Yummo half price waffle Tuesday!! Very busy tonight, still good service. We had a scoop of strawberry ice cream and mango sorbet with cream a d maple syrup on our waffle.

Delicious waffles and shakes. Lovely atmosphere. Modern restaurant, cosy and full of character.

One of the best waffles I've eaten was here at the Applecross Gelare. The waffles are amazing. So delicious. They were super fresh and were enjoyed by our whole table. The gelato is so tasty and so many flavours to choose from. We enjoyed the vanilla bean, strawberry and pistachio. We also ordered coffees and they were well made. The staff working Monday 21st Feb at night were the friendliest and nicest I have ever met.

Took my little one for a treat on a Tuesday for 1/2 price waffles & ice cream. I’ll have to say even though it was very busy, the food & coffees didn’t take too long to be served. And as a franchise, they have the best waffles & coffee I’ve tasted in Gelare! The owner himself was very friendly too which is a plus! Will be my regular go to for our waffles & coffee fix 😊

Delicious waffles and ice cream. Really enjoyed my small nutella and banana waffle with extra cookies and cream ice cream. Big portions so if you're not sure go for the small. My husband had the large waffles with 2 scoops of praline icecream. All waffles come with whipped cream and maple syrup. Parking is a bit limited outside but there's a car park across the road. Thoroughly recommend.. although a bit pricey it's worth it 🥰

Came here in a group of 10 at around 8pm on a Saturday night and we’re pretty lucky to be able to secure a big table as it was extremely busy while we’re there. Parking was pretty much full by the time we went there. The waffle cone was pretty delicious tonight and I love the crunchiness of the cone. I’ve ordered two scoops in a cone - Jamaican chocolate and Praline & Cream, tasted pretty good. The staff that served me was really cheerful and friendly, customer service was absolutely delightful! They’ve also prepared and presented the waffle + ice cream + toppings nicely and you’d be drooling by just looking at the waffle.

Absolutely amazing dessert place. Great selection of ice cream flavors, and the Waffles are on point. Definitely recommend getting the Banana and Cappuccino ice cream combo on top of a waffle :).

I've had their cappuccino and Vienna, and both are great. I've taken my toddlers to half-priced waffles on Tuesdays, and we are well cared for. They are happy to put the toppings on the side so that it's easier for them to eat with better portion and mess control. It's always a great morning out!

Best waffles out of many other Gelare outlet in Perth. Crunchy outside, warm and best served with my fave Chocolate Overload and Vanilla Bean gelato.

Often come here & always have a large waffle with 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream & coffee. Have had the same at Dome & these are much better. Service is always friendly & place is always clean. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Only down side is that the order hasn't always been 100% correct.

The waffles were on the dry side, the latte tasted like burnt coffee, the chai latter was powdery, they didn't have a lot of the coffee syrup flavours, ice cream flavours were also sold out, there was only ONE large cup left so we couldn't order 2 large drinks. Customer service was great, wait wasn't too bad. Parking was a pain.

It was busy on a Friday night, and while it was so cold outside, people were still lining up for their ice cream fix. Says a lot about this spot that has served the community for years! Tonight I had the banana split (hold the strawberry sauce, just chocolate for me thanks) and was delighted as usual.

Awesome waffles and icecream. A sumptuous choice of toppings and ice cream flavours.... you will not be disappointed. Very friendly staff and great tasting coffee. Perfect for the rainy day treat when you have cabin fever and need to get out. There are several of these shops scattered around however these guys make the trip South of the river a real pleasure. 10 stars!!

Went on a Thursday, two blokes on the counter(interesting facial hair too) and coffee took ages to be made, chai latte had all the powder still on the bottom just hot milk on top ( maybe its a DIY latte were you can stir or drink it as it is!?!)...ice cream is like any other Geláre...

I love Gelare in Applecross. I can guarantee every time I visit I have THE BEST coffee I have ever tasted in Australia and Europe. I often treat myself to a tasty dessert. Waffles, ice creams... delicious! The staff are always genuinely happy and helpful. Even when it’s busy I still feel relaxed and not bothered as the shop is huge and there is plenty of room! Highly recommended. Go here :-)

I just came back from a month long holiday in America then Europe and i can confidently say that the coffee at this store is better than anything you'll find in America, London, Ireland, France or Italy. Australians just use such a strong, creamy blend, and John really takes time and care with every coffee he makes. i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Australian coffee.

Best coffee in Perth !! I get a coffee every day from Gelare Applecross, and its always perfect.
