Gelato is absolutely beautiful. The reason for the 4 star review is; 1) young staff were very unprofessional and rude 2) pricing If it wasn't for the awesome gelato we probably wouldn't go back due to the young male and female that served us today. Showed no care or friendliness towards my family and didn't look like they even wanted to be there. I will go back only because gelato was good, but you may have to firstly win the lotto as it's very expensive for a small scoop.

Recently my father had a fall on the crossing outside Allora, the young gentleman from the store rushed to help him & offered help in any way he could, getting water, bandages & pain relief. It was a traumatic time for my elderly father & myself & I am extremely thankful for the kind assistance from this very helpful man.

Easily the best gelato I’ve had outside of Rome. Treat yourself and get the Oreo and Kinder flavours. Even if you don’t get those, you can’t go wrong, everything is delicious. 10/10 will be coming back.

My kids love this place!! All made on-site too. Great staff and it’s very reasonably priced. I don’t particularly like ice cream but both the Oreo and Ferraro Rocher are fantastic! Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth or not. The flavors and customer service is quite exceptional. Adam who runs the show in the background is a great person to meet. Their staff are equally enthusiastic to help you choose the right flavor. The gelato is not only divine (trust me... I eat a lot of gelato and know a good one), you cannot go wrong. The combinations along with the most generous of serves are reasons enough to go back. From eco-friendly cups to opportunities to taste all flavors before you choose are just added bonuses. Even more if you think you have a great flavor in mind, talk to Adam and share your idea, it may just come to life too. They make all their gelato themselves with tons of love and hard work. It shows in the quality. Ample parking in the center so no dramas of having to rush in and out. Give them an opportunity and I'm certain you will return for more just like me.

Affogato is an absolute treat! Definitely worth the $6 considering you get two large scoops of YOUR CHOICE of gelato paired with an awesome brew! Very aesthetic internally would sit in when possible!

Best gelato ever and anywhere! I literally make up excuses to have dinner at Newmarket just so we can go here for dessert. They have ruined gelato for me forever as my standard for gelato has reached levels unprecedented now thanks to Allora. Their flavours are exactly on point with what they say are. There is no "oh yeah, I guess I can taste it" that you get at other places, every time you pick a flavour, you know that's what your getting. When they did their eucalyptus drop gelato, I was transported back to primary school where you can buy packs at your canteen for 20 cents. I could not recommended this place more, the only reason you would not go here, is if you hated gelato and even then, I think they could convert you!

Great place and staff were extremely friendly, first time there had 3 different types all yummy but they had a lychee and rose water gelato that blew my socks off. No photos because the ice cream didn't last long enough.
