L. W.Stayed here recently for two weeks with my daughter, we loved it! Love the beautiful slice of land the resort is on, the cabin was well sized for it's price and the pool area was top notch.
In a super convenient location
Plenty of privacy and the staff were hardly seen but super friendly when when they were.
Only cons would be not having an easier contact for enquiries before booking as office is closed, super noisy from the motorway traffic, the games room was pretty old and the rooms walls and furniture were a bit dirty and aged/uncomfy.
Would recommend to everyone, and would definitely book again

N. d. T.We just had an amazing stay here. Bravo to staff and management doing an amazing job. The grounds here are immaculately kept and the bungalow layout is very unique and picturesque. We had an opportunity to see a few different rooms and recommend asking management to ask what upgrades are available if you are like us and just booked the cheapest available. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend others to stay. Prior to staying we searched extensively and also stayed at a few other resorts locally. Paradise Palms is by far our top choice for value and setting.
T. C.Good value for money older style cabins and a good central location. Note - there is nothing to eat within walking distance so come prepared. Very helpful staff on the phone, only disappointment was the cleanliness was very poor, cutlery was filthy and all needed to be washed.

Tranquil and private as grounds are big. Owner around but not intrusive. Available when needed but no where to be seen every other time. Really enjoyed our stay. When in coffs again. We will definitely stay here. And looking forward to what else the resort has to offer. As owner is in process of upgrading areas of resort which would provide guests with a much more enjoyable experience. Thank you for having us!
R. S.Enjoyed our time there.. staff very friendly. Although the whole place needs a good scrub. The vinyl on the lounge was peeling off and stuck on our legs. When I unfolded the lounge there was dust and dirt in fold on top. When we booked we asked for rooms close together with the rest of our family and found when we got there we were at opposite ends of the place. Would have been nice to swim without the duck droppings.
S. M.Stayed here for one night in December 2019, booked the studio but received upgrade to the 4 bed apartments. These were brilliant, truly spacious, massive lounge area with leather sofa and the biggest TV I have had in an Australian Hotel, plus Foxtel.
Fully equipped kitchen, massive fridge, big dining table, plus another on the spacious balcony.
There are a few minor maintenance issues mentioned by others, but I can easily turn a blind eye to these when compensated by the huge room, fantastic grounds and reasonable pricing. If you are OCD consider alternatives.
Both the wife and I smoke, which you can on the balcony. What I would ask other smokers to consider is making sure you close the door when using this convenience, the next guest might be more sensitive.
I read another review that complained the dishes were dirty, the owners ask you to wash up before you leave, so don't blame the owners for a fault of the previous guest.
F. W.The photos shown are nothing like the cabin we got. It's much more basic and dated than that (too bad I didn't take photos) Reception was unreachable by phone as we wanted to advise about late check-in. Cabin door was difficult to open with the key (#27). Wanted to report it at checkout but again there's nobody at reception. Room was just ok. Quite a bit of dust hanging off ceiling, walls and furniture needs a good wipe. Towels provided were dirty and stained. Thankfully the bed linen and bathroom were clean. Curtains were hard to shut close. Basically this place need some maintenance. Think of a cheap motel, not a resort when you book. Also you can hear traffic noise from the main road at night.
J. M.Absolutely in love. The bungalows are so cute and cosy. Clean and tidy property and great communication from staff . Definitely a great stay.
R. C.Good value for price, the cheaper rooms are a bit dated but comfortable, but other villas have been updated. Has good cooking facility in room, stove and microwave, good balcony with tables and chairs and great views. Grounds very well kept and a lot of outdoor space with lovely big trees. Indoor pool needs to be a little warmer if possible but very good. Good games room and has an outdoor pool too.
P. N.Golfing heaven. Resort-loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful, pointed us in the right direction regarding great car hire. We were in a great apartment. Close enough to Cairns, but not too close. Close enough to Port Douglas and Palm Beach, but not too close. We did not choose it for its food, though this was not too bad. We chose it for its golf, and the course does not disappoint. They have rejigged layout, challenging for all golfing levels. Proshop very helpful, however make sure that you have any vouchers confirmed, as communication from resort to course is...not so good. Otherwise, really recommend this as a great holiday destination
g. 2.Good room, well equipped kitchen, just no oven. Great size shower but no room to dry yourself, best done in the out of the bathroom.
We did have a bit a ant problem, the mop was cheap and nasty and broke and the broom is made for the very short. Reception wasn't open much.
But the best thing there was the restuarant, some of the best food around. Expensive, but u get what u pay for. Plus the waiter was very hot 😍
A. G.We stayed in a brand new (and I mean completely brand new) spa bure and all I can say about my complete stay was fantastic. The staff were lovely. The restaurant, which we were told has only been open a while and it looks new too, was to die for. The room was spotlessly clean and really spacious compared to normal motel and resort rooms. We could see the sea from our balcony and the big outdoor pool over the beautiful grounds and gardens. I am so relaxed after our 4 days, it was exactly what we needed and we will return. We booked it originally because it was such good value and now that we have been, it is even better value.
M. A.Friendly, accommodating staff, clean comfortable rooms and good amenities. Indoor and outdoor pools are great for all weather swimming, and the games room is fantastic with great oldschool arcade games, pinball, air hockey and a jukebox. The grounds are minimal but beautiful. The pond by the chapel is very scummy but great for spotting some turtles.
The rooms are quite outdated and feel like they haven't been renovated since the 80's - and be warned, they supply ONE-PLY toilet paper, so it would be best to bring some rolls with you if you prefer real toilet paper.
Make sure you put the address in your GPS and BE ALERT when you arrive. The signage is terrible - a huge, huge sign, but tiny the thin text logo is very hard to spot while driving and the driveway is hidden behind another business's driveway. This resulted in a 15+ minute U-turn because of the motorway.
J. C.We were looking for bungalows for office party up to 15 people and this was the only ones left in Coffs Harbour for Christmas.
When we arrived there location was perfect.
We were there for 4 nights with 4 bungalows and we all loved it.
Kylie was so nice and we will recommend people to go there if you need to relax.

C. S.I liked it overall. Nice location, just 7 minutes north of Coffs Harbour CBD. We rented a villa which sleeps 5. We asked for another bed, however it was not provided. Perhaps they forgot? The place was booked out 100%.
Good hot water, airconditioning for part of the villa.
Kitchen facilities were old and laundry facilities were shared with other guests.
Would I stay again? Yes, but don't expect 5 star treatment. Perhaps if you come at a less busy time of the year, you might have more attention from the staff.
J. H.Beautiful and so much room to move. We have had a beautiful view from all our cabins and nothing like the normal hotel rooms, they are more like a little house. Our rooms felt private and quiet although the resort was full on many occassions. We have stayed on numerous occassions now and stayed in many of the rooms, depending on what we want to pay and what conveniences we are after that trip. The cheap smaller budget rooms are clean and fine but the many brand new ones are a real treat and if we are staying more than one night we usually book number 3 which is an executive open plan bure and i would put that room as a 4.5 star room above other resorts which are higher stars.
R. S.Older style resort with beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodation. There Is a range of accommodation, from single room, motel style bures, through very dated 1 bedroom apartments to 2 bedroom bures with great views over the grounds. We had a recently renovated 2 bedroom bure which had everything necessary for a relaxing break. A minor drawback was the lack of an ensuite, and the toilet was in the bathroom, so it could be inconvenient if you have teenage children. There was also no laundry attached to the bure. The beds however were excellent. I recommend the renovated accommodation. There is some noise from the nearby highway, but this was not intrusive. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) were clean and well maintained, the outdoor spa was a little hazy, so we didn't use it.
A. B.It was average. I stayed with my family. It was just out of Coffs but close enough to the beach.
The room was a bit dirty, I went to use the mop and it was very dirty and mouldy, some dirty dishes In cupboard, ripped couch, lack of staff, dusty and dirty under beds and couches were ripped .

I have no hesitation to recommend this resort to all my friends or to anyone. We'll definitely use the Paradise Palm Resort in the future.
B. P.Went here for a wedding, i have nothing but great things to say about this place. The massive spa bath in the room i had was amazing along with the food they serve at the restaurant. It's a nice quiet little place to drop in for a quick nap or take a few days off and relax with the beach just over the highway.
N. N. N.Shower is a bit low for someone around 6 foot, bed was sunken in the middle making it uncomfortable & the toilet space was that small that it makes hard to be able to clean yourself. But it is a nice place with minimal noise from hiway traffic.
V. N.The resort is located a bit outside the hustle of coffs harbour town and that's the speciality of it. The resort is maintained well, clean. It's better to ask for partial ocean view which has good wind and views in the morning. Will recommend it definitely. Great place for that price.
E. C.We stayed in an exectutive spa apartment, it was comfortable, but im glad we paid a special rate due to shopping around online as it definitely didnt feel "executive" at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable and we had to clean the spa bath before we used it as it hadn't been done.

The relaxed quiet atmosphere was just what we needed. The spa and pools were lovely, and the scenery surrouding them is perfect. The place is large enough to accomodate several large families, without disturbing anyone else (we dont have children, but we saw heaps and heard NONE!). I was surprised how little the noise travelled. I regularly travel to Coffs Harbour, and after several, almost traumatizing experiences, i know i will never stay anywhere but here.
Great price. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Great rooms. Great gardens. Great games room. Just GREAT. I could not reccommend this place enough!! The staff clearly spend a lot of time making this place what it is.

W.After a long trip down to Sydney from Brisbane for a funeral and then back again with a 3year old and a teething 9month old we were at our wits end we were just going to drive through but pulled over in front of this place and decided to go in and see if they had any two bedders and were really surprised when they said yes it was the Two Bedroom Bure when we walked into the Bure we were blown away it was nice clean and functioning we even let our bub crawl on the floor myself I could have lived in it full-time lol.
Even though the restaurant was not taking any more orders closed for the night they still made a pizza for us life savers to be honest.
We only stayed one night and paid $149 and it was well worth it and are thinking of booking it out for a few more weekends over the coming year.
Only negative is they only do breakfast on school holidays bit of a shame.
Its not 5stars but we were not expecting that.
n. b.Nice staff, nice grounds, good budget place to stay. Good pool for the kids. Highway noise is pretty extreme otherwise would rate 4 stars or more when taking into account cheap rates
