Bought a 1L tub of lemon sorbet and coffee ice-cream through UberEats, it was well packaged and still frozen when it got to us The coffee flavor was nice, pretty much exactly what we expected, no complaints there. But the lemon sorbet was almost flavorless, it felt like trying to eat with a blocked nose, only the sweetness and creamy texture coming through with a distant memory of lemon Not sure if I just got a badly mixed batch or something, but it was pretty disappointing. Not sure if I'd order again and risk getting another dud flavor, which is a shame as everything else was fine

Me and my mum are repeat customers, and the service is so wonderful!! I absolutely love looking forward to getting the yummy icecream and the /best/ donuts. Even when out of flavours, they make the best replacement choices so you still get your money's worth! And they draw the cutest things on the order bags <3

Seriously the best doughnuts I’ve tried! everyone goes on about Daniels doughnuts but I find they all taste the same no matter what flavour you get...not yours! the vanilla slice doughnut was magical, nearly made me cry with happiness 🤣 Do yourself a favour and try these doughnuts!

I want to shout-out for the girl who was working by herself today, I went into dairybell on the 23/1/2022 at around 5pm, it was semi busy when I walked in and by the time we were served a large amount of people had walked in, she handled it like an absolute boss lady but you could tell she was flustered as there were also shakes/smoothies holding her back and also uber deliveries (absolutely not her fault). and a man who came in abused her to the point where she was clearly upset because he said she was not working fast enough and that she shouldnt have a job because he made her cry. absolute SHITTAKE to this man for treating staff like this. I would of gave 5 stars if you had another staff member on to help control these situiations way to keep your employees safe. especially when its 35 degrees on a sunday. overall she did a fantastic job, my milkshake was amazing.

Large selection to choose from, DELICIOUS ice cream :) it would easily be the best around ice cream going around. Their supershakes are a real GAME CHANGER and a must have. Their donuts are freshly handmade daily and are Devine … cant help but buy one of each one as its so hard to choose just one. cannot recommend this company high enough if i could give it more than 5 stars i would

Just did a delivery via door dash, I was a little worried about getting ice cream delivered but they packaged it well, it arrived in great condition. The ice cream ordered was delicious, ordered two tubs of 500ml, cherry ripe, Mars bar, bubble gum & coffee! The flavours were amazing. A choc chip banana sundae with almonds was ordered also (this was not all for me hehe) and it was well presented and tasty. I would definitely recommend them not only for the great ice cream, but the generous servings. If you are worried about ice cream being delivered, I did it, it was about a 10 min drive to me and it was a warm night, didn’t have any issues. You should do it, ice cream makes everything better hehe. I also want to add that I appreciated the kindness with my order, thank you 😊

Ordered from Uber Eats twice late at night. Thickshakes were absolutely wonderful. One of the times we got a second doughnut for free when we only ordered one which was a very nice bonus. The best customer service I have ever received when ordering food online. Will definitely order again :)

DOUGHNUTS ARE THE BEST HERE! Tastes soft and fresh here even late at night, not stale or dry. Daniel doughnuts taste more like thicker bread whereas Dairy Bell doughnuts reminds me of Japan's 'mister doughnuts meets crispy kreme'. I love their smooth creamy ice cream too 👌👌👌

I order donut Icecream and smoothie to deliver on uber eat. Uber deduct money from my account but they haven't received my orders. So i called the owner and he told me he dealt with this issue but they haven't fix the issue for him. Anyways he gave me free charge of 6 donuts, icecream and smoothie. And it was so great. Happy and satisfied customer. Definetly i will recommend it and will be back soon. Thank you

Only ever used Uber for this store but an amazing experience everytime. Ordered quite frequently, and quite late (aka close to closing) if an item I ordered isn't available, they always write a sweet note and replaced with what they have. Partner adores their rainbow ice cream, and myself their donuts and their peppermint shake!
