N. C.Friendly, clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Fabulous food, both dinner and breakfast. Hubby said best steak and coffee he's ever had. Breakfast is included in the room price, if you book direct with motel. Don't make the mistake I made and booked through an overseas website and get ripped off by them charging for breakfast and not receiving it. But spoke to the owner, Trevor and he was very nice to include our breakfast anyway. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always be staying here whenever we have to visit Mudgee😊
k. t.Such a pleasant surprise for a last minute stay. Our room was clean, the carpet seemed new. The staff were amazing and the compliment breakfast delicious. We also ate at the cafe for lunch and had fabulous burger and chips. I recommend staying here Gulgong is a unique town and my experience will be one to remember
K. B.Although we didn't stay at motel we had breakfast at the restaurant. The owners do a great job and the meals are terrific. I had the big breakfast, whilst my friend had poached eggs with bacon. Both meals served with toast. Staff very welcoming.

S. L.Nice little hotel, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. We didn't get to try the food as it was booked out. But we would definitely come back again! It's about half an hour from Mudgee, nice little hotel in a small town. The owners of the place were very friendly as well.

S. E.We came here for breakfast on a rainy morning. We were greeted by the friendly staff and ordered the full breakfast which comes with bacon, eggs, beans, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast and sourdough. Just the right thing on a cold and wet morning. The tea was good, the coffee ok. Before we left had a nice chat to one of the staff.
K. N.After driving all day looking for accommodation I happened to ring this motel. Upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised about the motel for a small town. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned. They booked us into there restaurant for dinner ..so much food, in fact couldn't eat the big breakfast that came with the room the next day.
It is run by a lovely couple who go out of there way to make you feel at home. Nothing is a problem, they remember your name from the moment you book in. The wait staff are helpful and always happy to offer any information about the town or Gulgong itself.
We would recommend that you stay here..one of the best we have stayed in a small country town.

T. Q.WOW. What a great Motel to stay at and tucked away in the little Midwestern town of Gulgong. Stayed three nights, good price, rooms immaculately clean and the staff made me feel very welcome. Good tucker in the restaurant as well.

J. M.The owners and staff are all very friendly and gave us great service. The complimentary breakfast includes a proper cooked meal and coffee, plus we asked for a couple of mimosas each morning and they were very happy to help out.
The room was comfortable and clean. Obviously it's not the Ritz but for us it was a cosy base to have our own space and long sleep ins. The shower was good and hot the whole long weekend.
We were lucky to be there over the June long weekend while the Henry Lawson Festival was on, and the motel location was a short walk to everything.

M. F.This facility comprises motel units of varying ages attached to a heritage pub right in the centre of Gulgong. The unit I occupied was renovated to a high standard and was in spotless order. Parking spaces are amply proportioned, and the motel units are reasonably private. The original pub now provides a two room restaurant.
The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the motel is right in the centre of town (although, in my experience, is not at all noisy).
In all, my stay (I checked out this morning) was extremely pleasant.

I. W.Large, comfortable rooms in the heart of Gulgong. Walk to everywhere there. Country size breakfast delivered to your room included in very reasonable rate.
Dinner in the restaurant recommended, really good food and wine in a homely feel area.
A. R.Clean, tidy and quiet motel. Beds were super comfy, rooms clean. The hosts were very friendly and the in house restaurant served down to earth good country tucker. You just have to try the mixed grill! I'd have no hesitation in recommending it as a welcoming, comfortable place to base your trips around the area.

P. K.What a great motel, owners are very pleasant and helpful, the motel is very central and clean and tidy with good sized, newly renovated rooms. The room cost is reasonable compared to most motels, but then you get an excellent cooked breakfast and coffee included.
I don’t think you will get a better experience than this. Very quiet.
T. Z.This is a bar/restaurant review. Excellent dinner spot. Tasty pizza served fast by friendly staff. Eat in or take away, and enjoy a beer or two while you wait. Very interesting story behind the location explained in flyers on the tables and highlighted in various spots in the dining room. Make sure to look down into the cellar.

S.Wonderful Motel. I was on a long 5 day roadtrip and booked like only 30 mins before and got a nice, little room with breakfast and wifi included. The breakfast was delicious. Plus came with a coffee

Good, helpful and friendly face at reception, the gentlemen went out of his way to help with some local information. I would certainly stay again at the Ten Dollar Town Motel. The hotel also has a warm licensed restaurant, just the thing on a very cold evening.

S. S.Tom and amenities all sound, except no WiFi reception in our room (23) and the fridge did was not cold and did not freeze our Esky blocks. Other than this, room was comfortable.
