It never ceases to amaze me when pizza is done as per my request - well done and crispy. To me, it’s a simple request of leaving the pizza in the oven a little longer. I always appreciate when a pizzeria gets it right! Requested a well done, crispy cheese and garlic focaccia - got that. It was flavoursome and a generous portion. So much so, there was enough to take back home! The other main was a peri chicken which I was advised was tasty and filling. I requested a small entree size portion of pasta and the wait staff suggested that although a vege option wasn’t on the menu for a kids meal, they could do a kids size in some cream sauce with olives. Perfect, just perfect. Just what I wanted. This was delicious as well. Simple and flavoursome. Thanks Arrivederci; we were a late night request at 8.50 pm as our intended Cooparoo restaurant closed early due to staff shortage. We arrived at 9.15 pm on a Sunday night and you looked after us. No wonder you’re popular with the locals as even though your staff were cleaning up the inside part, there were at least 3 takeaway requests at 9.35 pm that your kitchen looked after. That was impressive. I’m glad we thought of you guys and called as it was a delightful meal and the service was wonderful too. Although it’s been a few years since we’ve been, we hope to return again soon on an intended visit! Thank you!

FOOD & DRINK I started with a schooner of one of my favourite ales: “Little Creatures pale ale”, while my wife chose a cold drink. For our meals, we shared a rocket salad, a vegetarian pizza and a “Romana” pizza. Having read many reviews of this place, I was expecting something special and I wasn’t disappointed. The salad was smallish, but nicely presented, with rocket, thin, long slices of parmesan cheese, and smothered in olive oil. The perfect way to start the meal. The pizzas were square, with thick, chunky bases. The “Romana” had lashings of flavoursome bocconcini cheese, plus olives, basil, pesto and my all-time fav topping, spicy anchovies. The vegetarian had an interesting variety of ingredients including mushrooms, onion, capsicum, pesto and herbs, and we opted to add anchovies to that as well (that’s an extra 2 pesos). Both pizzas were fresh, tasty and filling. The serving sizes were generous. AMBIENCE This place is clearly popular with the locals, because despite it being a Monday, which traditionally is a quiet night for restaurants, there were plenty of diners at Arrivederci, to give it a nice, happy vibe. Probably it has something also to do with the “Monday Madness” specials, a clever marketing tool to bring in the crowds on what would otherwise be a slow night. The space is large and airy, with indoor and outdoor seating. Being a warm spring night, we choose an outdoor table. Decor is standard “Italian Pizzeria” style with white and red checked tablecloths and colourful, cheerful decor, bright lighting and an interesting selection of flags on the ceiling. This works well, to create a fun, lively and energetic atmosphere, but it’s casual, informal and relaxed. SERVICE Service was excellent from the bevy of pretty young waitresses. They’re casually attired in jeans and t-shirts, but you couldn’t find a nicer bunch than these guys. They were super friendly, helpful and attentive, and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Orders were promptly taken and the drinks came out quicksmart. Then followed a wait of about 15 minutes before our salad entree appeared, but that was followed soon afterwards by the main event. Food is freshly prepared in the pizza ovens and it’s all delivered to the table piping hot on smart white crockery. This place hums like a well oiled machine and, despite the crowds, the evening flowed smoothly from beginning to end. We arrived at about 6.20pm and within an hour we were done. That’s just the way we like it. COMFORT The furniture is fairly utilitarian with metal chairs and wooden tables, just large enough to fit all the dishes and the drinks. Being a balmy night, we were quite comfy sitting outside, obviously, in winter, indoors would be the only option. Tables are well spaced out making for good acoustics, and we were easily able to converse. TOILETS Toilets are in the car park at the back of the restaurant, which isn’t ideal especially as no key is required so in effect they’re open for anybody to use. There was only one male cubicle and one female cubicle, clearly not adequate for a popular restaurant like this one and it’s no fun waiting for your turn in the car park. They were clean and well provisioned though, but the aging hand dryer is well overdue for a replacement to the more modern, faster ones. COST We paid a reasonable 53 pesos for a single beer, a cold drink, two pizzas (one with extra anchovies) and a salad. That's solid value for money in these hyperinflationary times, where a small cup of coffee now sets you back at least 4 pesos. But of course, this was “Monday Madness”, where all 25cm pizzas are 14 and tap beers 7. On any other night, expect to pay around 22 for your pizzas and 10 or 11 for a schooner of tap beer. SUMMARY We had a pleasant evening here on a busy Monday. Food was excellent and served in generous portions. Service was fast, polite and efficient from a group of lovely, friendly young lady servers. Ambience is relaxed and casual; the perfect place to enjoy a laid back evening with family or friends. There's easy street parking nearby.

This is hands-down my favourite pizza in Brisbane. Bold claim, I know, but well deserved. The toppings are always lush and in abundance filling you and leaving you satisfied, they let me swap out ham for salami on Hawaiian at no extra charge, the service is always top notch, and if you catch them during happy hour (3-6 Thurs & Fri) you can score all these beauties at half price. And also, their garlic bread still tastes great the next day. How many pizza establishments can say that?

Love Arrivederci! Had pizza here many times. The pizzas are very well sized and delicious. The base is light but crispy at the edges. Nice amounts of cheese, it's always consistently tasty and beautiful. I got three pizzas on a Fri night when the restaurant was packed. I was expecting an hour or more wait, but it was done and still hot in about 25 mins. I'm still heating and eating the pizza 5 nights later and it's still amazing. Arriverderci is my favourite pizza place.

BEST PIZZA - BEST SERVICE - BEST STAFF Just a quick note to pass on my gratitude for the service we received last night at Arrivederci. My husband and I surprised my daughter for her 21st birthday by hosting a dinner for 20 of her friends. The communication in the lead up to the party and the promptness in your teams reply’s was excellent. My husband and I discussed in the car on the way to your restaurant that it will probably be a busy night and we hope that the hungry 20 year olds will be patient. No need…. Your staff, from the moment we arrived were friendly, accommodating and attentive. The drinks came quickly and were presented beautifully. We utilised the banquet menu, the salads, breads, pizza and pasta, there was plenty of it…all the while catering for the few vegetarians as well. The professionalism of your whole team is a credit to your brand - on what was a busy night, they made our experience very personalised which we appreciated.

Best pizza in Brisbane! I have been coming here for past 2 years, and seriously delicious pizza and foods. For an authentic Italian-style pizza, the price is really good too. Definitely give it a try if you are contemplating! It can get quite busy during the peak times. You can also use entertainment deal to get a pizza for free.

If you are going to charge $38 for a 4 Cheese pizza it has to be perfect. The 50cm should have been no more than $28, considering what you are getting. Unfortunately on our pizza the cheeses all seemed to have collected on the middle part of the pizza, so the end slices were quite bland. We also ordered a Rocket salad which was not particularly nice, and they forgot to bring it so we had to follow it up. Considering the experience we had and the cost, 3 stars is being generous.

Great lunch deals in a buzzing joint. There is a lot of competition on the street so they had to be good! I had the lasagne lunch special ($13) which was visually very unappealing but I’m not bothered about that. Once I started it became clear that it was really well made and using high quality ingredients. OMG!! This pizzas are just incredibly delicious, I've been here 4 times and is becoming a weekly basis thing (they have a very nice promo every Monday on all the 25cm pizzas ). The dough is always fresh and flavory, toppings are always perfectly cooked, tomato sauce is sooo good and their bocconcini cheese is just the best!! My favorite ones are Pizza Diavola, Pizza Romana and Pizza Al Prosciutto!!!! Along with a cold and frothy Moretti beer!!.

Arrivederci Pizza at Milton is one of the best pizza resturants that I have ever tried. A variety range of pizzas are offered here, all at high quality and so delicious. Moreover, the pizzas are not round shape, but offered in 3 different sizes, 25 cm, 50 cm, and 1m long! These are very exciting and affordable options for families and groups. Finally, the staff are very friendly.

We visited on Saturday and had an amazing experience. It was for my wife’s birthday lunch. The food was awesome as always but the service absolutely blew me away. My two year old son decided that because he was missing his nap he’d cause trouble and not sit still while we waiting, so I took him for a walk. While I was gone the amazing staff member, Tara approached my wife and asked if she could get in touch with me so I could come back as they had activities he could do. When I returned she personally took him to water the plants and also brought some dough to our table so the kids could make their own pizzas. They loved this and so did we. It really rescued me from the terrible twos and made my wife’s day. Thanks so much Tara and the team at Arrivederci we will definitely be back!

I hope the manager or owner sees this review because all I have to say is a thank you a million times over for having such a fantastic range of vegan pizzas, heck, for having a whole vegan menu! The Fungi and the cheesy garlic bread pizza are two of my faves...actually, every vegan pizza is great, not a single complaint to be had here. The prizes are good and the amount of toppings are perfect, no more and no less than you would expect for the price. My partner and I always leave here with happy tummies, and thanks to the great service and great atmosphere, we always leave feeling happy in general. The flags on the ceiling are a very nice touch. I can not recommend this place enough, if you’re heading out for dinner tonight, make this your first choice!

Having now tried the pizzas and the pasta, I give this place a definite thumbs up. Staff are friendly and efficient. The menu is broad and covers all from meat lovers through to vegans meaning that it is one of the few places my wife and I can go and both enjoy our meals. Will definitely be back again as there are few faults to find. Our experience is that it is best to book in advance though if you want to guarantee a seat.

Just brilliant. Whether you're vegan or not, there is something here for you and it is all amazing. The service is also very good as well. The BEST place in Brisbane to eat pizza. Wonderful vibes, friendly staff, and AMAZING pizza. This is the place you take a mate to, when you haven't caught up in years. They will also hand deliver your pizza if you are throwing a few back at the Scratch Bar several doors down. I highly recommend the Prosciutto, and of course, The Arrivederci Special. I visit this restaurant regularly as it offers good value lunch deals and the food is of good quality. The service is always friendly, however I have started to grow a little frustrated at how long it takes to get service. For a restaurant that would rely a lot on local workers who are limited in time, they don’t do a very good job of serving customers swiftly. The wait staff always have their heads down when walking around so you can never get their attention. They often will clean tables right next to you without realising you are there waiting and starring at them like a weirdo trying to get their attention. The last 3 visits I had to get up and go and ask for a menu and service and 2 of those occasions the restaurant was almost empty so there really was no excuse. As I said the staff are friendly, they just need to keep their heads up and eyes out, as quick service is very important when you have a restaurant in a business hub. I will add there are some reviews about the pizzas being very bland, I have tried a few different ones and I must admit some are incredibly bland, whilst others are full of flavour. So it really does depend on what you order. Hope this feedback reaches management and improvements can be seen otherwise they may end up loosing a customer and probably many others.

Our second time, and we enjoyed it even more than the first. The kids enjoyed the pizzas, and I thoroughly enjoyed my tortellini. My wife was very impressed with the many vegan options (including desserts) and the wine choices are good enough but not great. The staff are awesome, and we will no doubt return soon. One bit of advice - - check in advance if there is a game (or other event) at Suncorp Stadium, as this will impact your experience at any venue in the area.

Owner is passionate and enthusiastic about his business and eagre to please. Prices are reasonable, but qualtily is well beyond what you pay.
