Nice honest hole in the wall ice creamery that serves a good range of vegan and non vegan scoops. I always jump at the sour cream options (most recently the apricot) and love the mild (not overly saturated) balance of sweetness. Get yourself one scoop in a cone and explore Sydney Road, what a vibe 😎

Ice cream is pretty good on a hot night, whatever it is…. but Luther’s Scoops is next level Ice Cream, amazing selection of flavours and delicious to boot. The deliciousness doesn’t stop at the ice cream, if you can call the customer service & the attention given by the lovely staff delicious! We’ve read the reviews & now we’re sharing ours because Luther’s Scoops IS really as good as people say.

one of the best ice cream shops around. lots of interesting flavours, and run by a very friendly gentleman who pretty much let us try every single flavour on our recent visit. the new Christmas flavour special Christmas cookie is delicious, so was the pavlova, buffalo yoghurt & leatherwood honey, and my favourite, the Earl Grey & chocolate. if you're in the area around 5pm, they also have epic pies that are so very worth the decadent calories.

Ice creams are of super quality. Amazing. Reviews indeed do justice to the few types we tried _ earl grey choc, lemon custard and banofee (must try). On the other hand tried the blueberry pie based on the reviews, wasn't so happy with the taste. It has a strong citric smell and super rich/oily. Will definitely come back for the ice cream though!

Amazing ice-cream. Was told this was the best by someone and didn't really believe them so I came to try it out for myself. They were right! Quite well priced but the quality of the product is amazing. Creamy and flavoursome, not watery.

Really yummy ice cream. Good variety of interesting flavours. The butterscotch ripple is definitely worth trying. Staff are always very friendly too. The vibe is very suited to Brunswick and not like the traditional Italian gelato shops you usually see around Melbourne.

The vegan pecan caramel ice cream is one of my top ice creams ever and undoubtedly the best vegan ice cream for miles around. I always want to try another ice cream when I go but I just can't resist my fave :(

The best ice cream in Brunswick, possibly in Melbourne. All of the flavours I’ve tried so far have been creamy and made from high quality ingredients. If you’re lucky enough to get there around 5pm for one of their pies you’re in for an extra treat. Very lucky to have this local gem!

First time trying Luther’s tonight and it didn’t disappoint. Had the Butterscotch ripple and passionfruit/lemon custard. The texture was great, not too sweet, and you can tell it’s a quality product. Definitely up there with the best and could be the go to from now on.

This was the best icecream I have ever tasted. Really really good! They sell apple pies sometimes but they always sell out super fast which is sad. Great place to go & pick up icecream. I would recommend the vegan dark chocolate flavour in a tub (as you literally can’t get enough of this amazing stuff).

Reviewed this place soon after it opened and it continues to get better. We live around the corner and can't get enough of the amazing ice cream and now pies as well. Best ice cream in Melbourne!!!! Butterscotch Ripple is a regular favorite and Banoffee Pie (when in stock) was epic. Please bring this back.

I didn't enjoy either of the flavours I got. Passionfruit and lemon custard was way too sweet to my taste and the Earl Grey chocolate was too subtle a flavour. The icecream was high quality and service was good and friendly, but flavours let me down.

We are very spoiled for choice in brunny when it comes to gelato and ice cream, however luthers takes the cake in my opinion. Amazing flavours, beautiful textures and such good prices. Currently sitting here savouring the take home tub I bought 2 weeks ago that is still 10/10. Highly recommended. You can't go wrong with any of the flavours but I do love the lemon custard, strawberry shortcake and malted chocolate.

It's hard not to give ice cream 5 stars, but this place definitely deserves it. At a glance, flavours seem traditional when compared to the Messina's of the world, but look closer and they seem a bit, umm, twisted?. In a good way. The flavours here are different, not over the top and really really good (Earl Grey chocolate - oh yeah, malted vanilla - yes please). Coming back to try the rest.

This place is the bees knees. Dropped by at midday after driving past and seeing the sign and glad I did. Had butterscotch and earl grey choc chip and both were delicious. Intense and rich flavour, super creamy, everything I love in an ice cream. Definitely try it.

Next level ice cream! Found this place by accident while going for a Friday stroll. This place puts your "run of the mill" ice cream to shame. You can tell the flavours have been well thought out and made with the best ingredients available. The owner clearly puts his heart and soul into the product he makes and it really shows in the flavour. I hadn't had ice cream like this in a long time if not ever. Highly recommend this place.

Luther's vegan cinnamon bun icecream is possibly the best vegan icecream in existence. Definitely the best icecream/gelati/anything I've ever bought by the scoop. It's not just cinnamon-flavoured, it really is *cinnamon bun* flavoured. Not saccharine sweet, and it's chewy, with a buttery-doughyness and barely-perceptible saltiness that adds depth.
