The place is busy, lots of takeaway orders waiting upon entry. Dine in section is clean and comfy. The outdoor seating is nice and leafy for the warmer days, no heater for the cooler nights though. The pizza’s are pretty good and tasty. Food to table wasn’t too long of a wait even though they are busy for a mid week. Offer gelato cake, chicken & chips, burgers etc for a quick to go order as well. Service staff could smile a little more.

Nice pizzas! We ordered vegetarian pizza and the Pancho's special. Perhaps a bit heavy handed on the pineapples on the vegetarian but otherwise they are delicious. Also ordered a mango smoothies and it was heavenly on a hot day!

Called Pancho's and placed order for pick up pizza and to find I was talking to a young woman who wasn't able to tell me what exactly was on a half meat lovers and half supreme pizza, then was told about 45 to 50 minutes wait which was fine but that 45-50 minutes wait turned out to be a hour and half wait and then to discover it was tasteless with very little toppings on it. Disappointed

Had a vegan burger there, it was tasty but unfortunately both my friend's burger and mine were cold. Patty could have been of better quality too. Chips were good. Service was great, food is affordable and we didn't have to wait long.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pizzas were huge, a little light on toppings however still tasted good. Chips were good. Everything seems reasonably priced. I've heard lots of great reviews and reccomendations from locals. So far one of my favourite places I've been to in Clare.

the pizza is good but we were looking for a fast tea but when we ordered on the website when we clicked order ist said card not accepted but it took the money out so we spent a hour trying to figure it out but then we gave our phone number and they gave us our pizza luckily the money got refunded so we went back the next day to pay. so never pay with a salary packaging card

Greatest pizzas in the Clare Valley. Quick and friendly service, eat in or take away, phone order and pickup available too. For quality, service and good prices, you can't go past Pancho's. For a quick meal or a family dinner, this has to be the place to go. They also make the best hot chips in town!

Coffee wasn't amazing and the order for a bit mixed up (wrong milk), but size was generous. However, pizza WAS amazing! Really nice! Got a family size Italian. Comfortably fed 3 with leftovers and taste and texture was really good. Would definitely come back again.

Been here a couple times, the food is good but the service isn't great. We booked in to dine in. When we eventually were shown to our seats we were just left there with no menu and no instruction on where/how to order. We waited 15 minutes and was completely ignored. The staff were too focused on taking the takeaway orders. This place is much better just for takeaway, I don't recommend dine in. We enjoyed the food though.

Pizza very nice tasting, good thickshakes (very thick). Unfortunately on top of vegetarian pizza a few pieces of bacon found, just removed but some people may find it unacceptable. Shop clean and well presented.
