Took away these wood oven bad boys. I love how the pizza base is soft and thin yet it has the smokey wood flavour on the sides. Generous toppings. Prosciutto and rocket goes really well. And the mushroom truffle was also flavoursm. Easily devoured and very light pizzas. Bit on the pricey side considering the size of the pizza.. But worth the taste buds if you feel like some gourmet style pizzas night

Im not Italian but this pizza tasted super authentic. I think a pizza should be 80% judged on their pizza base and 20% on topping and this was super soft, pillowy and had a nice chew to it too. all while having a nice crust on the bottom to hold the pizza together with nice charred edges to give it that extra flavour. Service was relaxed, friendly and attentive. We had aranchini, gnocchi and salad with our pizza's. Mushroom aranchini and the brosco pizza were the winners of the night. I would definitely go again.

These guys totally live up to the hype. Tiny spot so make sure you book ahead with current restrictions, you definitely don’t want to miss out. Otherwise takeaway on the couch is always a good option! Flavour was amazing and I can safely say the nicest gluten free base I’ve had in Adelaide! Tastes almost like the real deal. Everyone else at the table enjoyed the expertly made gluten-y bases to the fullest! The bottle of their own house red was just given 90 points in the Halliday Wine Companion and SUCH a nice match with the pizza. Topped it off with an amazing pana cotta. Service was outstanding, like you’re part of the family. A must visit for Adelaide pizza lovers.

My go-to for a perfect, traditional Margherita every time! Discovered this little gem a few years back and the boys here have never let me down. 🍕 Brilliant service whether it be dine-in or takeaway. Lovely for a night out with friends or family, with or without a few drinks from the bar. ☺️☺️

Not a lot of variety but man are their pizzas good!! The pizza base is in a league of its own. Get a generic Dominos and a pizza from Brasco's to see what I'm on about. (not picking on Domino's - love that too!) Request to owner - Please introduce (or atleast experiment) with prawn or chicken pizzas.

Oh my gosh. Where have you been all our lives! One of the most delicious freshest and crispiest pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I love that they put so much thought into the symphonies of ingredients as opposed to just chucking every ingredient under the sun. Our fave pizza was the one with artichokes. Their pizzas are made in their wood stove ovens and despite their young age, these pizza chefs are so quick and focused on their cooking. We have been getting take away from them almost every week.

We had Brasco's cater my wife's 50th birthday at our place this last weekend. They did an AMAZING job - everyone loved the beautiful wood-fired pizzas fresh from Brasco's portable oven. The pizzaiolos were super professional, and using Brasco's also meant there was almost no clean-up for us! We would definitely use them again to cater for a big party. Highly recommended!

Took the family to Brascos for Mothers Day. Its the thoughtful way in which Giacomo and the team looked after us that makes us want to return time and time again. As a mum I was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was so lovely. The service was friendly and timely and the pizza's are delicious with premium ingredients and authentic sauces. Very authentic Italian pizza! Super soft gnocchi, amazing sauce with san Marzano tomatoes and the pizza dough is incredible. Small and relatively simple menu but they do each dish so well! We will definitely be back!

Pizza was tasty with good crunch on the crust. Woodoven finished gnocchi were a little too firm for my liking and the wood oven finish actually dried up the sauce making the dish stodgy. Worth a second vist to try another dish though.

Brascos Pizzeria catered for my 21st birthday. I cannot fault their service. Pizza was 10/10, staff were 10/10 and organisation/ presentation was 10/10. I would recommend them to everyone for their next event or just for dinner!

Have only had takeway a few times. Overall experience had been good. Pizza style can be tricky for a lot of people but I like their base toppings can be a bit light on, but do love the 'Brasco'. Prices are reasonable. can sometimes take a while when ordering take away. note: was left on the line last time I tried to call and order few a few minutes and ended up hanging up. But will order again sometime.

Used to be great, dishing out amazing pizzas. What happened? Now they serve sloppy pizzaas with burnt crust. Last time I came in the aranchini was also served cold Really disappointed that Brascos has gone down hill.
