It's always a treat when I come here! I try a new flavour each time and it never disappoints! This time I got the apple crumble and it's so good! Other flavours I like are Pandan, taro, macadamia and kangaroo island honey and biscuit. Of course the classic pistachio flavour and hazelnut flavour are exceptional too! Gotta try these if you wanna stick to the basics! Great customer service!

One of the best places to enjoy gelato in Adelaide. It has won many awards. I don't think you can find anywhere that serves so many gelato flavours. It really serves 48 flavours! Price is also very reasonable. Not much seating place though

Seriously the best Ice Cream in Adelaide city.... maybe the world! A must try is the Roast Strawberry Balsamic Ice cream. New variety, the Pear, Fig, roasted walnut and gorgonzola is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well done on the awesome range, quality and flavour!

LOVE their durian and pandan ice cream. Black sesame was awesome too with some added texture of seeds. Black sesame flavour can be quite strong so it should be complemented with a less strong flavour as a second scoop. The yam ice cream tasted tasted like artifical flavouring so I'm probably not getting that again. Overall, awesome to anyone who can do a good durian ice cream!!

Definitely worth a visit, 48 Flavours is a buzzing Ice-Cream shop with (as the name suggests) 48 flavours of ice-cream, gelato & sorbet. You can choose cones or cups and 1 scoops up to 5. Then there are take home container options as well. We chose Taro Coconut & Orange Poppy Seed as well as Burnt Caramel Chocolate.

You can choose from 48 different flavours of icecream. I had taro ice cream and it tastes delicious. The portion was pretty big and the price was not that cheap but it is a great place to get some icecream if you visit the market. Compared to other icecream stores, it feels a lot authentic. If you are looking for good icecream store with many flavours, you should check this place out.

Amazing staff & served quickly even though it’s always busy here. I love that you can always try a flavor before buying because having 48 flavors to choose from makes it very hard to decide. This is busy place but not enough seating for dining in. Most flavors I’ve had are great, and still coming back to select a different flavor each time until I’ve tried all 48 flavors.

So delish! The best range of flavours of ice-cream in Adelaide (obviously). They had so many unique flavours to try. The guy serving me was super helpful and patient, while I was majorly indecisive and tried so many different flavours. I got sweet potato (I think?) and it was definitely worth trying such a unique ice-cream. Made on site I think they said as well!

Prices are excellent for the quality and the servers are always friendly and happy to let you taste test before you commit to a flavour.

I tried very few flavors and all are awesome. It's really a struggle when you have to choose a few flavors from these huge collections. All looks so delicious and yummy, definitely you will think to come over again for tasting other flavors. Fruity flavors are really good for summer time. Others rich flavors can rock on winter too. It's just a personal choice but true that you can give it a try for any season. Could be great if they open some other store in popular shopping centers.

Thought to visit this store as I seen an episode of South Aussie with Cosi as he was talking about this store. As I always walk past this store and never stopped in so I thought to stop by and try an ice cream. As I had the vegan mango sobert and cookies & cream vegan ice cream. One of the best ice-cream places ever. The staff are helpful and patient. With 48 flavours to choose from it is a hard task narrowing it down to a few flavours. The staff are happy to help you out by making suggestions, answering questions and giving you a few taste tests. There are some different flavours that are worth tasting, their purple taro is divine, and even the omg favourites and created to a high standard. I recommend the peach, it is not peach flavoured like I expected but tasted like real summer peaches, I could almost fell the sun on my skin.

Hands-down the best ice cream in Adelaide. The chocolate sorbet has to be witchcraft, because it's impossibly delicious for being dairy-free and gives my lactose-loving-but-intolerant partner some genuine joy without a horrendous tummy ache! Love the flavour choices here above all else, matcha, black sesame and pistachio have all been amazing, and their bubblegum flavour is the best iteration I've ever tried. Staff are always attentive, super friendly and happy to help with my indecisiveness!

I went to 48 Flavours for the first time last night. The staff were so friendly which i swear is so rare! The ice cream was amazing and i love how they had vegan options as well. All ice creams/sorbets etc had little codes to tell you if they had nuts, egg or dairy in them which again i thought was awesome for people with dietry requirements. What a great setllection of gelato flavours. Each one is accurate to its description. Even more common flavours are great. One of my scoops was pistachio flavoured and the flavour was far more intense than any other pistachio gelato I've had. I'd strongly recommend buying a tub with your favourite flavours. Easily the best I've had.

All in all, this was quite a pleasant place to visit. The gelato was excellent, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, sitting outside, enjoying the sun and if you are to visit 48 Flavours I think that is the place to sit. Only bad thing was one staff member who was a bit rude to me when I ordered, which was understandable as he probably had a long shift (I visited late in the day), but otherwise this was quite a pleasant experience.
