The chocolate tea rooms are located in the Yanchep National Park and looks over Loch McNess. Perfect spot to stop for some refreshments after completing one of the walks in the park. The scones and the vanilla thickshake were delicious. There’s also lots of sweet treats at the counter.

Had 2 regular mochas which were the best I have had so far, the right levels of chocolate and coffee and at perfect drinking temperature. And a caramel slice which I wouldnt order again as it was over the top sickly sweet.
But would still come back for the mocha and try there other food.
The staff was friendly with good manners especially the older lady who I guess is the manager and the girl making the coffees.

A little bit of an old timey shop inside Yanchep national Park. Kind of run down. There's plenty of seating indoors and a few tables outside too. It's kind of a chocolate shop that also does food. They have basic sandwiches and also baked potatoes. They serve coffee, and milkshakes. Around the corner at another entrance they have an icecream kiosk. The chocolate they have is like nut clusters, rocky road, and coconut rough. The sandwich we got - chicken and salad, while basic was pretty good. The salad was fresh and filling was generous, there was quite a bit of raw red onion in the salad. We also got the baked potato with bacon, mushroom and onion. It's cut up boiled potatoes on the bottom, with the other toppings piled on and a big dollop of sourcream and melted cheese on the top. Was nice in a really homely kind of way. Get your food takeaway and enjoy it in the park, there's plenty of seating everywhere.

Good cafe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, there's a decent selection of food choices and great range of drink and biscuit selections! We waited a bit long due to the bigger crowd but the food was nice. Must order the hot potato! The honey chicken kebab is nicer than the BBQ chicken.

Good ambience. It was so cold and raining outside and they were nice to let us take a seat, and even opened 5mins before opening time so that we could place our orders! Friendly staff.... and I loved the mocha. It came with marshmallows that TASTED AWESOME. Ate a burger too and it was decent:-))
RECOMMEND.
Also, they allowed us to use the toilets, so this was a great place for a stop over.

I went to Chocolate Drops on a public holiday. It was busy! The staff were flat out, but were still super friendly and went out of their way – when the kids didn't finish their toasted sandwiches, they offered to wrap them so we could take them home. I didn't even have to ask. And they used wrapping paper, not plastic wrap - well done!

Really tricky place to judge.
The coffee is decent, the chocolate can be amazing if you pick the right ones (the rough ones are the best - coconut, nuts, etc), and they have a crazy good caramel slice and a range of ice-cream flavours.
The environment is okay. It’s a bit gaudy, but there are plenty of knick-knacks around to explore and posters and things to read while waiting for an order. And being able to sit outdoors in the park itself is just perfect!
The food and the customer service is where it gets tricky. I’ve only had a few lunches there, the first was really decent, a couple were okay but nothing special, and one wasn’t very nice at all (all either nachos or potato bakes, so it’s not that it depends on the dish - it depends on the day).
And the customer service is mostly very straight-faced. It’s hard to get a smile out of anyone there. But the, on the odd occasion, you do, and then it feels like a wonderful expert all round. I just wish they’d be a little friendlier and smile a bit more regularly so it could always feel that way.
But the location does it and I’ll be back again and again!

The food is not bad, menu selection is very limited & we took quite a while to decide with the available choices. Price slightly high compared to elsewhere. Was initially charged wrongly & we requested a receipt to check if there's any service charges or unknown costs that we might not be aware of. The receipt turned out to be simply labeled as 'lunch & soup' with the final charges without the breakdown of the items & individual charges. When i approached the young lady to enquire about the breakdown of charges, she came back a few minutes later to apologise & explained that she had mistakenly overcharged by charging the adjacent higher priced item for ours. Money was refunded. Ambience is pleasant with 50s/60s songs played in the background. Overall, though not the best place for meal, it is a nice place to drop by for a cup of tea or hot chocolate.

A lovely place in the nation park surrounded by wildlife and beautiful scenery of the trees and lake. Coffee was nice and so many handmade chocolates to buy. A great place to take visitors.

All the people giving this place 1 star are crazy. One lady complaining about their infection control practices being too stringent during Covid 19? The same lady would probably complain if they weren't doing enough. Take it for what it is, a nice tea room in a national park. They food is really good compared to most places of a similar type.
They should be congratulated.

Waited rather a long time although it was a public holiday. Food was delicious as agreed by all 4 of us. Objected to the entrance fee to the park,as a pensioner $8 was rather steep. Overall good experience and great chocolate.
Would come back again.

Love this place. The decor, the service, the milkshakes, the coffee and the chocolate. Of course, not everyone will love the decor - it is pink. But I enjoy taking a step back in time, pausing from the rat race and enjoy a moment sipping awesome coffee!

The best chocolate I have ever eaten in my life anywhere! I had a wonderfully hot pot of Earl Grey tea and a piece of dark chocolate with fruit and nuts. The decor is charming and the staff were wonderful! What a treasure!

Can't go wrong with chocolate! After a walk around the Yanchep National Park, picnic or cave tour, what better way to round out the experience with an ice cream, milkshake, or home made chocolate creations such as a traditional coconut rough. Great assorted range to choose from - yummy!

Nice chocolates. I appreciate they asked me if I want sugar in my coffee but it wasn't until I reached the bottom of the cup I realised they didn't stir it.

Nice cup of mocha, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff.

Great friendly service, loved the ice coffee, kept refilling our pot of tea. Lovely lunch, finishing with a divine chilli and nut chocolate.

Dropped in for an ice cream, sadly no dairy free ice creams which is a shame but the kids enjoyed theirs.
