The best fudge!!! Today I got the gift box, and it didn’t disappoint, sooo many different flavours to try. I also got the macadamia brittle, and WOW it was amazing!! Definitely recommend stopping by if your at Darling Harbour ❤️

Been going past for years but it all looked too rich. Highly recommended by nearby café that I frequent so spoke to staff about some gift packs for Xmas. Same afternoon Adam, the Manager, rang me, we organised things, and everything was ready and waiting and gift wrapped when I fronted. Great customer service, great fudge, highly recommended.

Am sure when I got the fudge a few months back it was actually not too bad. I didn't mind it at all as a quick fix or my go to. Today I got the plain fudge, a Turtle and the peanut brittle. The peanut brittle is really good! Would never likely get a Turtle again and as for the plain fudge its a tad on the "sickly sweet" side for me at the moment. Am hoping tomorrow it will be a better experience. The BEST fudge handsdown I have ever had is, or was, actually made in Brisbane by a woman that use to have a stall in this market place until something collapsed - the building roof above it. Absolutely moreish and decadent to a fault. I really wish she would sell it again and market it nationwide. With The Fudge Shop it must depend on who makes it at the time as well as the season, but today it was not a real hit for me.

Every time we come to Darling Harbour we come here to buy the best Toffee Apples ever. They seriously haven't changed in 20 years. The fudge is also absolutely perfect in texture. It's so fun to get glimpses of them making it on their marble slab.

The fudge shop has the best caramel apples. I would repeatedly go back just to buy them. I have tried 5 flavors of the fudge...so far. Apricot & Caramel were delicious. Chocolate & Jamaican Rum were unfortunately not to my liking & Tia Maria Coffee was okay. I will try other flavors in the future. I do recommend this shop & whats nice is that everything is made on site & you can watch if you want.

The Fudge Shop has the best peanut brittle, and has great tasting fudge with an amazingly wide variety of flavours. The service was terrific, and my server, India, treated me and other customers with care and kindness! Very much recommend!

Such a beautiful shop! The staff are friendly and helpful, it has a great family vibe too! The chocolate pecan turtles are the cutest treat you can buy in Sydney, hands down. If you're looking for a gift that is slightly different or just a sweet treat check this place out. Keep up the good work guys!

What an amazing place please open a franchise in the Uk !! I have struggled to stop my two kids from sneaking fudge into their bedrooms to indulge and eating for breakfast. We couldn't choose from the many amazing flavours so they just opted to go for the lot. My eldest son Freddy wants to work there and my other son Samuel just dreams about it. Anybody visiting Sydney then you have to make a trip to Darling Harbour just to pick up the fudge and see the happy go lucky owner creating his master pieces.

Turtles are absolutely addictive. What caramel should taste like!! You havent had proper caramel till youve had it FRESH and HAND MADE! Ill tell you I was SHOCKED at the great prices as well.. Owner is such a nice guy he even started discounting for me because I was purchasing almost every day!!! 😂 Amazing service!! And the macadamia brittle... Wow.. 😍 once you start you just cant stop!!!

Absolutely LOVE the fairy floss stan that was set up at WSU on Orientation day. The service that I received was nothing but amazing which left a great impression on me and my mates. I'll definitely be a returning customer, plus the staff member who complimented me as "shay mitchell" was a hands down no questions asked, a crack-up legend. So if your feeling abit indecisive, hangry and in the area I without a doubt recommend them. Now do your self a favour and try them out you'll be satisfied.

I can't go to the city without going to the fudge shop. The fudge is beautiful and very well priced.the staff are lovely polite and very helpful I just wish they were closer to my home lol
