Highly recommend this pancake & yogurt paradise! Ring me a bell the taste we had in Japan 🇯🇵 Everything fresh and amazing! Top-notch customer service and best pancake ever. I’d say this one is way better than the one located in Northbridge we had tried before. The purple rice yogurt was rich and fragrant which is the best one that I had ever. The purple rice had a perfect sweetness and chewy too! I do hope they could stay longer and become more popular and move into a bigger place!!

Went today to Bee Fluffy, had a tiramisu and savoury pancakes. They both nice, very easy to eat and not too sweet. Although i wish the sauce on the tiramisu pancakes a little bit runny, so i can pour it into the pancake. Everything was nice and delicious. The girl who served us was really nice too. She's explained the menu very clearly. Definitely will come back again.

What a day for a souffle pancakes. Great costumer service and so worth the wait. Its so tasty, I ordered the brunch on the menu and taste delightful, not too much and too heavy for a breakfast which I love. The tiramisu is perfect just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness. Delicious 5/5.

Had the "Strawberry First Love" pancakes - super light and fluffy with a fresh strawberry flavour! For drinks we tried, "Strawberry Sunshine" & "Orange Sunrise" - light and refreshing for the warmer weather Short 10-15 minute wait on pancakes as they're made FRESH! Really friendly service & pancakes are definitely worth a try! We'll be back to try more flavours~

Love these Strawberry First Love Souffle Pancakes!! So fluffy and delicious strawberry mascarpone cheese which perfect for my afternoon treat.🍓🥞👌🏻 The matcha drink is refreshing and yummy too. Will definitely back again to try other pancakes flavours.

The pancakes were fluffy, fresh and yummy. My 5 year old niece ate her mum's and mine. I really enjoyed my creme brulee souffle pancakes, the crunch of the brulee and the creamy custard delish. The strawberries was sweet. I would say if there was better seating arrangement it would be even better, more comfortable. I would like to sit at a table and share with my friends but was'nt able too because we were sitting in stools next to each other.

I was really surprised at how yummy the souffles are in this nice little cafe, Bee Fluffy! definite must try! I had a plain souffles with their own coffee mix and I loved it.

DELICIOUS! We got the Tirimisu and Creme Brulee in a combo with cappuccinos and loved every bite. My favourite part of the Tirimisu was the mascarpone creme which was like a mousse. The little nama chocolates and chocolate wafers were delightful sides. Husband had the Creme Brulee so quickly I don't think it touched the sides of his mouth 😆 he loved it. Great cappuccinos in the combo too. Warm and friendly service, looking forward to our next visit 🥞

Souffle pancakes were fluffy and light. Good balance of coffee flavour with sweet ice cream in the tiramisu. The matcha pancakes has a good contrast of strong matcha and sweet flavour of the adzuki red bean.

I definitely would recommend the fluffy pancakes from Bee Fluffy. I’ve tried two of their flavours and loved the creme brûlée pancakes, so soft and delicious, especially with the red bean on the side. 10/10 would go back to try all their flavours !

Great drinks. Brown sugar latte had real coffee which was yummy. Creme brulee pancake had a delicious crunchy top and soft fluffy pancake. Worth the 15mim wait to see them make the pancakes fresh. I think there was a custard on it too but it was very runny so it ran into the icecream when icecream started to melt.

Such a cute little kiosk staffed by the friendliest people! The pancakes have the perfect soufflé texture without the "eggy" smell that some of these can have. They agreed to add a plain soufflé pancake to our order for a reasonable price. Looking forward to coming back and trying another variant soon! Also 5 stars for using reusable plates and cutlery. I thank you, and the sealife and wildlife thank you, for not choking the earth with "disposable" foodware that doesn't actually go away. Thanks for putting the extra effort into washing reusables!

Thank you for setting up in Joondalup. I get to have these amazing pancakes and drinks whenever I want! I've always loved the art of making these pancakes and now I get to eat them! 😋 Staff are so nice, the chefs behind the scenes are extremely talented (and put up with us taking pics!) And the results .... go and check them out for yourself! You won't be disappointed 😌

You know, for a little kiosk in the shopping this place has become a fast favourite of mine. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. You might have to wait for the pancakes but they're cooked fresh so it's worth it. Fluffy pancakes are all the rage and I had my reservations because the pancakes I've tried were never as good as overseas. But let me tell you, Be Fluffy pancake are so good. I had the tiramisu and it was the prefect balance of bitter and sweet. The pancakes were light and fluffy. If you're after something less decadent, the regular pancakes are just as satisfying. Their drinks are also pretty yummy. My favourite is the purple rice yoghurt drink. So good! One hundred percent recommend!

We ordered the seasonal fruit pancakes & they were scrumptious, great if you're after something sweet but still fresh. We finished off the stop with a brown sugar matcha bubble tea. They had a really good ratio of ice to actual drink.

Super light fluffy pancakes in lots of different choices. I had Matcha Matcha which was tart and to too sweet. Loved it and would definately order again. My daughter had the creme brulee which was delicious too with a smoothe flamed custard on top. Service super friendly and reasonably quick given pancakes are made fresh. Would love to show photos, but had ours to go and accidentally tipped the bag.

Been passing this place all the time and never got the chance to try until now. It's a hot weather, so it's perfect to give it a try. I had the tiramiso and matcha bubble tea and it's absolutely delicious. I think it's clever and unique and the flavour is just awesome. Highly recommend it.

This place is amazing! I tried the strawberry first love soufflé pancakes and they were so delicious, they were very fresh, fluffy, perfect strawberry flavour and they didn’t have that eggy taste which I have noticed elsewhere. I also got the passion ade drink and it was very refreshing. The staff are very kind. I will most definitely be coming here again soon, I can’t wait to try everything on their menu 💗✨

It was delicious. I had ordered the tiramisu soufflé pancake and that tasted amazing. I also ordered a purple rice yogourt and that was also pretty good. Just some feedback the mascarpone was a bit salty and it would have been nice if there was two layers of mascarpone one on top and one in between. But overall it tasted great!
