As a kid we all love chocolate 🍫 and to get good quality with good ambience is rare. San churros at Pacific werribee plaza is the place where I enjoy churros with mouth watering 😋chocolate dip topped with fresh and australian grown strawberry 🍓 and the gift 🎁 packs are my favorite too. The owner is very humble and the staff is courteous towards the customers. Must try. 👍

This is my favorite dessert place to go to. I love their churros, ice creams, desserts and everything they serve. Creme brûlée was my most favorite dish, it was spot on with sweetness and creaminess. The burnt sugar was a joy to crack on. Of course it is well know for churros, I would have liked the colour on churros a bit more brown. It looked like they were raw but they weren’t. I will definitely keep going again and again.

Well, it was my birthday and if you sign up to the San Churro's reward scheme 'El Social, you get a free churros for two voucher on your birthday! Although....I can eat it by myself...but anyways, there is another birthday voucher option, its family pack thats normally $35, and you get it for $19. A bit much for my tiny bird like appetite....🐥 Onto the important details! Service and the food was quick, premises were clean and notably absent which was good, as I dont like crowded eating. Churros were crunchy, hot and delicious. I paid extra for bananas and strawberries.

Jan 2021 review: Excellent service today. Staff very friendly. Babycino for the toddler was very creative with the presentation. Coffee consistently good and churros for 2. Original review 2020: Quick and friendly service. San Churros isn't the best value desserts going around but the coffee is decent and the kids $6 churros is well priced.. actually is the same serving size as a 'churros for one' which sells for $10.

Beautiful decor and very tempting sweets and drinks. Be sure to try their great selection of”New Ruby Chocolate”, the worlds 4th chocolate and just newly created after 80 years since the last chocolate was created. The new ruby chocolate is made from the ruby been and has a distinctive taste. Try the great new delights that I have here you be sure to find something you like. The prices are slightly expensive but the experience is worth the expense. Great venue to visit at all hours after the movies or just a night out. My coffee was delivered to our table as requested in a take away cup; and I was pleased to find a complimentary chocolate, which was a unexpected bonus. Staff are friendly and efficient, and their are plenty of tables.

Have not visited any San Churros for quite some time, has the Churros been that short around 6" or should be longer? will try other branches to be sure. Service: 6 staff were present, only had a handful of customers that were already eating/drinking. took 15mins for our order of 1 smoothie, 1 cappuccino and churros for one. May have been trainees.

Great hot chocolate with several varieties. Only issue is they are fairly pricey but it is quality so you can accept it. The churros are very good too.

Our favorite place for late night desserts. Their churros with dark chocolate sauce and strawberry are the best. We have tried their coffee, creme brûlée and Ice creams too and it’s good.

Always such a good service! My partner loves their shakes and is crazy about honeycomb so this is a perfect place to him. They are always generous and don't underfill. They also have various souvenir mugs if you are a tourist (COVID GO AWAY)

San Churro Werribee located in a nice spot. We got the Churro Fiesta and Mochas (white choc and dark choc). The Mochas were bang on, although quite pricey. The Churros were OK. We felt the Churros could’ve been prepared better, they did not have enough sugar / cinnamon dusting compared to other San Churros that we’ve been to on numerous occasions. The choc dips were only a quarter filled which was pretty disappointing. They also charged 15% extra for public holiday which was completely unexpected as we have not experienced this at any other stores before.

One of the best cafes town. Churros are really yummy. There are different chocolate toppings/dips as well. Coffee added with Churros becomes a really good combination.

It's a nice place, very indulgent and it's a bit expensive. I had a small mocha for $7, but it was too sweet. I won't buy that again because it's too much sugar in it. It looks very nice inside, there's 2 outdoor seating areas. One is at the front which is nice but the side area seems to be for smokers, I went out there once recently, and got lungs full of smoke. I don't smoke. I moved. I won't sit there again even though it's nicer to sit there than at the front of the shop.

We went on a Sunday night and it was really busy. Staff were friendly however they were obviously rushed as our churros were undercooked and didn't have their usual brown colour and tasty crunch as I've had at other locations.

I would ideally rate this place 5 stars but the enormous waiting times while the young staff went about huddling in groups conversing in the absence of a Manager or Leader meant waiting there frustratingly. The Churros are well cooked and is way better off when compared with one of the other San Churros in Lygon Street. The staff are happy to attend to the customers , while keeping up on the same, if the customer order is prepared and served as a priority, I believe the rating can be a 5 star.
