Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel, from Housekeeping, bar, restaurant, porters to the front desk, all the staff are amazing. Everyone seems so happy in their job and you are always greeted with a smile. A big shout out to lovely Teresa and Kai.
3. Rooms are thoroughly clean and the beds (and pillows) are so comfortable.
Thank you for making my Partner’s birthday so special.

We felt so at home here and The Fullerton will always be our first choice in Sydney x
R. M.A great hotel with superb service. We have stayed there 3 times now and we’re booked in for next week too. Only thing missing is a pool, and even that isn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast is great, rooms are roomy and a comfortable sleep is guaranteed. We always have a good drink and snacks at the bar too. Only good additions would be more veggie and gf options on the room service menu.
E.My family and I have been staying at the Fullerton Hotel ever since I was little when it was called the Westin. There is not one negative thing I could possibly think of saying about this hotel. The service is amazing with great staff, the food is delicious, the rooms are luxurious and cozy, etc. Whenever there is any sort of mix-up you are guaranteed amazing service. One time our rooms had a mix-up and the staff upgraded us to a higher room! The hotel is in the middle of the city which is fantastic as you can basically walk everywhere! I have never felt more secure staying somewhere on holiday and all noise from the city is basically blocked out. I look forward to staying at this hotel every year and I would recommend it to everyone!
C. S.Stayed here recently as part of birthday celebrations in Sydney. An impressive place. It feels like a classic hotel from a bygone era.
The old world charm starts with the architecture and history of the building. Add to that the attentive and friendly staff for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was in the heritage wing which made for a much more interesting stay than being in a standard hotel room.
The Fullerton is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the shopping district and a short walk to Circular Quay and other attractions. A great base from which to explore Sydney.

D. C.We had a fabulous stay at The Fullerton Hotel for the past few days. From the moment we checked in to checking out, everything went smoothly. We had a baby travelling with us, the hotel gave us a complimentary cot which was thoughtful. Although the hotel looks a bit outdated with a few non working switches and tv, otherwise it is good enough to stay in. Great location, easily accessible via light rail and within walking distance from Wynayard Station. A shout out to Vivian at the front desk who was very attentive and friendly towards our family. We experienced great service and will definitely come back again.
M. I.Amazing high tea with a great view!! Really nice accommodation with generous buffet breakfast. Very good friendly customer service. The only negative was the parking cost apart from that really enjoyed it❤️will be coming here again with my buddies🙂
Will be staying over this week at their Tower Superior twin room or premium city view upgrade with family. Can not wait to try their buffet breakfast again and review from my daughter(toy, mask and tent included).
L. R.Always stayed here when it was the Westin Hotel and pre-covid days. This time it was because of a company event at the hotel. Rooms haven't changed since becoming The Fullerton and are starting to look al little bit dated. Our receptionist at check it was lovely and very helpful. I do think that in this day and age of most to things becoming digital that they should be all able to accept a digital credit card (eg Samsung pay, Google pay etc) to cover incidentals.
We were aware that hotels are not running at full capacity and are short staffed but I would of thought that there would have been 24hr room service still. I can understand that they have cut the valet service and the executive lounge because of covid restrictions. But I think if people are going to venture out to a hotel for a night they would like to indulge in some late night snacks!
A. G.We stayed at the Fullerton Hotel for 3 nights. Our stay was extremely pleasant. The staff were all amazing, the rooms, foyers, reception was very clean and tidy. The breakfast also has a beautiful variety. Perfect location. We will definitely visit again soon 😀
L. K.Perfect stay. Staff were extremely friendly and professional from check in to check out. Rooms were generous, with a large bathroom, excellent view, comfortable bed and the location was central to everything! Will be back and couldn't recommend highly enough!

K. P.Excellent stay in a prime position in Sydney, a mere stroll from Pitt St mall and a short stroll down to Sydney Harbour.
The rooms are looking a lil aged but still large, comfortable and the service is top notch.
One negative is the breakfast buffet which is rather ordinary and the coffee from the machines is just terrible.

P. L.Prime location right next to Martin place and a block from Pitt Street Mall. We stayed on level 24, extremely quiet (there was a christmas light show on Martin place every hour but can't hear anything in our eoom) and room is very stylish and clean. Breakfast was nice but choices are rather limited.
D. R.Pleasantly surprised. Great high tea experience today. The food was wonderful. They catered for GF and it tasted really lovely. The service was impeccable and they were very attentive. Highly recommended for a fancy afternoon tea.
D. K. S.My wife and I have just spent the entire weekend at the Fullerton for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Our experience can only be described as very special. From the moment we were greeted by the staff we felt the extra attention you details that you hope for but rarely get in high end Hotels. Throughout our stay everything we experienced was first class, the food, the cleanliness, the service from every single staff member and the attention to our needs was impeccable. Without a doubt I would recommend the Fullerton to anyone seeking a premium hotel in a great location in Sydney's CBD. We will be coming back for any future trips.
L. W.Highly recommend the Festive Package $480. The hotel is immaculate, gorgeous Xmas decorations, incredible view of the Martin Place tree from our room, amazingly tasty room service (prawn laksa and spicy chicken curry) the gym with everything, the afternoon tea at The Bar and I could go on and on. So close to the Strand Arcade and QVB etc. Thank you Fullerton
L.The reason this gets 4 instead of 5 is just because of the prices for the food at the hotel, which obviously aren't accessible for everyone. The hotel itself is a in a lovely building, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and, if your package includes breakfast, The Place's breakfast buffet is very nice! It's a nice place to stay in a nice location. I encountered no issues during my stay. As you can see via the photo, my stay was in early 2020 before COVID got big in Australia, so the information is outdated, but it was a lovely stay all the same!
