We got their tim tam milo ice cream with a salted caramel syringe. I highly recommend getting the salted caramel sauce it was really delish and perfectly salted. The ice cream was good and you get tim tam bits at the bottom after you dug through the chocolate milo ice cream. It was really fun looking at the process of making the ice cream using the nitrogen gas.

First nitrogen experience here at the Nitro Lab! I ordered the raspberry sorbet and was in awe as I watched being freshly made! The selections are endless and some are customisable, staff are friendly and give great recommendations for first-timers and although it's a little pricey, you get what you pay for!

There’s nothing better than an ice cream on a hot day. There’s also nothing better than a dramatic and theatrical food preparation process to go along with it too. Nitro Lab Bourke St has the best ice cream flavours on Bourke St, the staff are friendly and helpful and the premise of the shop leads to great stories and Instagram photos. Well done to the owners who’s idea has set the place apart from a regular ice cream shop.

The variety of ice creams are amazing! The staff was very patient despite the long line. This is by far the best ice cream that I have ever had! We got the Madagascar vanilla and the cardamom lemon jam. The ice creams are not overly sweet and brings out the unique flavor with each bite!

Awesome shop for quick dessert and you get a free nitro show as they make your ice cream order. My go to flavor is chocolate so ordered the Tim Tam which was amazing. I'm not sure though if the nitro actually does anything to the ice cream or maybe just a gimmick. I asked the girl making my dessert but she didn't seem to speak much English.

The Vanilla Pudding option was pretty amazing. Not sure what they put in it to get the consistency, but it was delicious. God know how much sugar is in it, but type two diabetes never tasted so good.

I had the Tim Tam and Milo ice cream as part of a combo with a waffle and syringe with chocolate sauce. The ice cream was good, but the waffle was dense and barely warm. My wife described it as unexciting. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of chocolate sauce in the syringe to improve the waffle. A dissappointing experience.

Awesome place for Gelato. I ordered a big cup of Ferraro Rocher and a Belgian Chocolate Thick Shake. The order arrived fairly quickly and it was amazing. The shake was thick as advertised and was not too sweet. The cup was exquisite and the Gelato tasted heavenly. Definitely would come back again

These ice creams are smooth and creamy. The apple creme brulee was delicious. Chunks of poached apple at the bottom with a creamy vanilla brulee ice cream and burnt caramel on top made one amazing dessert. The ice creams are now pre made so the "show" of pouring liquid nitrogen into the cream to make that smokey effect only happens every so often.

Fun little place that uses liquid nitrogen making things. The menu combo items are tasty, but the biggest fun item for the nitrogen is the Gelato shakes, the nitrogen steams out the top, fun! Tasty also.
