Fab pizza joint. Got that Naples authenticity down, from the oven to the pizza options. Margarita (the test of any pizza joint) was excellent. When the crust is the best bit you're in the right place. Minor, minor criticisms (as this is a Google review) chill oil had zero chill bite. And no Campania reds (gimme a Aglianico). Fully licensed btw (so can't bring your own Aglianico).

Pizza was delicious. Flavours were amazing. But the base became a little soggy and a bit difficult to pick up. Only a small gripe because the flavours were on point. Would still highly recommend checking out. Definitely one of the better pizza shops for that true Italian 🍕.

Basically very good. 1 out of 4 bruscette bread slices was a bit black/burned, and 1 out of 4 pizza's had a underside/crust that was some small parts that were a bit raw/underkooked. over all very good, fresh ingredients, great taste and staff

The pizza crust was gorgeous we felt a bit more was needed on the topping. The big beautifully tiled pizza oven was an eye catching piece and it was really interesting watching the chef at work. The staff could be a little more engaging to make you feel more welcomed that would be my only criticism.

Without a doubt Pizzeria Violetta serves up the best legit wood fired Italian pizza around. Love coming here for a weekend (or midweek) treat.

Hands down best Pizza in Brisbane. I absolutely adored their delicious, soft and chewy bases. They are perfectly crafted in the true Italian style and topped with the perfect amount of tasty toppings. The salads are super fun and brilliant for the Brisbane heat. I've been numerous times with friends and we find the service consistently warm and engaging. Thank you, Pizza Violetta, for such divine deliciousness!

Diamond in the rough! So many places who say authentic Italian pizza, however always disappointed when ordered. Violetta on the other hand is absolutely amazing by the way of fantastic food, friendly staff and fast turn around times for food. If you love authentic Italian pizza this is the place for you.

Nice enough, but nothing to write home about. Menu looks quite flash but what actually hits the plate was a tad disappointing. The calamari entree turned out to be small crispy batter rings with minimal bits of desiccated calamari(?) randomly distributed throughout - pretty poor by any measure. While the entree was the only thing worthy of actual complaint during our visit, notably there was nothing worthy of compliment throughout the rest of the meal. Service was adequate, mains (pizzas) were ok(ish). Your mileage may vary but I don't think we'll be rushing back soon.

I am a real pizza snob after living very close to Five Dock, Liechardt and Haberfield in Sydney. When I moved to Brisbane I was devastated at the lack of good pizza this side of the valley. PV does not disappoint. The pizzas are authentic and amazing and the service is fantastic. I am so happy they opened here!
