This is the best experience I’ve had with late check outs and would highly recommend staying here. Free breakfast vouchers aswell. This place is great.

S. D.I found this hotel to be surprising, in the best way possible. I checked in last night with a friend and met with very friendly staff. I think it was the night manager that looked after us, I wanted to mention her by name in this review but she was too humble. We were upgraded to a better room free of charge, they extended our check out time by one hour at no additional cost and they provided breakfast vouchers for a cafe around the corner. The staff were so pleasant so I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, the rooms were so nice and clean so no complaints here at all :-)

The lady behind the counter, possibly management was humble and preferred I dont include her name in this review. Rooms were nice and clean, no complaints there. We got upgraded to a better room free of charge, they extended our check out time by one hour at no additional cost and they provided vouchers for breakfast at the local cafe. Staff were so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😃😃

S.This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in at the city and I Absolutely love YEHS Hotel, it's in a perfect location right next to Darling Harbour. They have very friendly service (like really friendly), very clean rooms and a nice pool at the top level. Only concern is the hard two single beds, but that can depend on anyone's chosen comfortability, but the queen bed is perfect, will definitely come again in the future and great value for money.

T. S.I have enjoyed 2 week long stays here in 2 different rooms.
Deluxe One-Bedrrom Apartment: This was a comfortable well equiped room, perfect for solo travellers or couples. The bedroom had large sliding doors that opened which allowed the room to get fresh air, a large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors and a tv. The AC worked really well and it was nice that it was already on when I arrived. The Living room/kitchen area was sufficient with a couch, tv, dining table and chairs and a kitchen. The kitchen in this room was a little small and can be thought of as more of a studio kitchen being equipped with a sink, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster as well a plates, pots, pans etc. Bathroom was standard and the room included a washing machine, dryer and a washing tub.
The next room type I booked was a One-Bedroom Superior Suite. I booked this room because of the larger area being 45 square meters. This room type is probably designed with families in mind as it includes a large bed in the bedroom and a separate bed in the living room area. The full-size kitchen was well equiped with all the amenities of the smaller room type, but with more space and an oven. The dishwasher did not work which I found was very annoying. While i didn't sleep on the bed in the lounge area, i did find that it was very hard and would not make for a comfortable sleep.
I found that the staff were always very friendly and weren't afraid to say hi with a smile or greet you when you arrive. This made me feel really welcome.
The location is great also, being a block from Darling harbour and a short walk from public transport options.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and look forward to staying again in the future.
B. O.We stayed here from 4 March 21 to 8 March 21. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. There were 4 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. Two single beds in the living area and a double in the bedroom. I found my single bed very comfortable, though the double bed was a bit hard for my friends. The apartments are a short uphill walk to the Town Hall Station and the QVA. The bathroom was a little tired looking, but overall the room was clean and your room is cleaned each day if required. Good sized kitchen te with stove fridge dishwasher and microwave. Two TVs One in main area and one in bedroom. Also very close walking distance to the harbour with easy access to the Aquarium. I would stay here again, the price is good, especially if you book direct.

P. O.We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse. Given some of the negative reviews we were a touch apprehensive however we found that we had nothing to worry about. Yes the place is dated but it was also clean and spacious. It is in a great location. Staff were also great. Given the price we found it to be excellent value and would happily stay here again.
J. G.Visited from New Zealand on our honeymoon and stayed for four days over a two week period. Very mixed reviews. First visit we stayed in a much larger room with a TV in the bedroom that was separate from the other areas. Much larger kitchen and cooking facilities. Our second stay was in a smaller room with non of the other ammeneties. Our first room had chipped tiles and a chipped basin and the walls were a bit tired. Our second room was in a much better condition although smaller. Shower is a bit weak on pressure and the light shade was very dated and black with mold. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The place is suitable for a night's sleep but not very comfortable if you want to hang out in the room during the day.

I didn't get a chance to go to the gym, but the pool and sauna were good. The spa had a questionable colour to it, so I didn't use it. Otherwise, everything was great.

We stayed 4 days. Lovely staff fairly clean but very run down. Doors falling off, mouldy grout etc. Aircon not great but lucky it wasn't too hot when we stayed. Sauna is falling off the wall and pool is full of dead plant stumps.

Across the road from Darling harbour, 5 minute walk to town hall station, down the road from supermarkets and close to Sydney CBD and Chinatown. It is a bit outdated but to be expected for the price. The bedroom is a seperate room, there's a washer and dryer in the bathroom. I used the pool, sauna and spa which needs a bit of upkeep. I'll definitely be back again.
T. S.Accommodation was extremely disappointing and we were shocked by the state of the supplies provided e.g. ripped and well worn towels etc.
The stars provided are for the Reception staff who were lovely but the hotel itself needs updating and ventilation put into in the bathroom!!
Be warned that the corner room with balcony is false advertising and ridiculously small. No exaggeration when I say you are practically standing with one leg in and the other leg outside.. and no chance of fitting a chair.
However, it's an excellent location across the road from the walking bridge to darling Harbour/ Darling Quarter Precinct (which is ideal for adults, teens and kids alike). As well as CBD, supermarket, QVB building and train station. Close to an abundance of food options and a great little massage place after a long day of exploring and shopping too.
Don't know if it is the norm but when we had family visit they were provided with free parking while we spent the day together which was a bonus because city parking can be challenging and expensive.

If you want to go to Circular Quay or see the Harbour Bridge, this is very simple! Staff members are very friendly and informative.

Just make sure the taxi takes you to the right "Seasons", as I was firstly dropped off at Seasons Darling Harbour, which is a few minutes' walk away from this one. Supermarkets are also close by. Some units have 'balconies', that you'd open to let fresh air into the room but I found they're not really places to sit or eat, as they're too small or narrow. I've stayed in different rooms there, and some are in better condition than others (e.g. broken blinds in one, dishwasher not working in another). The front desk staff were a great help with my stays.

We were impressed that our room was well equipped to be fully self-contained including laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) and full kitchenette (microwave, stove and cooktop) - although concerned that with these facilities was also a warning about Fire Brigade $1600 callout fee if the smoke detectors were activated. It's very easy to generate smoke from cooking something as basic as pancakes
Unfortunately although we booked for 3 adults there were only 2 towels in the room; not enough pillows; and the 3rd adult (mid-20s daughter) was provided with an uncomfortable rollaway bed with a mattress so thin that she could feel the rungs in the bed
A bed like this would have totally stuffed my back, and even her much younger body suffered from this inappropriate adult bed
