The ice cream is great here. But what sets this place apart from other Cold Rock locations is Dave. He is an absolute legend. His customer service is second to none. He can put a smile on anyone's face with his smile and a genuine good nature. Good on Ya Dave! You are a Cold Rock Legend!

Love this ice cream shop 😍 They provide a generous portion for your selection. Also I love the toppings and nibbles range they provide. They got that cold tray to mix nibbles with ice cream as well. They do it great and wishing them to keep it up 👏

This was my first time eating at Cold Rock and I have to say I’m impressed. I ordered the “Cookie Jar” off the Tastier Combo menu and had no idea what to expect. When the employee started adding in TimTams, cookie dough and Oreo cookies, I nearly fainted. Every ice-cream shop should take notes because this is how you serve ice-cream the right way! It was a tad expensive for what you get, however it’s a nice treat every now and then. I will definitely be back to try out the other flavour combos! 5 stars!!

Great service, all of the staff are super friendly and greet you as soon as you come through the doors. The ice cream is super yummy and they have a variety of mix ins. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve been going to this place for a while. Ice creams are good. But the service is very poor. They have new staff all the time who aren’t trained and there’s no consistency. They switch off the stone early and then the ice cream melts while mixing. Service is everything and they’ve got it completely wrong.

Great ice cream! This is our favorite location. The owners are always so nice and welcoming. Great location, perfect to stop by right after or before your grocery shopping at the Coles in the same shopping area. Definitely recommended.
