This place has been our go to place for all things ice cream style desserts since 2008. Very good quality ice cream with some innovative flavours. BR is known for it's 31 flavours, it's always hard to choose which one to try each time. However, customer service can be improved, as most of the times we visit this store we're never greeted with a smile, never too convinced that we were served properly. Lot of places get busy but that doesn't mean the place can get away with poor customer service.

The store is quite small and cramped, and there is not a massive selection of flavours. However the staff were friendly, and they were having some brand promotions with some quirky and creative icecream creations. I just had a simple scoop, and for 5 bucks it's not cheap, but damn it was some smooth delicious chocolatey icecream

I visited this place after seeing a movie. They had a range of ice 🍦 which included 'The Unicorn'. It was so popular that it sold out upon arrival. So I ordered the Macaron 'Love Potion #31. Basically it was a large 2 piece biscuit with the ice cream sitting in between. My ice cream was served on a carton tray with a plastic spoon. The biscuit and ice cream was pink. There was some candy and biscuit in the cream. Not too sweet. Just right. I loved it!

Baskin Robbins Camberwell has been my favourite ice cream go to for years! One of the perks being open till late (10pm) even on week nights and has been perfect for a late night cheeky ice cream run. Definitely enjoying the running themes of ice cream add ons such as the unicorn, stranger things etc!

Finally!!!! Found my best icecream in the world in Melbourne!!!!!!! I always wondered why this icecream shop is not in the city Found all the way in camberwell I had my favorite flavor icecream. Thank you... to just be there

Not that many flavors that I expected. Meant to have 31 flavors(or more)as it shown on their logo but i believe they have less than that. Still im going there as its the only beskin robbins store that i know

This is a difficult review to give. On the one hand, I love Baskin Robbins, I always have. Great products, great ice cream. Used to eat it a lot when I lived in Queensland. However, there are only two or three stores near Melbourne (none are in the city and the closest one is Camberwell). So to make a trip out there is a special occasion as we have to go well out of our way. The ice cream is great at the Camberwell store but unfortunately the service is abysmal. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by buying their product. They were abrupt, rude, unaccommodating, and not friendly at all I'm sorry to say. It's a shame because, as I said, it's a special occasion for us to make the effort to go to Baskin Robbins from the city via public transport. The bad service really sours the experience. The product is 5 stars but the service is 1 star so I've averaged it out to 3.

A first for me , although this was more about my daughter ! I don't usually eat ice cream so it wouldn't have been a place of interest except for a competition that my girls wanted to enter . In saying that , there's a few flavours to choose (30)? Prices seem a bit over the top , however if want it-put up and shut up.

This store is quite small and pokey, and staff tend to be pretty young and awkward. Every time I've been here they never talk. Having said that, the ice cream is amazing so it makes no difference.

Just had the best service from the lady here. I was too late to order an ice cream cake by Saturday but she came up with a terrific suggestion and she will have it ready by Saturday arvo. Very pleased. Thank you,

I went there with my Dad on Saturday afternoon and I purchased a Hokey Pokey Single Waffle Cone for myslef and a Rum 'n' Raisin Single Waffle Cone for my Dad. I had a Buy 1 get 1 free voucher but the girl forgot to take one off so she charged me for 2, which was $6.20. I rang up that night and she apologised and she gave me a full refund of $6.20 back onto my card, which was extremely nice of her to do that for me.

I think that's the only franchise of Baskin Robbins in Melbourne and due to that they are taking an unfair advantage of it. charging dollar extra for cream and toppings which is available free of charge in Brisbane,Gold coast loved the ice cream as i'm a big fan of Baskins Robbins but don't like the management
