Rich and creamy ice creams with a wide choice of special Tasmanian, family favourites and classic flavours. Tried pepper berry and leatherwood honey, lavender and chocolate, lemon myrtle and peach, white chocolate and raspberry ripple, and the coffee. Wish we had enough time to try more. If you’re in Hobart on a Friday, remember to visit for the Friday 2 scoops for 1 special! (We weren’t, pity.)

I love ice cream and this was amongst the best I’ve ever had. I had the pepperberry and leatherwood honey and the wattleseed and treacle and my partner had lavender and chocolate and they festive whiskey. The best was the wattleseed and treacle, not too sweet, just right!

A unique and very popular gelato place in Hobart. On the pier, they offer a variety of different and unexpected flavours! We had the ginger, watermelon, lavender chocolate and leatherwood honey & pepper berry flavours. All were delicious and creamy texture. Definitely a must try when visiting Hobart!

Even though the line is often long, the staff are friendly and efficient so the wait is never long and you don't feel rushed. They also let you taste before you choose which helps as there is so many flavours. The other day I tried the most unusual sounding one yet - charcoal, coconut and cherry!

It's a great place to go to and have an icecream or sorbet, gentle rocking of the boat as you look out the window. 😀 Friendly service and happy to give you a taste of a couple of flavours before you decide. Delicious salted lime sorbet and also tried the whiskey icecream which was tasty too.

Had the most amazing experience at this creamery on Tuesday, 12 Jan 2021. First of all, customer service was excellent! The staff were so friendly, especially the gentleman that served us, absolutely amazing. We felt so welcomed from start to finish. And let’s talk about the ice cream! My goodness, there was plenty to choose from and the flavours were exceptional. I had two scoops, Jamaican Rum and Raisin and the Whiskey Cream. Absolutely delicious. Nothing was loaded with sugar, like most other ice cream places and you could really taste the actual flavours in the ice creams. This creamery is real artisan gelato!

I get why this place has great reviews. The texture is very creamy, and they don't use gimmicks like chunky bits - just pure ice cream. They have a great selection of simple and experimental flavours. For my tastes, the Pepperberry & Leatherwood Honey was mind blowing. I also tried the whiskey flavour, which was subtle and similar to a pure vanilla bean taste, caramelised fig was good, and so was the wattleseed.

Ice creams there deserve 5 stars because they were deliciously creamy and not too sweet .We had the leatherwood honey - what a dream!! - and lemon-peach Myrtle, plus the whisky cream and chocolate hazelnut, both very good as well! However, the service was not that great as the young girl who served us wasn't really nice behind her counter... Maybe because she had only an hour left before closing? Also it's a bit pricey, but luckily the ices are really good.
