This is one of the best places in Melbourne for good quality creamy ice creams. They have a wide range of ice creams and lollies. The ambience of the place is very good. They offer a good range of flavours. Moreover, the quantity of serves is awsome. Their ice-creams are good value for money. A must visit place to make oneself happy. Id been hearing about Sprinkles for weeks from my 11 year old who heard from her school friend that swears its "Amazing, omg!" We finally went this arvo and Im so glad we did. The servings are HUGE, and there's is a good variety to choose from as well. I wasnt going to get anything (because I eat like a bird) until I saw a freezer full of choc tops, WOW 😍 My daughter got a twin scoop waffle cone. Both items totalled $15 but we got a $5 discount because it was our first visit, then we got a customer card. We'll defs be back again, not for discounts, but for great ice-cream with exemplary service ☺

My family and I have been going to Sprinkles since shortly after they opened. Yesterday we went after lunch and were served by a girl named Priscilla. She was warm, energetic and had a great sense of humor. She not only helped us when we wanted to try almost every flavor in the shop, she actually encouraged us! I've been here a couple of times before but only for our favorite lollies. Tonight was the first time I have had the thickshakes as my pregnant partner was craving one. All I can say is that we ordered the hot jam donuts and the thickshakes and the place was super busy and it still felt so nice to be there. The manager or owner was extremely helpful and polite. I have not experienced service like this from ANY business is such a long time. Im have also never been a person to write reviews about anything but this business is by far the most deserving of the good review. 100% 10/10 service and would be coming back here more often.

Located in the residential area Tarneit via Tarneit and Hogans and Thames Bvd, Sprinkles offers a huge array of ice creams, American, UK, and NZ Chocolate / candy / treats and drinks. Always popular and busy which suggest itself it is a great location. WELL WORTH THE VISIT! They used to sell hotdogs but don't think they do anymore...Sprinkles, can you spring back hot dogs?

After seeing the article in todays Herald Sun we decided to visit Sprinkles to see if it lived up to all the hype. Well I can say it sure did, the line was out the door. Once you make it inside its like a trip back in time all the lollies and softdrinks line the path to the icecream counter where there are so many flavours to choose from. The servings are really generous and the staff are friendly. Can't speak highly enough of the owner who went out of his way to find out who was serving us to give our son a free baby ice cream and mentioned they created this shop for this generation of kids to experience. This is one of those old school typical australian ice creamery that you rarely see these days and the 2 guys that own it, are absolute legends. Friendly and caring and are owners that are very proud and take pride in the customer service and quality of products for there customers. Alot of companies could learn a few things from these guys, in terms of running a business. Love your work boys, and by the reviews so does everyone else. Will be coming again and again whenever i get a chance.
