SO good. You know when you’re clammy from the beach and can’t really put your dehydrated body thru dairy??? Mapo comes thru with the best sorbets on earth. Seriously creamy with none of the dairy bloated-ness. Also their staff are so attractive it’s a whole experience

Best ice cream around! Every single flavour is rich and smooth. It's a delicacy! Few of my favourites are the caramello and hazelnut and also any of their fruit flavours. The fruit flavours taste like you're eating the sweetest freshest fruit ice cream you can find. Their cones are also super crunchy which is also a bonus. Absolutely no faults!!

Mapo Bondi never let you down. the pistacchio is probably the best in town. Tried todaybl white melon and it was so nice and refreshing, and mascarpone figs and balsamic was a little gem: non too sweet and well balanced! keep up the good work guys!!

I’ve been a fan of Mapo when it was introduced to me by my friend, back at Newtown. I have always enjoyed Mapo after a heavy meal, as it is a perfect refreshment, or when I walk by during summer or other season days, or when I want to store a tub in my freezer so I can make Affogato at home. Congratulations to Mapo as there is another shop running in Bondi Beach, located 2 mins walk from the beach, and conveniently right outside of 333 bus shop. I will keep come back to Mapo as it is my favourite ice-cream shop in town. Another reason that I will keep visiting is that Mapo have different flavours every now and then, which means there is always something new!

This place is second to none (except maybe to it’s original store in Newtown! But that’s just because it’s closer for me to get to!) It has to be the best gelato I have had. In my life. Including any I had in Italy. The flavours are seasonal so you know it’s really fresh. The team are always so welcoming and obviously creative, given the innovative special flavours! Couldn’t recommend Mapo highly enough. An absolute Sydney staple!

Amazing!!!!! Mapo has set a new standard in gelato. The flavours are out of this world and the staff super friendly.In our house we don't use the word ice cream as that has been replaced by a new word...Mapo!
