had a bad day Tuesday and wanted to treat myself. The lovely girl helped me decide what I wanted and gave me samples to help pick the flavour. Honestly the best experience I’ve had there. She made my day so much better

I have been to this Baskin Robbins a few times and I have never met a more lovely pair then the two girls that served me tonight. I let them choose the flavours for me to takeaway and told them I just wanted something with chocolate. Not only did the girl explain the ultimate takeaway to me without hesitation but she gave me a tub with hearts, a bunny picture and the term surprise which felt really personalised and was very welcoming. The other girl helped my partner with his order and wished us a good night. Absolute legends!!!

Desserts are heated in microwave so eat fast because when they cool they turn rock hard! Average, stick to the iceccram.

Usually really good, lately though when ordering from Uber eats the ice cream comes almost completely melted. Has to be put in the freezer for an hour or so before it can be enjoyed.

First of all the staff here have always been pleasant and as such their customer service is top notch. Plenty of choice of ice cream and add ons. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is like a number of these type of shops they are geared to takeaway customer base and while there is a small number of seats there is relatively little to offer in relation to comfortable seating or inviting people in to do so.

Loved the staff friendliness they gave us taste tests of all the ice-cream before we purchased what we liked; and the selections were delicious, I had the triple scoop blueberry it was fkng amazballs.. Loved it so did the kidlets and price wasn't to bad. I will definitely be a return customer.
