This was a special dessert place. I like their decor and design inside.
On the menu it says eveyone has to order a dish. So if you have friends going with you and want to share 1 dish, this is not the place for you. On the menu it also says the sitting time is 45 minutes. And I noticed that some of the dishes requires 20 minutes waiting time, so if you are a slow eater, this is also not the place for you.
My friend and I ordered 2 kinds of bingsu. She had the special bingsu of the month: watermelon bingsu. And I had the taro bingsu with mango cheese cake on the top. My taro bingsu was very yummy, not very sweet. I enjoyed it a lot. Her watermelon bingsu was nice too, the watermelon has been cut into shapes of stars and love hearts, so cute and refreshing.

Amazing yummy desserts 😋 Especially the bigsus!! Friendly staff as well 👌 A bit overprice though, and it can get quite busy too. Tables of two are next to the alleyway, so it can be a bit distracting when it gets busy.

We have red beans and mochi bingsu, molten lava earl grey and oolong tea for two person. The bingsu is made from flakes milk ice which is tasty. Great service!

Bingsu is really distinctive. Fluffy texture ice flakes will melt in your mouth. Milk tea is rich taste. It was an amazing experience.

First time!!!! Totally in love with their bingsu! I think they have the best bingsu in Adelaide! My friends and I just had such a great experience here! We called Milk tea Bingsu, the chocolate lava cake, and the rockmelon Bingsu! It’s so good that we forgot to take photos hehe! Do recommend this place!

Seoul sweetie really has one of a kind dessert, nothing in Adelaide I’ve ever had like this! Comfy setting and homey atmosphere, I’ll definitely bring my friends back next time !

Friendly staff, delicious soufflé and chai latte, the soufflé very soft and taste good, not too sweet, we love it. and the chai latte taste very special, I assume they put a lot of spice. My friend ordered taro snowflake, it is zesty and delicious!

A small Korean dessert place next to Busan Baby. This is my favourite place to get Bingsu.. shaved flavoured ice shaving with toppings such as fresh fruits, ice cream or mochi. Yum!
Some of the Bingsu's are seasonal so don't forget to try it before it's gone.

Cozy place next to Busan Baby with an Alice in Wonderland vibe. Interesting flavoured desserts. Really enjoyed the Thai milk tea bingsu. Earl Grey ice cream is the bomb. Dalgona coffee with matcha latte was alright. It is what it is.. Tiramisu with pearls was really good, and the chocolatey flavour is pretty strong. Great idea with the croiffles but a bit underwhelming when it came out. The texture was flakey though. And pricey for the serving size. Changed up their menu from the original opening event. Soufflé was light and fluffy. Inconsistent with the risen level, but tasted good.

Absolutely delicious and cosy little dessert place in town! Amazing bingsu with different flavours every season/month, my favourite so far is taro flavour. Love their croiffles too which a crunchy and chewy fusion between waffles and croissant 😋 Lady boss and staff are always warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place when you feel like something sweet!

Instagramable dessert that taste good too.
Highly recommend their bingsu, honey thick toast and mochi croiffle👍

Omg, the mochi waffles is a dessert to die for. Chewy in the middle and super crunchy outside. Soybeans powder is also a great addition, so flavourful. The sweetness is light and just right 🥰
Tiramisu is so-so, pick sthing else as this is a Korean dessert place, haha.

Glad to see that there is some proper Korean desserts in Adelaide now! Came in with a party of 5, didn't have to wait too long and the owner was happy to put my name down for a table while I was eating next door at Busan Baby.
Although there is a minimum of one dessert dish per person (drinks not accepted), the owner was accommodating and allowed our party to order 3 dishes and 1 drink. I am glad that an exception was made, however I think the rule should be relaxed a bit, especially for those who dine next door.
Don't miss the Croiffle and Mango Bingsu as they are very unique to the Adelaide dessert market. Never have I seen these desserts and this is the best place to try it.
The Bingsu was as expected, soft snowlike ice shavings infused with milk which perfectly complement the fresh mango and popping pearls. Croiffle provided a unique twist and was very crunchy and well paired with the matcha ice cream.
Overall this place is a great dessert spot, rivalling the famous Eggless down Goodwood side which is known for their Asian desserts. If the rules around ordering dessert plates were relaxed just a little bit, this place would get my 5 stars.

I have a very experience with Adelaide becauce of this dessert bar. Price was okay compare with Melbourne or Sydney. Nice and simple dish. Good place to chill after dinner. Waitress was nice snd friendly.

Dessert night at @seoulsweetieadl! When I heard about this dessert place, we knew we had to try it out immediately 😅😅😅.
.
Strawberry pink pond: strawberry Panna Cotta with chiffon cake and strawberry umeshu sorbet. The Panna Cotta was one of the smoothest I've ever had! It was super tasty 🤤🤤🤤. All of the components of the dish were perfect!
.
Earl Grey tiramisu with Earl Grey ice cream, Boba pearls, and cocoa taro meringue: wow this was super creative and tasty! Love love love the Earl Grey flavours throughout this dish.
.
Tropical chocolate forest: chocolate mousse and passionfruit curd with chocolate soil and mushroom meringue. This was a really pretty dessert. The mousse was really smooth and had a rich chocolate flavour! And it worked well with the passionfruit curd 🤤🤤.
.
Croiffle (croissant + waffle): we had one with matcha and strawberry and the chocolate Nutella. The croiffle was super really flaky and tasty! Loved it! The matcha ice cream was good. And the chocolate mousse was good too.
.
Mango bingsu: so good!!! Nice fresh mango with deliciously soft ice and wishful bursting bubbles 🤤🤤🤤.
.
Black milk tea bingsu: wow this was super special! The ice was nicely flavoured Thai milk tea, and the boba on top made a great addition 😜.
.
Dalgona: whipped coffee with matcha. Super delicious!!!

Coffee was amazing

It was surprisingly my best experience in Adelaide in terms of desert. I visited there on Valentine's Day. Apart from fast check in despite being busy, the taste, quality and the presentation of deserts were extraordinary ❤️. Every week, from now on, I must go there to lighten up my life.

Best Korean dessert in Adelaide so far.
Highly recommend their Bingsu, strawberry pink pond and cremosa earl grey tiramisu.

I tried 3 dishes and can highly recommend the Durian lava cake for some dark choc decadence! And omg croiffle ! Delicious plus best chai I've had in Adelaide!

One of the best recommendations on my list!!! 🔥 Although the place is so busy, waitresses and waiters are friendly 🌟 The mochi waffle is mouthwatering 🤤 Great services and location 👍🏻 It's worth spending a long time waiting to get in!!! ❤️

Great little dessert bar. The matcha sundae was delicious. Service was excellent.

The Bingsu (Shaved Ice) was definitely the best that I’ve had so I would highly recommend getting one if visiting Seoul Sweetie. The fluffiness of the ice with the surprisingly not so sweet condensed milk makes a perfect combo. Usually I would think condensed milk on a dessert would be too sweet but it worked very well for their Bingsu.

A surprising combination of flavours, that all blending perfectly withe each other. Highly recommended the French toast if you go
A. V.
The best souffle I have ever tried. Very fluffy and spongy with the bonus of yuzu flavours.
D. P.
Delicious ice cream and Croiffle. Take 2 star away because the lava cake not have melting filling inside. Quite dissappointing
A. L.
Very chic decor and friendly service staff. All the desserts are house made by their Korean chef who incidentally helms from Seoul. Also tried their crush ice mango desert (bingsu) which was refreshing and delicious. Will have to come back and try their other desserts; they all looked really good. Reasonable pricing and a lot of attention to detail on the desserts.

Love the hospitality of the staffs. Brought my mother in law as well and she was given a complimentary cup of T2 tea to go with the desserts.
Love the mango bingsu. The Croffle (combination of croissant + waffle) especially is a must try! Will definitely come back to try out the rest of the carefully crafted menu.

Must try the crepes here. Best crepe:)
