I absolutely love the gelato, ice cream and waffles served at this place. Very tasty and I enjoy the food every time I go here. Would recommend if you’re ever craving good waffles and a variety of flavours of ice cream !!

Small, cosy with limited outside seating and small range of gelato. However service with a smile, patience with little kids when ordering and yes the gelato is top notch.

The girls at the counter were super friendly & offered many samples to help me make my final flavour decisions! They have amazing flavours, you can tell it’s made with real fruit and ingredients. It’s so fresh and fragrant without being not overly sweet like some other stores. A focus on quality rather than being mass produced. I was settle for the bubble tea waffle and it was divine! Will definitely recommend to friends and come back again!

Extremely high quality icecream, possibly the best I have had in terms of the way it is made. Only tried one flavour so far but it seems to be less sweet than most alternatives which in my opinion is a good thing. I just wish they had more of the flavours I've seen posted online, they must rotate them.

5 friends and myself collectively spent $144. One of them bought 4x double scoop. Our minds are blown. I highly suggest getting the Matcha and Miso flavours together. The combination of bitterness and a savoury sweetness is something you should try. Staff are very friendly and let us order 3 flavours that were not on display.

My partner and I are fortunate enough to have this place a few minutes drive from home. Ruby (owner) was lovely and accommodating, offering us multiple samples from the extensive range of unique, delicious flavours which accommodate for all. It will be clear to anyone that comes here that Ruby puts a lot of hard work into her product, you will not be disappointed. There is also a suggestion box for new flavours, which are rotated in if you are creative enough. Would highly recommend and will be back. Went to Coventry store tonight and The owner Ruby was closing up the shop after a long day but was very friendly and offered some take home packs we could choose from. Couldn't decide so got 3 different packs. Just tried the vanilla pear and cinnamon. Wow this is some amazing next level gelato!! Well done 👏

An incredible place for some gelato and super friendly service. It went above and beyond my expectations! Ruby, who puts her heart into all the flavours that she makes, was so lovely and welcoming! She insisted we try all the flavours which made that usually stressful decision so much easier. You can also tell that she just wants people to enjoy her creations, which is such a nice change from your typical cooperate companies. There is a suggestion box for new ice cream flavours so you or the kids can join her in her creativity! There are plenty of unique flavours but when the traditional flavours taste unique, it’s a game changer. My partner and I will definitely be regulars now and we will recommend this to all friends and family. I can’t wait to see what you have for us next, Ruby!
