Went there for the ice cream (it was good). Sat outdoors at one of the many picnic tables scattered throughout the grounds. Watched the children playing on the playgrounds and finished off our visit with a round of mini-golf 👍

Very good quality ice cream, and a lot of flavours to choose from. Chocolate options were: Ferrero Rocher; Swiss chocolate & almond; normal chocolate; and white chocolate & malteser. Due to covid/hygiene rules they were not offering tastings at the time of our visit (Nov 2020). In all, lots of innovative flavours and variety, and at very good value - $5 for an enormous scoop in a cone or cup. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax and for kids to run around in, and a mini-golf course.

Apart from the colour coded doorframes toilet with Belles (Women's) and Bulls (Men's) on the door (the mens was around the side near the exit) this place was great, some obvious signage would be great, isn't ideal having men walking into the womens for lack of knowing their toilet is just around the corner.. Delicious waffles and icecream, bring $2 coins for the small ride-ons. Minigolf will need sunscreen and hats, there was bouncy castles and a rock wall for an extra charge ($30 to access the lot on the day we went.)

Anyone who knows me knows my love of ice cream so I had to check out Simmons. I have extremely high standards but was not disappointed. Trying to choose from 60 flavours was very hard but happy with my choices. Highly recommend checking them out! In the meantime, I’ve googled where I can get this in Perth 😋🍦

Amazing ice cream and a perfect stop for kids. You can’t do tastings (which always makes choosing hard) but we collectively bought and all tried 11 flavours and liked every one. So just go with what sounds best and trust that they did it right. The staff are lovely. The guy serving us was clearly excited about ice cream! Full of suggestions and tips, telling us about other flavours including their zero sugar, vegan options (we tried 2, mango and chocolate, both amazing! And I mean actually good, not “good compared to other vegan sugar free things”.) As others have mentioned, there is also an amazing playground and grassed, fenced park area with picnic tables and a free Bbq (at least for guests...). We didn’t try the mini golf but looks like 18 nice simple holes for kids. The worst thing about this place is that they don’t have stores in Melbourne! (Yet...) Can’t wait to come back!

Great time had by our whole family, we have visited before and return for the great ice cream, and mini golf. Lots of nice lawned area to keep little legs busy, and happy. Staff are polite and positive, even when inundated with hundreds of people consistently. Toilets are very good, clean and we'll maintained. We will be back again for sure.

Made a detour here on the way to Margaret River. The flavour selection is quite big so it was hard trying to pick from the range of flavours. You also have to choose between a cup or cone. After picking a flavour you can enjoy the ice cream in the cafe or step outside to the huge grassy area. The ice cream was creamy and tasty. There is a large playground as well as electronic rides and lots of grass to run around in. There was also a mini-golf course around the back. A good place to stop especially if you have children with you for a good stretch.

There’s only few brands of ice-cream I like such as Haagen-Dazs or Movenpick. Now Simmos is added to my lists. I had the Mango Peach twirl and Mango Macadamia. They were yummy.

Didn't get any icecream but came for the mini golf. We were hoping for more bizarre courses but they were all fairly similar and the raised holes made it difficult and predictable. Amazing gardens and scenery, very close to Dunsborough and definitely worth a visit. Lots of play areas for kids. Also, seeing massive amounts of solar panels in the field behind the store was a great surprise. Good to see companies caring about things like this.

On our most recent visit the line was back into the car park (being a hot January day) however it moved quickly and despite the business staff were polite and served customers quickly. Love the well kept grounds. Will be back on our next trip down south!

Would have been a 5* review if the service had been ...well... service ! Stopped at Simmos on the way back to Dunsborough today as we knew our accommodation had it on the dessert menu. Being a Monday morning there were only a few people in the grounds. The icecream was delicious. (hence the 3 stars).. but the young girl who served us couldn't even raise a smile. Perhaps she'd worked all weekend? The point is no matter how good your icecream, you're in the customer service business people! So offering a hello, or a smile, or a "have you tried any of our other flavours previously" or even "is this your first time here?" is way better than a blank "I really don't want to be here or even serve you" face. Wouldn't rush back.

Great selection of ice cream, solid 7/10 ice cream (a little icy), but what I don’t understand is charging $0.90 for “Spoons & Serviettes”. Asked for an extra spoon to share a triple scoop and didn’t realise the staff added it to the total. Pretty silly but it is what it is.

The only thing which I don't understand is why the manager on the day refused to sell ice cream in a takeaway container... The flavour that was wanted wasn't in the fridge, so we asked if we could buy the ice cream in a takeaway container (as priced on the board), but were declined, and sadly no explanation was offered as to why it isn't longer allowed. So we asked if we could buy ice cream per cup, and fill our own tupperware for takeaway, but were then declined service... Again no explanation.

They have a huge range of flavours and large servings, which the staff (and Simmo himself) are more than happy to let you try, or suggest different combinations or what the favourites are. Hi my name is concetta but preferred to be called Tina I had the best experience at Simmons ice cream dunbrough we got our ice cream wanted to check out a product in the freezer but they were shut this nice man made a joke then I procedure to ask some questions as I have a child that's dairy free he answered them his name is Garth thank you so much to you and the young lady that was so paitiene with my little boy choosing which flavor ice cream to have your place is amazing thank you so much 😊😊
