Ordered "Sam's Rainbow Mix" and really thoroughly enjoyed it. Really friendly staff and you can obviously invent your own ice cream combinations. The options are endless. Highly recommended place for Ice Cream.

Expensive as hell but nostalgia is a powerful spell. Never seem to be able to match the ice cream and mix-in combination that cold rock does. Recommend coming when it's quiet because it's on the same strip as many very busy restaurants

A clean little place with seating outside. It is in the midst of a variety of shops and eating venues making it a great dessert option following a meal. The one employee was a friendly young girl who was efficient and happy to help.

Yum ! This is the perfect desert location after a meal in the lakeside precinct - the New York chunky chocolate is the best, no one leaves dissatisfied, only joy can come from ice cream !!

Cold Rock as a product is really good. My daughter decided to treat her dad and myself to Cold Rock this evening and although the ice cream is delicious, the two young ladies behind the counter were not very pleasant at all. The attitude towards ourselves and other customers before and after us, seemed to be that we were an inconvenience to have in the store, we were barely greeted and neither of the ladies smiled or made the experience in store a good one. Such a pity as it doesn’t represent the brand well. Perhaps some more staff training on positive customer service would be a good idea.

I got the Ferrero Rocher/ almond chocolate ice cream cake and OMG👌 I didn't expect it to be $50 however it was well worth it. Amazing.

Sophia is probably the best employee ever and she definitely deserves a raise. We were in desperate need of a fork and despite working at Cold Rock of all places, Sophia delivered with a smile and courageous attitude. Absolute legend for helping us out.

I went to Cold Rock Victoria Point last night (13-02-19) and it was extremely busy since it had been such a hot day. The girl working at the time was under alot of pressure, with a line reaching to outside the door. I have NEVER experienced such good service in my life! The worker was so postitve! as was cracking jokes, she was friendly, kind and efficeint, and she kept her cool even when it was terribly busy, people were being rude and leaving the shop. I know if my daughter was in that situation she wouldve been stressed and freaking out! I never write reviews, but i want whoever reads this from Cold Rock to recognise this young girl for doing such an amzing job. In the future, I will travel from wellington point to victoria point just for this service. What an amazing employee, making the cold rock experience even more magical!

An experience like no other, perfect blend of cold and rock. Super friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere, the perfect way to end a lovely dinner down at Lakeside. I’d give it Cold Rock Victoria Point 6 stars if I could.
