Fantastic place to get beautiful ice cream and just a great little meeting spot in general. As well as ice cream they also do cakes, Dutch pancakes and milkshakes. Flavours are always rotating and also keep an eye out for their special flavours of the day. My personal favourite is the Tim Tam and Maltesers.

Very nice flavours here... Very very nice flavours here. They know how to make good gelato here, that's for sure. The 2 doors this shop has, makes navigating this small shop surprisingly easy. The staff were pleasant, even when under the pump. (the after-school rush).

Hey! Really excellent little thing going here, as is evident by the long lines constantly stemming from inside the shop! Despite what this suggests, the service is quick and efficient- the ice cream really is just that good! Definitely a very fair five star for this one!

On our way home from Frankston we stopped in Seaford for some gelato at Unou. This has got to be the best proper Italian gelato I have ever had. Piero is 3rd generation master gelato chef who uses his families recipes from Sicily Italia. His family had been doing this since 1953. He has got gelato mastered. Come and enjoy. I promise you won't regret it.

As Customer : Fabulous and deleciuos ice-cream options including vegan. During summer, especially in the evenings it is too crowded with long queues. As Uber Driver : The staff are very friendly and the wait times are very reasonable, in case if there is a delay, they give prompt updates👍

Easily the best ice cream option anywhere in Melbourne. Great range of gelati to choose from. They had seven flavours on while we were there. Their ice cream range is much bigger. I’d say they had over a dozen flavours on. We tried Snickers, Tiramisu and chocolate.

Usually love the ice cream here however since the lines have been so long had to wait till late to go in and unsurprisingly there was nearly no flavours left. I asked to taste a flavour and was told I couldn't due to Covid which seemed odd since you don't double dip the spoons, and it goes straight into a bin. Got the vanilla flavour to be safe but tasted very bland and almost like vanilla from the supermarket. Was expecting a stronger vanilla bean flavour. My partner was excited to see his regular flavour salted caramel was there only to discover it had been mistakenly mixed with coffee. He hates coffee and couldn't get the taste out of his mouth. Staff were apologetic and offered a different flavour but not real fuss was made to fix it. Was a disappointing trip.

They have some of the best icecream we've tasted. Their Ferrero Rocher was spot on! Usually I'm not impressed with that flavour at other ice creamerys but this one was actually like eating a giant Ferrero Rocher. Highly recommended!

I took my students here a couple of weeks ago from a local special needs school. I made them a menu sheet so they could order using their voice. (The kids I teach are predominantly non verbal.) Not only does this venue serve some of the best coffee ice cream I've ever eaten but their accessible entrance meant we could do this activity with our kids who have very complex physical disabilities. The staff were fairly open to listening to my kids order an ice cream for themselves. One girl in my class is 19 and it was the first time she went to a counter of a shop and asked for the flavour she would like to eat using a switch. To the owner, please look into getting a communication access symbol. Your staff were fantastic listening to our kids who used my handmade menu sheet to make their order. They are very capable of getting the training required to make your business fully communication accessible! Some of the parents of the school were truly amazed that their children were looked at as normal by the staff here. They were talked to as appropriate to their age. They were listened to and they were given generous portions (more than we could finish tbh.) The staff even printed a receipt for me so we could cover the excursion. Thank you very much. UNOU for being an accessible ice cream shop!

So lucky to have this shop in our small strip of shops in Seaford. This shop has some amazing ice cream flavors and is reasonably priced. Just across the road from the beach it is a great place to take the kids for a treat after trip to the beach.

After the first taste, it's easy to see why there's a queue, even on a mild 20 degree day. The gelato and sorbets are delicious! The cannoli have a modern twist with ice cream replacing custard/cream which, although may not be for the traditionalists, is still worth a bite.
