Still my favourite pizza joint despite many closer to where we live. The Aussie is to die for, ask for BBQ sauce as the base to get a real treat of a pizza. Waiting times can be long during peak hours but it's to be expected with pizzas of this quality and popularity.

Personally my favourite pizza place ever and hands down the best you'll try. The pizzas are so tasty and they always meet my annoying request of extra extra extra garlic on my pizzas, in my pastas or on anything i order from there! The ribs are so yummy and the pastas are to die for. I love the range of pizzas and there's one for everytime i want pizza but something diff from my usual. If you haven't tried I'd defs recommend the bqq sauce ribs, the Carbornara pasta, the pepperoni, bqq mayo or bqq garlic pizza!! These are just my personal faves but everything from here is amazing. Lovely staff and great and quick customer service everytime. Love you guys!!

I've lived in qld for over 10 yrs and I only just discovered big papas pizzas and this is by far the best pizzas ive had in qld. I love love love the big papa special. Real pizza, real toppings and such great quality. My husband loves the ribs. My daughter loves there lasagne. Honestly it's usually hard to please everyone in my family when we get take out, but when we go to big papas, everyone is happy.

Best "Aussie style" pizza in the Springfield area without a doubt. Ribs are good also. Only negative would be that it's unorganised when picking up pizza as there is usually a line of people either waiting to order or picking up and they only call out your name once. So unless you're there before they call your name, you might get cold pizza. Having 2 seperate lines might help.

I phoned in my order for a family size chicken supreme pizza and a garlic bread, the lady on the phone told me it would be 25 minutes. I arrived their 30 minutes later to pick up my order, but somehow they had lost my order and then told it would only be 10 minutes away. 25 minutes later, my order is finally ready. The food was good, but not good enough for a 50 minute wait. I will only rate this at two and a half stars, only because the food was good.

Big papas is our local. We first discovered it when we moved here three years ago. We gave it a go and have never looked back since. We even have friends who come over for dinner and request it! These guys crush it when it comes to pizza and ribs. This is the kind of buisness that really desserves the communities support. Consistency is what sets Big Pappas apart: consistent quality of the pizzas (toppings etc) and service. Whist you can buy a cheaper pizza elsewhere the chain store pizza's simply don't compare. You get so many more toppings, the pizzas are larger and the flavour is beyond compare. Keep up the great work team!

Today we had a work lunch and knew that we all wanted pizza ribs. Ramee and the boys did not disappoint and have the best ribs and pizza in town! the slices are huge and loaded with toppings. Go and see these guys today if you want good quality food they won't let you down.

Very busy little Business but Wow...great Pizzas. A little on the expensive side but you do get value for money compared to other production line Pizza companies. A bit of advice...its a very small shop so I suggest you phone your order in and wait until the last minute to pick it up. I was in there the other day with 8 people waiting and it was a shuffle getting out with Pizzas in hand. Worth the effort though.

I LOVE Big Pappa's!!! Real Pizza! Decent amount of topping 👍 Very reasonably priced to. Yes you can buy cheap pizzas at the franchise outlets, but you get what you pay for. I find re-heating those cheap pizzas - they taste like cardboard - but Big Pappa's are still great the next day. I've always experienced friendly service here. Think i spotted Uber Eats coming out of there to, if you like home delivered.

The best pizza I’ve eaten outside of Italy. The prices are well worth it for the size, quality and amount of toppings. I have never had a bad meal from here. Staff are great and there’s heaps of parking because most, if not all of the other stores are closed by the time you head out for dinner.
