They make the best gola (crushed ice/ shaved ice/ snow ice) I have ever had in Melbourne 😍😍😍😍😍🍨🍧. Believe me this place is worth it, must give it a go. I am drooling and craving for another one while keeping this photo in review. They make it authentic. The flavours used are not the cheap stuff, it's really tasty. Worth every penny.

Outstanding quality ice creams. Went there on Saturday found to be busiest time so far but the outlet representatives were definitely hardworking and gave their best proving their customer service at its level. I really recommend, one shall visit there. Cheers for the quality and service :)

These guys did amazing. We ordered through uber, and unfortunately they were out of the cold cocoa option. However, they absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Replaced the product, and even gave us a little extra rainbow. The ice cream is absolutely delicious and we are so, so happy this was our first experience with Falooda.

Best Ice creams in the western suburbs. Must try there shredded ice gola and American dry fruit.

Cashew and fig is a great flavour combination. It would be great If, you could increase the fig content so it's more pronounced and gives texture with the crunch of the seeds. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Very good ice cream and even better staff. Went there yesterday to buy an ice cream for my daughter and they gave her the ice cream for free. Being small business owners and generous at the same time is a quality that is not very common. Their ice cream was very good as well, reminded me of home made ice creams in Pakistan. I wish them all the best.

We had Royal Falooda and Fig Almond kulfi both were amazing. Being Friday night we had to wait for 20 mins to be served. We arrived at about 10pm and it was still crowded.

😋The only thing wrong is that are not open 24 hours a day.😋 Coming down all the time from Geelong is a bit of a hassle but what's 1 hour of driving when the result is Icecream and Falooda this good. This remind me taste of my hometown.😋
