Awesome food, great drinks on tap, awesome prices, staff are also great. Honestly can't think of a complaint, I love how the locals all think of the bar staff and bring their glasses up to the bar for em too. Just a really nice atmosphere. 1000pct recommend.

Just amazing. Best meal (brisket and grilled barra salad) I've had in a long time. Massive portion sizes. Super welcoming staff also for kids - even got an activity pack for our 2-year-old. Outdoor seating next to kids playground makes it easy to have a relaxed time with young kids as well. Bar staff is friendly and pours a great pint. This place is not only quantity but also quality, highly recommended.

We really couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area. Great food, friendly staff but book if you can. Even if it's just before you go it's worth it. There wasn't a chair to spare when we left today at 1pm and people were standing, waiting and we watched them put reserved signs on most of the tables before 12:30 and by one there was standing room only.

We haven't been here for a while. It was stepping back in history and as it has an historical theme being an old butter factory that suited well. It was a beautiful afternoon and there were lots of young families all socialising and making good use of the fenced and safe childrens playground. We had a meal and it arrived quickly. It was no fuss pub food which was tasty. The wait staff were very efficient and the other patrons were friendly. We didn't wait for the raffles so I hope the people we gifted ours to, scored. An easy evening to relax.

Meals were nice. A bit pricey for what came out. Young girl at till was polite, but otherwise noone went out of their way to make us feel welcome or actually even say a word to us. Felt a bit big city- keep to yourself type atmosphere rather than small village friendly. If it wasnt for our kids on the outside play equipment, i probably wouldn't have hung around.

Great food, bonza beer prices and delicious views soak into your soul while you forget of times existence. On the backroad to Nimbin, I always prefer going this way. 15kms from the pub past The Channon general store is Protesters Falls in Nightcap NP. Do yourself a favour - go recharge your mind, body and soul in the ancient beauty and unsurpassably impressive Protesters Falls, the pop back to the Tavern for lunch. And if you're in the area a while - a must see and do are The Channon Markets. Love it!
