They have assorted packs which make for awesome gift packs and you can customize them with any chocolate you like. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, coffee and hot chocolate drinks are super good.

Turns out, you can sample the chocolates for free! I bought A$45 of the milk chocolate macadamia nuts and blueberries, all packed into a neat plastic container. Had to restrain myself from buying more due to limited luggage space :)

K.We found this place on a little walk in the morning on a Saturday in the central business district and thought it was only a chocolate shop but it turns out they serve coffee hot well espresso rather hot chocolate cold chocolate and it was absolutely delicious we ordered a 56% dark chocolate mocha hot as well as a 56% dark chocolate mocha iced both were delicious. It was a nice touch to finish off the drink by putting a piece of chocolate on top of the cup. I will say they were a bit on the sweet side but it is chocolate so I think that is to be expected. we do highly recommend coming back Especially if you’re in need of the chocolate fix.

M. F.Well my experience may vary from some in that I am a customer from a city just north of Washington, DC called Frederick, Maryland USA. What I was trying to do is to is provide a very special Australian lady that I am enamored with, a Valentine's Day gift. I searched my local establishments here in the states and it dawned on me that sending anything perishable through the mail might not be prudent. Therefore I began an internet search for chocolatiers and when I came across Noosa and saw their offerings and prices I stopped any further searching. At this point I messaged the store and in a mere hour or two or sometime frame thereabouts, the store manager Allina emailed me back and when I explained my predicament and how I wanted to provide a nice present for Valentine's day to a local Aussie lady, well, all I can say from that point on out she went all out for me. As a veteran, a former police officer, former firefighter and paramedic I always tried to provide customer service in the context of the position and situation. Nothing though could equal up to the service experience and the heartfelt service that Allina has provided. I am not suggesting that you take my word for it, but I suggest experiencing it if you live in or are visiting Brisbane. Enjoy!

G. K.Awesome store which I visit every time in Brisbane and the quality and variety of chocolates on offer is huge. This time I bought and consumed the 85% dark chocolate and pecan chocolate. Other choices include choc coated raspberries, sultanas, almonds, blueberries as well as much more.
Coffee varieties are vast with heaps of iced varieties and regular coffee selections with white and dark chocolate choices. Nice and happy staff make this store a must visit for chocolate and coffee lovers.
N. C.I went to the Brisbane store to buy something special for a person in my life. It was my first time in the store and I was not sure what the options were. I asked for assistance and did not receive any. I told the person what I was looking for, no suggestions. Given the cornucopia of options and combinations and pricing I would have thought some assistance to get a special treat for someone special would have been helpful. I don't buy this sort of stuff everyday, because of the cost, and I certainly would not buy it for myself as it is a luxury product. Confused and anxious I would not buy a gift suitable for the person I was looking for, I left. I have given 3 stars, because for all I know the products are wonderful and the reviews seem to indicate this is the case, however, given the apparent lack of service in the Noosa Chocolate Factory store, I will not be returning. The funny thing is had the person taken time to explain some things or suggest some ideas which would have been nice for my friend, you probably would have had a regular customer for whenever I needed little special gifts to give to the people in my life. Now I will probably tell my friends the reviews indicate the chocolate is nice but you better know what you want when you are in there because the serving staff give zero assistance. I think I will stick to buying Panna Chocolates for the special people in my life. At least I know they are ethical, vegan, absolutely delicious and also very affordable!!!!!

Last time I bought over $40 worth, smashed it and became 3 months pregnant. Its my favourite. I always go when Im in the CBD. And there coffee is really good, which is boosted with a small taster of chocolate on the side for free.

I’d recommend getting the coffee beans covered in dark cocoa, the berries were a miss for me. If you’re a fan of dark chocolate the 90% slab is an absolute dream, really rich, not too bitter and the just the perfect amount of sweet!
Soy milk is no extra charge! I wouldnt get a cappuccino though, mine was was way too milky.
The staff and really friendly and overall I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fix.
P. L.There are 2 Noosa Chocolate factory shop close by. Most of the photos and reviews are for “Fresh from the Noosa Chocolate Factory”, which is 2 or 3 doors down the street. That one sells chocolate drinks, very popular, very delicious. The frozen dried strawberries in chocolate are delicious.

G.Have been here several times now and the products are consistently good with a decent selection. They are also open late which means you don't have to rush from work if you are picking up on the way home. Have encountered a bit of a mix of staff (some good, some average) but generally speaking the service is fine.
H. Y.The staff was very nice and friendly when I went in (much more than many other shops in the area). The chocolate is expensive, but the taste was surprisingly good. It reminded me a bit of Nói Síríus Icelandic chocolate, in that the dark chocolate is smooth and not all that bitter. They had a few dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan options, though the label notes that it ‘may contain’ certain allergens, which leads me to believe that the bars are not made on dedicated equipment (so those with extreme allergies wouldn’t be able to eat it safely). I was intrigued by the dark chocolate and honey jelly bar (they call it a ‘slab’). It had the consistency of Joyva jelly rings, with a nice light honey flavor. It also didn’t contain gelatin (it uses pectin). I got a macadamia milk chocolate bar as a gift and the people I gave it to really loved it. I’d definitely buy from Noosa again if I had the option. That said, I don’t know if that’s possible now that I’m back in the U.S. This is definitely a nice shop to visit if you’re in the area.

P. S.Great range of handmade chocolates available. Mostly dark chocolate of variable cocoa solids % here. Some milk and also white chocolate items as well. They have another store that is predominantly milk chocolate based. Friendly helpful staff and delicious chocs.

These guys take their chocolate craft seriously, producing high quality morsels from chocolate covered nuts and fruit to brittles, rocky road and my absolute favourite; hot chocolate! Their hot (chocolatey) drinks are second to none; are rich in flavour and NOT too sweet unlike many other chocolate shops around. Keep up the good work guys!

Don't be put off by the high price of their chocolate products. If you can pay slightly more than what you'd pay at Coles/Woolworth for junk, you won't be disappointed. The quality is outstanding and their ethical business practices will only add to that wonderful chocolatey dopamine rush.

Having a lot of gluten free and even lactose free stock is a huge bonus for me! A. W.Popped in to grab some chocolates, it's not really a chocolate 'factory' you don't actually see anything being made (well we didn't) apart from the coffees and other drinks.
The chocolates are expensive, we paid €15 for just over a handful of chocolates. We did however pop into the store that's further down the road where everything is pre packaged up and there's no coffee shop in it but the chocolates worked out cheaper. We bought 3 per packaged bags of different flavours for the same price we paid for only a handful.

M. M.Choc choky! Greaty quality & fair price. You can definitely feel the difference from the average stuff you buy on the shops and what they sell. That's the buzz from some good & well handled cocoa turned into delicious chocolate, something I usually only get when eating raw cocoa nibs. I've tried most of the 77% solid ones and they are pretty good, the others are a bit too sweet. The 73% hot cocoa is definitely something, almost a meal, it can easily keep you satisfied for half day. Depending how sensitive you are to the choc buzz, you might have trouble getting into sleep if you have it too late in the day, seriously. The 56% one might be a better choice if you are grabbing some solids too. Staff is friendly and the shop is nice. You will pay for some good quality choc here the same price you would pay almost anywhere else. I.e $4,50 for a hot choc and $5,70 for 100g of solids. Recommended chocaholics.
