Staff is good and helpful, and they have Butterscotch!!!!!! What else could I ask for when it comes to ice cream, as Butterscotch is rare to find. It also has all the sprinkle options for kids which although takes the fun away from enjoying just the ice cream but its kinda hard to explain that to kids isn't it....anyways it my favourite go to ice cream shop in point cook.

Very clean and decent size ice creamery. Friendly and patient staff especially with all the choices to select from. I would recommend also checking all the combo options if you are unsure on flavours. Also, check out the black board. These are flavours not on display in the bain marie but please if you stop by ask them to taste the flavours. I am so happy they now have pistachio!! Delicious!!

The ice cream cakes here are delicious and the shop is always tidy and clean. A great place to take your children for a delightful ice cream expereience, they can watch their ice cream, chosen lollies and toppings get crafted together before enjoying. The customer service is on point too!

Nice flavours, courteous staff, great location but smallish portions compared to some of the other ice cream shops. We ordered a few serves, some came out small and some were big, not sure why. Mango and bubblegum tasted good. Ambience is good, the place can seat about 15-20 people inside and has some outside seating as well. Recommend this place!

Love frequenting this store, great for a catch up! The ice cream selection is also really diverse and can even provide information on the ingredients in the ice cream (in case of allergies). Highly recommend the butterscotch! Hard to find that flavour elsewhere.

I wandered in here and was met with a variety of confectionary to choose from as well as an array of ice cream, I decided to order two scoops of mint choc chip with gummy bears, sour worms and gum balls, after the young girl who probably works for 11 dollars an hour was done tirelessly mixing my ice cream in good faith she told me that it would cost 19 dollars, when I offered to pay in dried fish and small soy sauce containers I stole from the “sushi sushi” down the road she asked if I was being serious. I then payed with 5 cent coins to punish her for questioning the likes of Joe Nuts, let this be a lesson to all of you, if you even consider questioning a man of my status for even a second, think again!

Visited late at night and Dom was helpful in his suggestions for ice cream products that were careful to avoid any of my girlfriend's allergies. He suggested we avoid the mix and sprinkled the mixes on top instead.

That's the second time I've been there in 3 days and they didn't have bubble gum ice cream.. that's why I've made the tough decision to remove 1 star from my rating. Otherwise I always love having my large bubble gum with marshmallows, gummy bears and nerds. An absolute treat! Just HMU when you get bubble gum back in. Thanks!

Wow wow wow!!!! Not only is the product of the ice cream TOTALLY DELICIOUS, the customer service of Zeze is one of a kind! I had alot of trouble trying to figure out what I was going to do for my daughters birthday cake as it only got cancelled an hour ago. I know COMPLETE HEADACHE! Zeze however gave me the different options I could take to get out of this pickle. Today is her day off and even though she's not even in store, she called the team members on site sent me images of the cakes they had available and even added some extras I needed to make it extra special!! So to you Zeze and team at CR THANK YOU GUYS! moving forward you guys will be the first place I call for future birthday cakes as they really are a childs dream... and quietly adults love them aswell hehe. Keep up the great work and I will be spreading the word around town!!!

The are absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond for a order that the Uber Eats Driver ruined. The Uber Eats Driver delivered the food but had taken one of the items out of the bag, I then called the restaurant to inform them as I was also worried about contamination of the food so the restaurant replaced the entire order for us and even personally delivered it to us! I will from this point onwards avoid Uber Eats Delivery and collect personally from here on out! Loved the shops exceptional service with dealing with this issue

**UPDATED REVIEW** Re-visited cold rock since they changed owners and I have to admit it has improved one hell of a lot. Outdoor and indoor seating was clean, mix-in's were fresh, staff polite and attentive. Will be back in the near future! :)

Cold Rock point cook has Very Kind and helpful staff I take my kids here all the time for a sweet treat and I love the vegan options they have. I get Uber often from here and my order is always well prepared and packed. It’s situated next to a closed off street with great seating and play area for children Highly recommend going in for your favorite ice cream or shake
