This is a family run franchise full of love, care and great customer service. The owners work in the shop daily. We had a great experience and will definitely be back during our stay! We chose to come here over the "smaller" competitors which are actually owned by bigger companies who just hire casuals and backpackers short term, with little to no customer service skills. We were not disappointed.

Lots of choice for ice cream, sorbet and shakes. They sell cakes as well. We had ice cream (e. G. Toblerone taste) which was interesting due to different ads, but the ice cream taste is really nothing special.

Not just another franchise. We were served by the guy who makes the ice cream and he gave us an idea of the 2 months that Airlie was shutdown because of The 'Rona. The whole main Street had the lights turned off and every shop closed and the locals who own and run these shops went fishing cause there was nothing else to do. I hope you go here and support the locals, they received almost no government support. Hang in there guys, we'll get through this.

(Original) Ein tolles Konzept: Man mixt sich diverse Eissorten und auch Zutaten wie Gummibärchen, Kekse usw., welche dann auf einer eiskalten Steinplatte zusammen gemixt werden und eine mehr oder weniger gelungene Komposition ergeben. Nicht ganz günstig, aber extrem spaßig und lecker.
