I am honestly obsessed with this Cafe. Korean Shaved Ice or 빙수 is delicious!!!! 맛있다!!! Shaved Ice, Condensed Milk and different flavourings! My favourite is Mango. 😍 especially in summer this dessert is so refreshing. The service is always quick and when it is busy, it's worth the wait. They also have waffles on the menu and flavoured sodas. If you haven't tried a shaved ice dessert. I recommend it. It's best shared with your friends but they have individual cup serving sizes too.

Very nice. Just a bit too pricey for ice. $16 and $9.50. Always go with the original, generous amounts of crushed peanuts. The black sesame bingsoo tasted like what it is. Free sitting in the open area. Staff was very patient taking our orders. A buzzer to notify collection when ready, so no one crowds around the shop. Very clever idea, where social distancing is important.

The bingsoo is really nice here. So much variety, love the green tea and strawberry flavour with ice cream. Price are $16 for the bowl and $9.50 in a large cup.

Best shaved ice. Favourite would be the strawberry. I am a huge fan of their strawberry sauce, it isn't too overpowering or sweet. Lots of variety to choose from and pretty quick service. I've had their coffee quite a few times and think it's good too. Not too much seating available during busy times but you can get the cup size and walk around. Less calories if you stand and eat 😂

If Bingsoo (Korean Ice Shaved milk) is a novelty you haven't tried in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane check out Surabing. The Ice cream and milk flakes are like eating sweetened snow. A tiny mini Cafe situated in the busy Market square garden with plenty of parking space. Ordered the Strawberry Bingsoo and it was refreshing, creamy without the heaviness of traditional ice cream. Topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce. Nice and light summer snack. Falls short of a 5 star as the Strawberries were a tad sour still juicy though. They also have Mango and other flavours as well as coffee. Check them out if you're in the area. Covid safe plan available via QR and they have Korean hits and RnB music for all those kpop fans.

Was really yummy! Got the matcha shaved ice in a cup and really happy with it. Didn’t wait too long and had no issue with the dessert. I like how the shaved ice is in cups and can easily take it somewhere else to eat. Will come back and try the other flavours!

Tried the plentiful delicacy of cookie and cream bingsoo, in which was accesible in price also with towering and pleasuring sweet decorations surrounding the ice cream and shaved ice. Customer service was professional and generous with welcoming interior aspects- definetely recommend trying out surabing cafe!!

Such a lovely Korean dessert cafe, the staff are super friendly and the service was really fast. Perfect dessert/treat for the summer, really fruity, lots of different flavours and super creamy!

Very very really delicious!!!! You need to try this, bingsoo are soooo goooodd and as well as waffle, ade and coffee. However, service are very kind too. I really liked this dessert cafe!!!! I loved it!!

Great dessert options. You'll never be disappointed with the shaved milk ice desserts (bingsu). Staff are usually friendly and the coffee is decent. Indoor seating is a bit small but outdoor is good. Make sure you get here early because they often stop orders 45 minutes before closing.

Unfortunately, the bingsu was rather underwhelming. We ordered the strawberry bingsu and it came with a couple strawberries cut in quarters. I would expect a little bit more for $15

good range, good shaved ice. Doesn't take to long. I know it's a popular spot cause of all their affiliation with uni clubs.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely selection of coffee, tea and desserts available. Cute ambience and and a lovely venue to chill out after a meal. We loved our Wafflesandwitch and would have loved to try more items from the range. We ordered the Green Sencha Tea and the Serenity tea which were born delicious. The staff pretty much leave you alone once the meals are served and we didn't feel rushed to leave even after we finished. It's a rare quality in a restaurant / cafe that I really appreciate when dining out. I think next time, we'll skip dinner and just head straight out to Surabing for dessert. It would be great if they had more comfortable seating but I can see nobody would ever leave if that was the case.

What a dessert! So light and refreshing with multitudes of choice toppings. New taste experience for my mouth. Only negative was very busy with long order wait times but trust me worth the wait. This was so good, I omited to take photos, due to great taste sensations. Will be back many times and will update with visual experience.

Tried their mango shaved ice, it was okay however the mango didn't taste like they were fresh and it tasted more like they were the snap frozen ones you could get from coles or woolies. Price is pretty expensive for the portion we got. It's a so-so from me.

Very nice snow ice dessert from Korea. Our favourite is the original. The so is a bit small and seating is a bit of an issue if you come in a big group. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

The gentleman who served us was very attentive and lovely, the bingsu was absolutely FABULOUS. You must come and try!

Bingsu was good but not great, the price was high for this taste and portion. The environment didn't felt cosy enough to sit and talk with friends as it's small tables and chairs

Prices aren’t cheap but the shaved milk with Oreos, as well as the Strawberry and also the Nutella, which are all the ones we have tried so far, are AMAZING honestly my personal fav Asian dessert everr

If I could rate this place anymore than 5 I would, everything on the menu is AMAZING.. The customer service is AMAZING. Christine Obviously Made my waffles and Bingsoo with extra love. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. ALSO THE MUSIC 🤪✨

Delicious waffles! Timely and friendly service. The cutlery was a little flimsy and plastic. My friends had the bingsu and said that was great too. Will come back!

Had a great time here last night, dessert was delicious and well-presented, we had the mango cheesecake and cookies and cream. They ran out of seating but the lovely fella at the counter (possibly the owner) set up a table for us. Would definitely come here again

The MOST DELICIOUS dessert in Brisbane by far! Every visit has been a wonderful experience and the man who works there every night is the most genuine, down to earth person I have ever come across. He truly makes every experience one to remember and puts a lot of heart and soul in each dessert. He makes all his customers feel special and I’m obsessed with his matcha bingsoo. This little dessert shop has the most outstanding service and the most delicious coffee and desserts. A MUST try!

Such a great dessert place. The Korean Bing Soo is amazing with loads of flavours to choose from. A family favourite of ours over the past few years. There is also a big waffle selection and the coffee is good too.

Perfect bingsoos for me. 1 bowl, 2 people can share it 😆 I had the original and the mango bingsoo. 2 of the best flavours in the menu and I didn't regret getting them. Mangos are frozen ones and I liked them too! Somehow I prefer the frozen ones than the fresh soft ones. So all good 😁♥️

Great Korean dessert shop with some amazing desserts and flavours. The Coffee Bingsoo is amazing. It has coffee ice cream and some sort of coffee flavoured shaved ice with an incredible texture. It also has some sort of poky stick which goes well with the coffee. We've also had the Cookies and Cream Bingsoo and it was good as well with an Oreo on top.

Love this dessert place! Our favourite is just the standard "original bingsoo"... lovely taste and textures on shaved ice. But if you are thinking ice kechang then think again.. this is very different, higher quality, great flavours.

It's a small shop that is surviving despite the extensive construction. Tried the strawberry bingsu and it was lovely. There was the right amount of fruit and ice balance. Bingsu is expensive but it's not an everyday dessert. I'll be back again and again.

There are very few places in Brisbane where you can get authentic bingsu and this is one of the better places! Didn't realised how great bingsu is until I had theirs. Tucked in a long alleyway of Asian restaurants, most people would miss it. Just look for the black coloured walls and a huge poster of assorted bingsu combinations and you should be able to find this hidden gem. I do wish that they change their take-away container to something that you can actually take home and eat. When I ordered a take-away bingsu, I also purchased all the add-ons (cheese, and all) and the cup was almost overflowing, I had no choice but to eat it on my way back to the car. Not complaining, just suggesting mainly.

The employee seems a little depressed and doesnt really respond. Sort of just makes sounds? Will look at you straight in the eye and not say anything. Very strange. Prices arent cheap but tastes great!

Great food but bad service and don’t follow times said. For example if they say break time 5-5:30pm they will only open 10 minutes after that. Which is really frustrating especially when you’re in a rush. They lost my service that day 🤷‍♀️

Decently priced, portions are good but the desserts mediocre. There was a cockroach on our table inside the store when we went and the employees ignored it even when we pointed the insect out to them.
