Nice, neat and very clean room, quiet even though it's close to the highway.
Air conditioner worked well, fridge was cold, the freezer got my water bottles icy cold but didn't freeze them.
I slept peacefully after a long day on the road.
Only disappointment was that there wasn't any of the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

J. O.The place was fresh and clean. Bed very comfortable but no cutlery plates or breadboard even though there was a toaster jug and microwave there for food preparation.

C. T.The room was basic but more importantly clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided including fresh milk in fridge.The room had air conditioning which kept us really comfy during the hot day and night. The bed was also comfortable to help get a good nights sleep. Our shower was absolutely fantastic however no shampoo and conditioner only soap provided lucky we had brought our own. The motel was really busy however we weren't disturbed by any noise. There is a pool if you want to swim. We parked our car right outside our door. We'd use this service again.

J. L.Hardly slept a wink- walls were paper thin & could hear people yelling & talking loudly outside our door till very late. Very small basic room but bathroom was clean. Would not stay again due to the noise.
B. M.4 years ago 2017: The place was clean and tidy. TV remote control didn't work. Kept awake by people talking outside my room at 11pm and again at 5 am the next morning again by talking and cars leaving. Good location, fairly cheap. I'll give it one more try. Today 2021: 2nd go. Again clean and tidy. Our unit seems to have been fairly recently renovated. A couch to sit on. Toaster, jug, microwave and usual mini fridge. Long useful counter to put food, bags and other stuff. A/C worked well for heat. So a pretty good unit on the inside. The outside doesn't look great, ok, not great. Biggest gripe would be the wifi. Basically it doesn't work. Almost a deal breaker these days. TV remote still doesn't work well... I increased my star rating from 2 to 3
P. K.Probably a bit expensive for what it was. Unfortunately the A1 right at your door is very noisy overnight and along with a very hard mattress made for very little sleep! Room was ok and clean.
C. H.If all you are after is an inexpensive room for the night then Palm Valley is fine. Don't expect modern facilities, a mini bar or big screen TV... It's clean, reasonably quiet and good for a family. I'll be staying there again even though it's not the Hilton !!

We have been refurbishing our rooms and rooms 1,2,3,and 4 as mentioned and many other rooms have been or are in the process of being refurbished.
We have now rectified room 12.
Ian you mentioned it would NOT BE your last stay with us, so next time in we will discuss it further with you.
