Great ice cream and sorbet! Their vegan, gf, halal, nut free ranges are amazing. Best range in SA. Local and produced with passion and from fresh ingredients. Also, staff are friendly and welcoming. Really enjoy each experience I have trying new flavours here.

It was our first fine visiting 48 flavours and the time and money was certainly well spent. The admirable range of flavours was incredible and the generosity in the quantity was amazing. The staff was the sweetest we have ever seen and very helpful. And not to mention, the pricing also met our standards. Would 100% recommend anytime your are craving ice cream or just wandering on a hot day. You won't regret it.

48 Flavours Magill is one of the best ice cream stores in Adelaide. I recently ordered an Extra Small Round Cake for my daughter’s birthday, which was delicious and excellent value. Being able to choose 3 flavours with a couple of decorations gives the flexibility needed to create a great gelato cake. I’ll definitely continue to support this store and am extremely impressed with their quality and service. Well done team!

Best Gelato in Adelaide!! Awesome selection of 48+ flavours. (By the way it is Gelato NOT ice cream, ignorant people there is a difference!) Gluten free, Dairy Free & Vegan options! They are all individually labelled so those with allergies can enjoy with confidence.

My hubby and I love coming here no matter the weather, and the gorgeous lady that served us was friendly and was exceptionally kind. Great service, delicious ice-cream and awesome atmosphere.

The availability in flavours are insane. I've tried several and the only one I didn't like was Durian which I assume is a cultural thing. Mixing and matching flavours to create new flavour combos is a must. The staff have fantastic recommendations and they all seem to be happy to be working there. Ever since discovering this place a little over a year ago I have been raving about this store.

Very friendly staff working at this ice cream shop. I had the Raspberry sorbet, the Strawberry Rhubarb sorbet , Blueberry crumble, and OMG the Strawberry Balsamic Pannacotta in a large take away. She has all the knowledge require to deal with the taste and likings of customer. She was extremely helpful in making us taste different variety of ice cream and sorbet. ice cream flavours are great. But why do people get to decide how many flavours we get to take home. Does it really matter whether i am buying small, medium or large i can take as many flavours. since the quantity is similar . so if somebody wants to take 3 flavors in small home pack one server is saying . cool and other is saying not possible. management has to look in to this .....!!!!!!!

A veritable smorgasbord of delights! Something for everyone! Gorgonzola and pear was odd but if you like Gorgonzola...oh, leave your children home. Or make sure they use the toilet at least, there isn't one.

Everything is clearly labled and if your in a rush the and stuck with diet restriction never fear you can be directed quick & efficiently due to the impressive product knowledge of the lovely lady behind the counter. Another small family run business making a difference. So bright and clean inside, fun decor, and relaxing. And yes the Gelato is perfect. I had the mango lemon and lychee (dairy free options). So smooth and full of flavour. They use real fresh fruit in all of their fruity varieties and you can definitely taste it.. highly recommend.. Thankyou

We got an ice cream cake from them. It was amazing! The flavours we got were dark chocolate, tiramisu and taro with coconut. Dark chocolate was a bit strong flavour but was good if you like chocolate. The other 2 flavours are my favourite and amazing as usual!

My go-to gelato/dessert is 48 Flavours Magill! My all-time favourite is Pandan - the creamy texture and subtly sweet flavours just melt in your mouth! Sometimes I'll get the take away containers if I know I'll be having friends over and need a delicious dessert to serve. I've even gotten a birthday cake from my partner here. Always good service with workers who are willing to let me try any flavour without getting annoyed! Also love their decor; very bright and colourful chairs which makes it a welcoming environment for the kiddies!

Oh my god!! Love this place! The store always has uplifting music which sets such an upbeat and positive vibe. On top of that, I have not yet had one slightly bad experience with a staff member at this store, which is so important!! Every time I have been in, all staff have been smiling, laughing, engaging with customers, patient and really prioritising our experience. You can tell they are having a good time being with their co-workers, listening to great music and engaging with new people. And don’t forget the amazing ice cream too.... My review will start with NomNom 🤤... The staff are super friendly and helpful, they encourage you to try the different flavours before you settle on your final choice (which is very hard to do, as they all sound delicious) My pick was the Taro & Coconut 🥥, Strawberry 🍓, Balsamic Pannacotta, and Duran Flavour (which is definitely an acquired taste 🤣 - a favourite amongst the “Asian community”, But not so much westerners.. a friend of mine describes it “ it’s like eating smelly socks” hahaha. The decor is clean and fresh, with open plan seating, modern and hip atmosphere! This place is definitely my new goto place for a treat (I have already been twice in two days hahaha)

The icecream cakes are a reasonable price for what you get (they look amazing too), I just wish we had a 48 flavours in the Adelaide Hills so we could get an icecream cake home! The quality and the flavours are amazing but can we just take a moment to acknowledged the young woman who works there and is hands down the nicest most helpful human I’ve ever come across (sorry I do not know her name but she was working these afternoon at the Fringe). She is always so lovely, kind, upbeat and today she helped me with my little one in picking him up to show him the flavours so he could choose what ice cream he wanted. You do not get service like that anymore, anywhere and it has in turn made me go out of my way to buy from here.

On our visit from Sydney we bumped into this place after reading some reviews, our experience was good at the first visit , the staff member Georgia was really helpful and nice the flavours are not bad , I really liked the Roche rock flavour , however on our second visit the same ice cream was not as consistent and the staff member that served us wasn't very helpful either.

48 Flavours has taken indulging in ice-cream to a new level. While not all 48 actual flavours are available on every visit, I'm glad that they're not...I have enough trouble deciding as it is! They have a flavour for every palate and have created many unique ones which are all their own. Creamy, mouth-watering treats for everyone, and I mean, everyone ( the majority of their menu is halal...hooray! ) It's up to you to experiment and combine your choice, or if uncertain, the friendly and helpful staff can offer suggestions. No wonder they have a shelf of awards.
