Pretty shop and there’s an area that you can sit and enjoy. I tried the double chocolate soft-serve cone, it’s nice, but not sure if it’s worth $6.90. I may try their chocolixir next time.

They’re taste and quality is consistent all over the globes. Been missing their soft serve since I haven’t had them since Japan a few years ago! ❤️: Can never miss out on their delicious artisan truffles and 🍦🍫 Mixed Chocolate Soft Serve with various topping variations such as 🍪 Speculos and 🖤 Oreos. I also tried their Pretzel for the first time, served warm with melted milk chocolate to dip in—that sauce was HEAVENLY 😍.

Nicely decorated and bright shop. There are a few seats that's not too cramped together. Ice cream was good, slightly too sweet for me but probably just nice for the sweet tooth. Will revisit once lockdown is over.

This Godiva cafe sells their own Godiva chocolate along with coffee and desserts. Great decor with some seats. The ice cream is pretty standard for the price you are paying. The coffee is average too. Food - 5 Service - 5 Vibe - 7 Price - $$$

Used the Groupon offer here on Valentine’s Day. The staff were all super friendly and amazing at their jobs. The food and drinks were so so nice. We really enjoyed both the waffle and croiffle. Drinks were also well above average. The chocolates that you take away afterwards are also very nice. The place had a really nice vibe and will definitely return.

Overall amazing experience, both me and two of my friends came here and ordered coffee and some desserts which are salted caramel cake and waffle. The salted caramel was absolutely insane. However the waffle I reckon they need to replace their cheap ice cream as it tasted like a low quality one which ruined the whole taste. Salted caramel cake :10/10 Waffle : 2/10 yes that low cuz honestly Godiva and then you’ve been served with this ice cream? I reckon they also need some chocolate sauce to not let it have a dry look. Staff were absolutely friendly, we have been served by Simone and she was really really friendly and smiling all the time.

I came here with a friend and her two daughters to try the new waffles and hot chocolate. This Belgian chocolate brand has outlets all over the world and has a good reputation. The waffles are made on site, which is reassuring. The batter is more doughy than wet so the waffle is a denser product. But tasty. I loved the presentation but the star of this dish is the soft serve. The hot chocolate was very pretty. The chocolate nest is well done. Break it up and stir it in. The white chocolate spoon was particularly impressive. Very creamy. All in all, its a quality chocolate store and fits well in the Emporium.

If chocolate is your thing, this place is it! Fantastic selection of fine chocolates, extensive drinks menu and a good variety of sweets! Our go to whenever we are in Emporium! The chocolate drink is delicious and best of all, it is not sickening sweet. They offer sparkling water to clear your palate from the chocolate..The venue has decent seating space! Overall a chocolate heaven- that saying there are some choice for non-chocolate eaters too!!

What a lovely experience. We had a soft serve and the hazelnut and almond praline and dark chocolate croiffle and were not disappointed! The store layout and ambiance is lovely, too. However, on the day we went, it appeared to be quite understaffed, with just two (understandably) frazzled looking staff serving the entire cafe - making drinks, clearing tables and preparing food. Tables weren't cleared promptly and there was a line out the door. I hope it's just a once off and not a regular occurrence - for the sake of your staff's stress levels if nothing else! We'll definitely drop in again next time we're in town and give this lovely cafe another go.

Food Had the Mixed Soft Serve which was heavenly. Perfect mixture between the vanilla and chocolate giving you a smooth texture. Would definitely go for the soft serves again. Though the Belgium waffles is a little dry, the soft serve compliments it very well. Drinks Good choices of drinks but did not manage to try any of them. Service Staff here are all very cheery and friendly. Looks like they’ve a healthy work culture. Ambiance Brightly lit cafe with the scent of Godiva finest chocolates. Ample amount of seating for a cafe/store of the size.

The highlight of the experience was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. I went in for the first time yesterday and was greeted by such a wonderful team. They were all smiles and were very friendly to both my girlfriend and myself. We had ordered their cookies and cream parfait, mixed choco soft serve and the coconut slice cake, all of which were delicious. Their space is very well maintained and clean. They also have ample space for a number of customers who wish to dine in. They were so many desserts to choose from and we'll definitely be back to try more. As a giveaway was hosted by Emporium Melbourne in occasion of Chinese Lunar New Year, I won free Godiva ice cream two times consecutively. So it's my first time experience with Godiva, before that, I've lusted on Godiva from outside the store, but never went in to purchase anything from the store, as most of the items are really costly here, because of the premium quality of their ingredients as well as their service. First time, I tried Mango and Raspberry Godiva icecream which is so heavenly in taste, that it still lingers in my mouth. Next time, I tried mixed chocolate and vanilla Godiva icecream, which was also really great. Both the times I was treated royally by the staff, as the ice cream was served to me in a cone holder and I was bowled over by the graciousness and politeness in the demeanor. Moreover, I loved everything about Godiva, their decor to seating arrangements to their menu. A chocolate lover's paradise can definitely be found here at Godiva. Also their ingredients are not harmful.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for the chocolate summer tasting plate with drinks, and only used it recently. Due to the Covid-19 virus, I called up the shop and they confirmed they could only do take-away but I did not mind. The service was lovely and they took great care in preparing and packing the food and drinks. Croissant and waffle smelt and tasted delicious, while the drinks were really rich and tasty. The shop specialises in Belgian chocolate, which I find not too sweet nor too creamy. The shop has something to offer for those who wants to dine in, like hot and cold drinks, soft serves and waffles and other goodies. They have regulars and special/seasonal on offer in their menus. They also have... Chocolates! Chocolates comes in decorative gift boxes/packaging depending on the season/occassion for gifting to someone or for your own, or in regular packaging. The staffs are friendly and service is snappy. The place can be full sometimes especially towards the afternoon on weekdays and most time on weekends.

Today, Friday 8th Feb 2019, I visited Godiva Emporium for the very first time after work. Not really feeling in the best of moods I decided to spoil myself with a visit. The service I received was in one word, exceptional. I didn’t get the girls name that served me but she was amazing. Right from the very start with a welcoming smile and friendly personality. I ordered the ultimate hot chocolate and decided to try 3 individual chocolates as well. Definitely was not disappointed. Absolutely amazing. During my quiet moment the same young lady came over and followed up with me on my experience and with that I asked about some products to which she said she was happy to help me with to which I ended up purchasing. At the end of my experience the young lady asked if I was a traveller to which i said no and that I lived in Melbourne at which point she replied saying that I appeared very relaxed and happy for someone who had been working all day. My point here is, I entered the store a feeling a little stressed but this young lady turned my mood into something positive. I sat and enjoyed my little moment and from her warm, personality I made a purchase which I didn’t intend on. I left the store feeling much happier, much more relaxed and now have Godiva treats sitting at home. Thanks so much to the staff at Godiva Emporium. I will return.

Lovey chocolates, shakes and ice cream. Just what you need while shopping. Only downside is the paper straws provided with the shakes which tends to become pretty useless after a couple of sips. I had to go to another takeaway shop and grab their to finish off my drink. All for the environment but alternatives provided needs to be practical.

I visited this place for the first time. I queried why my milkshake was being served in a disposable plastic cup with a lid. They said it was to avoid breakages. I do not think this is a legitimate excuse given the impact that this business is having on the environment. My friend was served her hot chocolate in a reusable plastic cup so the excuse given seems fairly weak. Ironically I was given a paper straw. As a result I will not be returning until this businees addresses its responsibility to the environment. Every single one us as a responsibility to this issue.
