We stayed for 3 days , including Australia Day and had a great time with the location being just perfect for the activities around the Quay and on the harbour. The room was luxurious and spacious and more than comfortable.

Awesome service, friendly, helpful staff. Great location, good size rooms and modern interior, one of the best highlight of our stay in Sydney. Thank you!

What a delightful suite! So well designed and comfortable. So close to everything especially with an elder in wheelchair. So clean and such views and fresh air due to excellent balcony. Top notch!

Nice place to stay. Amazing views. if you want to stay right on the harbour this is the place. Just make sure to ask for harbour side :)

Stunning place! What a hoot. I had the best time! I booked it for Nov 1st on the spur of the moment when I was drinking champagne in my spa. Little did the government know that they had made freedom day the same day as fairies moving day of the ancient Celtic religion. So I did a spell. I came down from the regions to Sydney. The hotel is so gorgeous. They upgraded me to a garden view suite, newly refurbished. I didn't want to go out, except to buy a small bottle of wine. I melted chocolate in the microwave and had chocolate covered strawberries. A friend from the Philippines saw I was there, they were doing a class at the Rocks. I said "Come over!" I'm cooking dinner". But the stove wouldn't work. Management came up and they couldn't turn it on either. The manager was so nice. We had a chat about what I was going to cook for dinner, Rendang curry. I suggested they give me another room to cook dinner in so I didn't need to move all my things. He thought that was a great idea. A short time later the desk clerk came up with another key. It was for a suite at the other end of the hall. My friend and I were a bit excited as we opened the door and discovered the incredible rooms they had given us. Absolutely stunning views of the harbour over Circular Quay towards the Rocks (where I grew up) and the Harbour Bridge. It was very nostalgic for me. I had watched the whole city being built as I grew up. There is a balcony with a little table and chairs where we ate dinner. I can't say anyone is ever going to have such a marvelous time as I did but if you can ever afford a splurge, there is magic in this hotel. The garden suites are calm and serene, the Harbour views are vibrant and alive. I had coffee looking at the harbour in the morning. I honestly loved both equally. They are absolutely quiet and the breakfast room is supurb. The staff are treasures. Thank you so much for my amazing wonderful trip. Good luck and farwell Sydney.

Great atmosphere and Great views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the harbour especially at night. The bar is trendy and offers good selection of wines and cocktails and food. Unbelievable location we enjoyed a romantic night out in Sydney and found the Pullman Quay Bar as we strolled and the circular Quay. Clean, friendly staff, whenever we visit Sydney we drop in to the Pullman day or night for a beverage and quiet time while feeling the breeze from the harbour. Highly recommended for a night cap !

The location, customer service and rooms are fantastic!! We were well looked after on our stay and photos on website don’t do the rooms justice.
F.
Wonderful team members who take good care of you. Nice cool, like an apartment in the city all your needs met and a Spa Bath.
L. P.
Good location to watch the Harbour Bridge and also the Circular Quay Station in the CBD of Sydney.

We were spending the weekend with my elderly mobility limited mum and everyone was so considerate and helpful, very much appreciated

I love this Hotel. This was my second staycation at this Hotel within a few months because I enjoyed my first stay so much. The location is prime, being across the road from the Royal Botanic Gardens, and a short walk to the Opera House, The Rocks, and to Circular Quay railway station. I loved my room. It was a one-bedroom suite and such a good size, with a large lounge room, a decent size kitchen (not that I used anything other than the fridge for my wine), a good size bathroom with a spa bath that filled quickly and a shower with strong water pressure. The bed was comfy and the choice of pillows was lovely. On top of all that, all the staff I encountered were very professional, polite and friendly.
J. F.
Couldn't fault the Pullman. Very welcoming staff, friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and extremely clean with a large lounge room and verandah overlooking the Botanical Gardens. Facilities in the hotel are excellent too, every effort made with attention to detail. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you.

Update: Thank you, I enjoyed this place so much. The location was amazing, and so was the view. I’ve stayed here a few times, once even on New Years, this hotel is honestly the best one I’ve ever been to. My only issue is the elevator to the pool, it’s a bit clunky but the pool it’s self was really nice. Stay here you won’t regret it!

A real surprise here...tucked at the northern end of Sydney adjacent to the beautiful botanical Gardens and at the door step of opera house, circular quay and abundance of eateries and conveniences this stop really is a lovely location.
Room was very spacious a few hiccups here sadly with housekeeping detail lacking as pictured and a door to the balcony that did not lock..
Otherwise a beautiful room...abundance of mini bar options....and to our surprise a laundry!!!!!! I'm not sure that's even mentioned in room booking details.
A cute balcony ( we overlooked botanical gardens with glimps of Opera house and harbour)....a very family friendly room.
Breakfast was fancy and priced accordingly with spectacular harbour view, staff lovely and willing to accommodate requests.
Also has a stunning bar area you could sit and enjoy for many hours.
***No children's breakfast menu option!!!
Check in and out simple and quick.
would happily stay again...

Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing views.

We have been coming to this hotel for 15 years as the location is second to none the size of the rooms and the fact the rooms have balconies . The staff have always been pleasant and welcoming however what i am very disappointed in is the " experience ".
One would think with how many times we have been here and much money we have spent especially in the last 8 months that even a bottle of bubbly , chocolates or restaurant voucher could have been offered for our extreme loyalty. Unfortunately i send my clients to shangri la as they go the extra mile. As its my business i need for my clients to be impressed.
It saddens me that the quay dosent see that loyalty should be rewarded .As our future stays might need to be elsewhere.
Kind regards
Lisa Hall

Have stayed here many times & love this hotel. The rooms a great size & very comfortable. You can have a room that looks towards the Harbour bridge or the Botanical gardens. Staff have always been very friendly and professional.
A. V.
It just doesn’t get better than this. Definitely worth the money. Staff are not only well trained - but genuinely happy Their obliging attitude never changes. Always cheerful and very professional. Any issues are attended to promptly and seamlessly. I will always come back here. This is now my favourite hotel.

We stayed at the Pullman Quay Grand to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were in a one bedroom deluxe Harbour view suite. It was stylishly decorated with a beautiful view! We also ate dinner at Q Dining which was delicious and had a yummy breakfast in the Hyde Hacienda Bar & Lounge. Both have stunning views! We will definitely stay here again.
J. S.
Was a lovely stay, we had a harbour view room and it was exactly as described on the website. Spa-bath and balcony being the highlights.
Staff was pleasant, helpful and welcoming.
We were bit disappointed by the extremely loud and subjectively unpleasant music from the bar below. It permeated into our room (level 4) despite closed doors, we could hear it over the TV - if we had of known the proximity, we may have booked a different room.
S. &. C. K.
Excellent location especially if u have a harbour suite room. Great view, large lounge room, separate bedroom with view of harbour & fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Unfortunately due to current Covid restrictions, no restaurant, bar or room service during weekdays. Also currently unable to find movie channels on in-room TV. Must b a glitch.
M. J.
Lets start with the great features, and there are quite a few. We had a two bed appartment overlooking circular quay, it was well layed out, very spacious and the views are as good as you can get of the Harbour bridge and the hustle of the ferries. The staff are friendly and courteous and there were plenty of nice welcome touches.
The only negatives in the rooms is that they are a little tired on some of the maintenance, likes chips, dings and paint from plenty of popular use. The real downside is the restaurant. It is the worst we have been too for this brand. The menu is lacking, the portions average, the taste very average and the service is not good. We ate once and never went back, we went to a rival hotel after that. Would we go back, definitely, but not for the food.
J. M.
From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay. We booked for 1night in a 2bedroom harbour view. Check in was fast and easy the room was clean and fully stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool and the wifi. Loction was perfect right at circular quay and noise was no problem. Only slight issue was the slow service at breakfast. But the view and the rest of the stay was wonderful. Would recommend

For first-time visitors, the area around the historic precinct in the CBD (Central Business District) known as "The Rocks" makes a great base. Harbor views and heritage-listed buildings are the top draws here, and souvenir shops, art galleries, and courtyard cafés line the streets and cobbled lanes.
Right in the heart of The Rocks but on a quiet street, The Langham, Sydney is a standout luxury option. It's only a short stroll from the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay, and Barangaroo. You won't be short on space here. The large, elegantly-appointed rooms feature Juliet balconies or spacious terraces with city or Western Harbour views. Pillow menus are a welcome perk. Unlike many of the other high-end Sydney hotels, pets are welcome here.
J. D.
Great desk staff but poor food service at the bar. Waited 10 minutes without being approached before leaving. Although the rooms are about to be refurbished there were significant faults in broken light switches, globes not replaced and faulty lifts that meant only one worked and in constant use (to name but a few concerns). None the less, the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. Better to eat out if you don't want to cook for yourself.
Doesn't at present warrant a five star rating.
A. A.
Love this place view is amazing staff is great its clean. atmosphere is awesome will definitely stay here again we had the 1 bedroom king suite with harbour views loved it
K. M.
Gorgeous hotel and lovely staff. Covid meant restaurant and bar aren't open during the early week (no room service) but a great kitchen to work from. Spectacular views and a really comfortable bed.
D. W.
Friendly staff and great views. Family 2 bedroom suite was great for our needs. Not budget but you pay for the location.
T. M.
In love this hotel and have stayed many times. The location is, in my opinion, one of the best in the world and the suites are great. However, this time I felt that it was still very good but looking a little tired. The bed was nowhere near what it was a decade ago in terms of luxury, the breakfast room leather bench seating was very cracked and the room was showing signs of wear and tear. Things like the taps missing fixing screws, the towel shelf being wobbly on the wall, paintwork cracked and flecked above the shower. Nothing major at all but perhaps ready for a refurb in the next few years, just to keep it tip-top. Service was good overall especially the chap who appeared to be the manager and the front desk staff. One minor issue that I did take up with them at the time- I emailed to ask them to book a cab for me upon departure. They said they didn't offer that service but could arrange a private car for $140. I organised my own cab as a result, however on check out I was asked if they could book me a cab! This is no major issue but does present a bit of dissonance in terms of quality first customer service. However despite my honest comments, this is still a great hotel and my first choice in Sydney.

Stayed here for an anniversary. The staff were extremely helpful and diligent. They also delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne and a card congratulating the milestone. We had cocktails in the bar and drinks on our balcony overlooking the habour. It was a perfect evening and we will definitely return.
E. C.
We stayed in a lovely room, very beautiful. Fantastic views of the park and opera house. Very modern and fresh. Also had breakfast downstairs and it was just lovely.
M. E.
Best view ever. Rooms good as you would expect, only disappointing thing is the lack full Foxtel in the rooms, only a few channels available, expected more considering the prices.
M. S.
Very nice facility for hosting an event or conference. The food they produce is absolutely amazing. Top level restaurant quality. Seating is quite comfortable for a full day of sitting and the location is the cherry on top. Right on the water with views of the harbour bridge and ferry's passing by. It's a front runner for best function centres I've been to.
O. R.
Our suite was just renovated and was very well appointed and finished. The view from the balcony is very nice and the balcony was big enough for our little one to have a dance.
n. m.
Such a nice hotel! The spa baths are a nice touch and the view is incredible. Staff are super friendly. Also great location its just a few hundred meters to the opera house.
S. M.
We had used shower gel in our bathroom upon arrival, I couldn't reach housekeeping so rang reception. I was told it would be replaced, but none arrived between 4.30pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday.
The telephone in the bathroom was hanging in dust, and the plastic toilet seat was thoroughly pitted.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was large and comfortable although there was some entertainment/revellers noise travelling up from the waterfront below.
At checkout, we requested valet bring the car up and 25min later when other parties had come and gone with their vehicles, we enquired. With a shrug and a sorry "i forgot" the car was brought up within 5min.
We were also overcharged on car parking and breakfast.
Great location with fantastic views of the harbour but attention to detail for this 5 star hotel was poor.
R. v. B.
Just faultless. The room, the service, the food and the view over the harbour from your room and the fitness centre & pool: all good. The chocolate strawberries at arrival were delicious and accompanied with champagne. The rooms are spacious, quiet and the beds are comfortable but not too soft. Again a great choice and present from my wife for my birthday. Although we have lived in Sydney for many years it was still a unique experience.
C. P.
With a beautiful view of the Botanical Gardens and bubbly customer service staff, we had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Grand. The food was absolutely amazing with my top recommendations on the Ribeye (medium) and Barramundi. The cocktails were pricey, but again, amazing with my recommendation going to the Pina Colada. Very minor issues for not getting 5 stars including some lights not working in the bedroom and not quite 5 star services compared to some other motels in the area, but definitely on the right track. We would definitely recommend staying here, well worth the cost.
C.
Perfect location. Came to check out Vivid and it did not disappoint. Great views from the room if you get a harbor view. Will totally be back here. Been coming for years. The rooms are starting to look a bit dated now but they are very spacious and perfect for weekend getaways. Comfy bed, big bathrooms large lounge/kitchen area.
L. M.
The location is breathtaking. I ran a breakfast event and the view from the service area was so beautiful, my guests felt really special to be there. The food looked delicious and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Upon arrival I found the room, while impeccable in appearance, needed some alterations. The staff fixed it without question. Their dedication and service played a key part to the success of the event.
R. K.
I had a dinner with my friends at restaurant.
Food was okay, but dirty carpet ruin the food quality! It looks sad stains every where it looks like pattern! : (
L. S.
Location is fantastic. Stayed on the 7th floor overlooking Circular Quay beautiful view loved watching the cruise ships leaving however the room it's self is a little dated. Reception staff were impeccable and very polite. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular.
G. K.
Check in was pretty smooth and I got room 1012. As all the rooms are suites, the rooms are quite big. When entering I got into a hall with wooden floors that led into a full kitchen with stove, oven, micro, fridge and even a closet with a washing machine and dryer. There was also a Nespresso machine that included a few capsules. The room continued into a dining room with a table with 4 chairs, a living room with a sofa and chair and a balcony with a view to the botanical garden and even view down to Sydney opera house. Past the living room there was a bedroom with lots of wardrobes, a small safe, iron/ironing board and also a desk and chair. There was a TV mounted on the wall on both living room and bedroom.
The bathroom was tiles in white tiles and marble and contained a large bathtub and a shower area. The shower was good but there was a bit of a problem with variation in the water temperature while showering. Amenities include the usual stuff (shampoo and shower gel) and it seemed to be quite good quality. Wifi was included and I got a hand-written username and password that worked fine. I never did get any complimentary water which was a bit strange seeing that my colleague got this in a different room.
Breakfast was served in the “bar” area as the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown to be honest and I overheard other guests that commented on the same. There was bread, cereal and egg but the selection was not good, the setup changed from day to day but at least the place had a great view to Sydney harbor. As there are not that many places to “hang out” at the hotel, I tried to sit in this bar area one day to work and it did not seem that the staff appreciated that. I don’t think that I have ever felt so unwelcome any place before. In the end we went back to our room to continue to work there to avoid getting strange looks from the staff in the bar.
Location of the hotel is great as you can walk out the door and walk over to Sydney opera house in 2 minutes.
I’m not quite sure what to make of this hotel. The room was huge but seemed a bit dated. But the main problem seemed to be the staff. The unwelcoming atmosphere when staying in the bar area to work during the day, not being able to get in touch with house keeping on the phone. On the day when I left, I got a question from one of the staff in the hall when I was planning to leave and I said about noon. Later on I got a call in the room from the reception about when I was planning to leave and I said about noon. At 11.30 am house keeping came into my room without knocking and I don’t think I have experienced that before – I guess they were quite eager to get me out of the hotel.
It was a large room and location was good – but I think I will choose a different hotel the next time I go to Sydney.

The views was exceptional.
2 bed room apartment was spacious ! Good service .
A. D.
Given the price, I couldn't give this place more than 4 stars. The location is wonderful. The rooms are large. However the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor with every shower and the air conditioner did not cool the room. I was also very disappointed with the gym. You have to walk through the wet pool area to access the dark, humid gym. Equipment was mediocre. Overall I do not think it's worth the price. For the rooms with the view of the harbour, the price is rediculous.

Overlooking Sydney Harbour and the Royal Botanic Gardens, this upscale all-suite hotel is an 8-minute walk from Sydney Opera House and a 7-minute walk from the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.
Featuring balconies with harbour or garden views, the polished 1- and 2-bedroom suites provide Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TVs and separate living areas, plus kitchens and whirlpool baths. Some have sofabeds and/or washing machines.
Amenities include a relaxed restaurant and a trendy bar with regular live entertainment. Other amenities include an indoor pool, a hot tub and gym. Parking and massage services are available.
M. M.
Reserved a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the harbor. The hotel did not disappoint, they were able to hold luggage before check in time, the room was spacious, clean and everything was impeccable. The bathroom even has a jacuzzi tub for 2. The full kitchen was useful which even had a nespresso machine. Well worth the money.
R. S.
Absolutely enjoyed my time there immensely.
Beautiful self contained apartments with excellence hotel service and gorgeous million dollar views to watch over the Sydney Harbor Bridge.
Just off City center in Circular Quay, you literally are in the heart of the city center.
Its one of the best 5 star hotel in Sydney so far i can find.
L. N.
Very nice older style hotel. Very quiet despite overlooking the Cahill Expressway and the Botanic Gardens. Very close to the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay. Friendly efficient staff with very comfortable bed and amenities. Would stay again although the walk back up a bit of a hill from the Quay might be a bit much for anyone with mobility issues.
Same goes for shower over the bath although the bath is low and there is a grab rail.
Valet parking is available but the car park is easily accessible for guests.
Photo are of the view from our room on the 10th (top) floor.
A very pleasant stay!
B. D.
As a conference venue it is a well lit, West and North facing venue, harbour views, good audio capabilities, but a little on the cold side in winter as it has collapsible glass walls. The bar and catering quality are 5 stars. Seating is trendy and stylish, definitely a good place to book to impress.
W. M.
We had a pre theatre dinner at Q dining. What a wonderful evening. The food was outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable and very professional. They knew the wine list and were happy to cater for individual preferences. A great meal in time for a show at the nearby Opera House. Looking forward to a return visit.

We had an excellent overnight stay here and staff were as accommodating as possible with our fluctuating schedule. I was disappointed however that the in-suite televisions did not allow us to use our own device as an input via hdmi, considering that the tv's had plenty of unused hdmi ports.
M. V.
Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, 61 square metres - more like an 1 bed room apartment with kitchenette and laundry, and with excellent views.
The parking/drop off is a little tight, but at least the road is a dead-end road with low traffic.
There were 2 low points with our stay: 1. don't bother with the 'sofa-bed'. The mattress is so thin that you feel every spring and wire in it. It's much more comfortable to fold it up as a sofa, use the sofa cushions on the floor is a lot more comfortable. 2. The breakfast staff were inefficient and poorly presented. They need better training, guidance, and monitoring.
Otherwise, this hotel had everything.
A. E.
Great hotel for its location to the Opera House and The Rocks. Had a wonderful 3 day experience. Only down side was the room is dated, looking shabby and the staff in the Hacienda Bar not interested in Hotel guests. So went and had cocktails at Customs House which was just amazing
J. C.
Very efficient check in and check out with excellent staff and friendly service. Room clean and tidy. Beautiful room with fantastic view of Circular Quay and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Excellent included breakfast and staff. Only disappointment is hotel bar : noisy an small full of external patrons, with no room to stand let alone sit (an area should be designated for hotel guests only at the very least).
E. C.
My husband and I had dinner at Q Dining for our second anniversary. The wait staff were fantastic, the food was lovely and we were so spoilt! Free champagne and 'happy anniversary' written on my dessert. Thanks so much for making our night so special! :)
K. B.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible both by day and night, the staff were lovely and the room was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend staying here!
K. M.
The wow about this hotel is the unbeatable harbour front location...gorgeous! Rooms are comfortable and with all the mod cons. The bar is perfect to start the night but not worth staying there for too long when you've got so many exciting options on your doorstep!
T. M.
Super service from the moment they valet parked our car. The service from all staff was friendly, attentive and sincere. My kids can run around the room and we really had a great fun. I would highly recommend this hotel for the full Sydney experience, Sydney in all its glory.
W. E.
A very special trip with my wife. Was NOT disappointed. From being met at the door, and the doorman/porter was as good as most crossed keys I have worked with, to the apartment, the view, the balcony. It was just outstanding. The bed, the kitchen (full) the breakfast, the bathroom, water pressure and did I mention the view. Being a smoker having so much to look of an evening and night on my balcony meant a great deal. Watching the sun set over Sydney and the Bridge is just amazing. A short 1 minute walk and you are in the best of the harbour restaurants and the night life. Pay the extra and stay at Pullman Grand Quay. It's worth it and did I mention the view?
T. M.
Location is unbeatable. Location is right next to the ferries and only a few short steps from the Opera House and eating venues. The room itself was large with a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. We loved our stay and will come back as soon as we can.
L. S.
The hotel is great, but definetely getting a bit old in their style and design. There are little things that make a difference, like the slow wifi that has a very small limit if you're not a member. It's in a great location if you're after views of the bridge, and a really quick walk to the Opera house.
M. D.
Brilliant location to use as a base exploring Sydney. Large, comfortable suit with a full kitchen and Euro laundry would be great for longer stays. Rooms starting to look a little shabby though and could do with some fresh paint. Service very good!
S. B.
Comfortable and clean with great staff.
G.
View was great, but they don't provide room service or breakfast due to covid, but also don't reduce the rates they're charging.
D. R.
Harbour views were great. Service was fantastic. Restaurant was excellent. Despite the construction going on around us it is hard to fault. Only flaw... Hacienda was overpriced and didn't hold to the same level of service.
K. C.
Excellent location at Circular Quay, watch the water traffic and cruise ships come and go every day from your apartment or on the balcony. Very friendly staff esp "George Clooney" at concierge who will give you a very special tour of your room amenities. These rooms are more like a complete apartment rather than a hotel room, you even have washing machine, dishwasher and cooking facilities in the kitchen. very good.
S. B. W.
Absolutely enjoyed my time there immensely.
Beautiful self contained apartments with hotel service and gorgeous views to watch over the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Just off City centre in Circular Quay, you literally are in the heart of the city centre.
It's a 5 star hotel, so expect that.
T. M.
For anyone partying or ro***ticising in sydney city this hotel is lovely. An absolute stand out location for a hotel. We were met at the kerbside, our luggage relayed to our room and the car parked quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault the great service of staff and the location is simply wonderful.
B. J.
We had a great dinner with kids in the Q Dining restaurant, pretty impressive menu for an in-house Hotel restaurant (Accor group). Great wine list and not bad value by the glass. Kids meals where almost the highlight (try the fish'n'chips!). Perfect for Vivid viewing!!
T. M.
Rarely can I not find at least something I felt could be improved but this honestly was the best hotel stay I've ever had in my life. Used the Accor membership card for half price breakfasts in the hotel restaurant but this hotel does not …
M. B.
Great place to spend an evening. The room was large and very comfortable, and the view was excellent. The staff are unobtrusive, but very helpful when requierd
J. Y.
Beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city. Will definitely stay here again. Well appointed, magnificent views.
B.
Visited the bar for drinks. The decor and view were great. Staff were friendly and provided great service. I was in desperate need for a pick me up but the bar doesn't serve coffee or energy drinks of any kind so I had to duck out to the convenience store down stairs.
B. M.
Nice hotel, work good service and reasonably well maintained. The harbour views are excellent, and the pool and jacuzzi are great. Not the best vibe though - the decor is mediocre and the hotel lacks any unique character.
A. T.
Drinks and nibbles experience. The main draw card of the Pullman bar is the view. It is simply spectacular, overlooking the quay and the harbour bridge. The drinks selection has some depth with the wait staff also offering a off the menu cocktails if you desire. The nibbles here are pretty much what you expect from bar food. I would recommend the salt and pepper squid paired with the waiters recommendation of a white wine.
J. D.
Very big rooms, full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, stove top, refrigerator, washer/dryer. Great view of the botanical gardens from our room. Comfy bed and full size bathroom. Would stay here again!
J. L.
My husband and I stayed at your Hotel this weekend to celebrate his 60th Birthday, the service was outstanding, the room amazing, the view spectacular, we had the best weekend, could not fault it. Thank you Wayne and team for making our weekend a memorable one.
G. I.
Have stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are large, big bathroom, comfortable beds and the staff are very friendly. The view is incredible....
J. E.
Great views but the food is quite terrible. The room service was incorrect twice and service at the restaurant isn't so great either. Definitely not up to 5 star standards
S. R.
The Pullman right on Circular Quay is the top of my staycation list.
The staff are very welcoming and I have found that quite rare among the 5 star rated places in Sydney.
There's an awesome pool and spa which lights up nicely after dark.
Once it closes at 10pm, we were just left with the spa tub in the marble bathroom of the suite.
24 hour room service and TVs that you could hook up devices to was a good change too.
Can't wait to go back there!
G. S.
Potential lost.
I am very picky when it comes to staying at a hotel in my own home city. It has to deliver convenience and service that outweighs actually crossing the bridge to be in my very own home.
There were a couple of problems which cause me to mark the hotel down.
Firstly, the check-in area was understaffed and tiny for a hotel of this size. It took over 10 minutes to be served despite the fact I was second in line.
Secondly, the in-house meals served were luke warm, overpriced (compared with other Sydney prices), and delivered far too late.
Check out was poor as well. Time consuming, barely a thank you.
All in all, a very average experience.
If you can overlook this though, the room size, location and facilities are top notch.
This would be the perfect new years eve venue, if you could afford it.
Despite the weaker Australian dollar, hotel prices in Sydney are well overpriced for what they often. Earning and spending my own home currency doesn't hurt so much, but I am certain overseas visitors will not expect the price that will appear next to a search of this hotel.
(Sydney is probably double the price of similar London, Tokyo and New York hotels - probably comparable to Oslo in Norway).
Room Tip: Best view is on the west/circular quay side with a balcony

We stayed at the quay grand suites circular quay on Saturday 28th of July 2012 and I'm so glad we booked the celebration there. Thankyou to the staff of Quay Grande for helping to make my day so amazingly special. We arrived with slightly …

Sitting on your balcony overlooking Circular Quay and the Sydney Harbour Bridge at sunset is what you are paying for at the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour View. Very unique and energetic vibes. The Sydney Opera is just a short stroll around the corner, off the back, are the fantastic Royal Botanic Gardens.
T. M.
Stayed here for 10 days in February 2014 and thought this hotel was perfect for what I wanted. Great location at Circular Quay close to so ***y of Sydney's attractions. Circular Quay station is about a 300 metre walk which is handy for getting around the city. We all felt it was worth the price and capped off our vacation perfectly.
J. A.
Dined at q dining as a large group. Food is well presented and tastes pretty good. It is on the slightly pricier side of things but the ambience is good for groups or couples. Not particularly family friendly.
z. l.
I stayed there for my 21st and I had the best time! The Hacienda Bar had great views and lovely drinks! The room was very spacious and the room service was very quick! I would recommend this place to my friends and family!
T. M.
The Staff were lovely. How about doorstep access to the Sydney Ferry network, walking distance to the vibrancy of The Rocks and the Royal Botanical Gardens at your back door. We recently stayed at the Quay Grand Suites in Sydney as we were …
L. J.
Lovely staff at reception. Although the whole area outdoors is a public place where every Australian resident including wildlife has a right to be at and I was against building in this area so close to Opera House and Botanical Gardens, the hotel itself is wondeful!
A. G.
Always impressive dinning experience! With or without kids. Views are great. Food outstanding. And accor membership comes in handy
m. w.
Me and my better half stayed for 1 night enjoyed it nice view of the quay good cosy room to
R. R. N.
Excellent room and great service. In close proximity to the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay. Great number of Food & Beverage options within walking distance of the hotel. Greal location for a walk around Sydney as well.
G. D.
I took my parents for a drink in the bar as it's a good city location but quiet enough to hear each other. It's also close to a few good restaurants along Oxford St and easy to get a cab elsewhere if you don't eat at the restaurant
E. B.
Nice place to have an afternoon coffee looking over the Quay. Same views as more expensive options and a restaurant and bar feel rather than hotel. If you are an Accor advantage member this become even cheaper to have your lunch or a quiet drink.
not sure about the accommodation as i haven't stayed there.
M. M.
Honestly the nice experience I have had staying in Sydney. The staff were great and made the extra effort with room placement and prompt service!
Highly recommended to family and friends.
