Best Italian in Brissy - personal opinion. I've nearly eaten this entire thing by myself it was so good. Love everything about this little hole in the wall, always smiles and beautiful food.

Great little local restuarant. Service was lovely and food was nom nom nom. We sat outside and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. You can join the birthday club and receive a free bottle of wine when dining in! We had the fried olives what a treat! Calamari fritte and wood fired pizza all recommended! I heard the espresso martinis were the best ones ever and thats from an expert! Haha

Lovely pizza from a small resturant. The menu mainly consist of small share plates and pizza plus some desserts and kids pizzas. There is only 1 pasta dish and a limited wine selection (especially if you buy by the glass). The pizza was realy tasty and there was a good choice of toppings to pick from. Outdoor seeying is undercover and casual yet a bit romantic with all the fairy lights and greenery. Would certainly go again.

Always delicious Napoli style pizza! I recently placed an order online & arrived early to collect. The staff noted my early arrival and made my pizza almost immediately, then brought it out to me as I waited in my car! Amazing service and amazing flavours. Highly recommended.

Last night we had the most fabulous dinner at Prova Pizzeria the food is out of this world the ambiance is perfect, we were having a romantic dinner and the location is perfect peaceful and the outdoor seating lets you see up into the starry night sky. I had my favourite the divine lasagna and Steve had a spectacular pizza, two glasses of red and delicious desserts. We love our local and are always so happy to see that even during the week the place was full of happy people. It's also a fabulous place for young families to take their kids for an early dinner. Thanks guys for creating such a sensational place in our community

4 of us dined at Provo last night. We had the Squid, garlic bread and radicchio salad (that salad was beyond good!) as well as a couple of pizzas. The Gamberi Pizza was terrific! My fav. Service was great and thank you for the bottle of wine as a gift for my birthday. A nice touch and very much appreciated.

Wonderful authentic Italian food. Rating of 4 is only because i prefer less authentic food. Rating of 5 for the food, staff were very helpful, we had 6 people with pizzas, lasagne, and entrees, drinks for around $28 per person, and we took plenty home having not got through the large pizzas. The pizzas and lasagne were all specially authentic, not like your typical. Wonderful atmosphere Must try

I have been here about 4 times with family and friends and absolutely love it. The pizzas are a decent size and really really tasty. The service is quick (despite being busy) and very friendly, the staff are very attentive, always checking if there is anything else we need or how our meals are. Now let's get down to the serious end of business...dessert! All I can say is OMG the NuStella and Gnocchini are to die for. This place is definitely worth the trek over the story bridge from the Southside of Brisbane.

Best Napoli style pizza around Brisbane. The antipasti for 4 comes out with the meat hanging up and it looks and tastes sooooo good, did only share between 2 of us though. Reasonably priced and friendly service, have eaten here a few times and will definitely be back again!

Celebrating my birthday last night with my family and had the choice of where to eat. Easy choice. Prova as always excellent food, wine and service. Have been to Prova about 8 times over the last 12 months and they never disappoint. Best pizza in town!!!

Only reason this got a 4 star is the wait time for take away we were told 25 minutes for it to be almost 40 waiting outside for it while two customers came and got served in that time. Customer service is on point pizza is tasty that’s the only reason it’s not a 5 star

Fabulous Italian restaurant in the suburbs. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is vibrant and intimate. I love sitting outside as I can bring my mini-schnauzer with me. The pizza would rival the best restaurants in Brisbane and the 100 layer lasagne is definitely worth a try!

Excellent service. We were a little early for our pick up and the lovely lady accelerated our order (which she didn't have to). So I went back to the car to wait before going back in, but to our surprise she came out, found our car and hand delivered our pizzas. Oh and by the way, the Pizzas were exceptional. Incredible pizza, with a delicious chewy dough. Only got takeaway this time but was surprised at how nice the outdoor area is. Ambience would be great for a date night. Update: wasn't disappointed by the ambience and a date night there was perfect. The Chianti is on point, the staff are friendly and helpful and the pizza is still worth every cent and more. Try the zucca, your taste buds will thank you!!

You know a place must be good when it is booked out even before opening time. Thankfully they squeezed us in. And the food just keeps getting better. Tonight my wife ordered Pork & beef meatballs, light chilli tomato sugo. It was magnificent. I smashed a four cheese pizza with extra gorgonzola - done just perfectly. The locals love to take their kids there, so it's family friendly too. Give it a go!

Arrived not long before closing on a weekday and expected to be turned away but on the contrary, staff were very welcoming and friendly, everything on the menu appeared available to us and our delicious meal was on our table in record time! So delicious! Reading through the reviews I was a little sceptical but it’s clear some people don’t know how an authentic Italian pizza is supposed to be served! Ordered the cheese focaccia and Margherita pizza on Ubereats, the cheese focaccia was super cheesy and had just enough garlic and was deliciously salty! And the Margherita pizza had a beautiful thin base, the sauce was flavourful and the crust was nice and soft and chewy! Prova will definitely be on my list to go out for a nice dinner!

As always, a great dining experience. We visited with our 5 year old grandson who apart from loving the special kid's pizza, also thoroughly enjoys the calamari and the gelato. Nice atmosphere and food was quite good. Had a birthday group and disappointed to learn no bill splitting and a $15 cake fee if you bring a cake. $5 would have seemed more reasonable. But no bill splitting was annoying in a large group

Prova was recommended to me by a neighbour and, now having bought takeaway, am recommending Prova to you. I purchased Meatballs (delicious pork/beef meat with rich tasty tomato sauce) and Capricciosa Pizza with anchovies (rustic base with just right blend of mushrooms, ham, artichokes and olives). I ordered online and found communication with Pizzeria fantastic. They rang me to see if an earlier pickup suited (which was perfect for me) and then again when I was late for pickup as I got lost (terrific as it ensured I ate the food when it was still at its best). I certainly will be back to support this local amazing eatery, with both takeaway and (hopefully when current restrictions are lifted) dine in.

Place was super busy. Staff were obviously busy but tried their best. The food was fresh but took a while to come. Normally I wouldn't complain but when the pizza came the base was undercooked in the middle, very little tomato sauce, yet soggy and wouldn't hold the many ingredients. It could be we just got unlucky, but given their focus is pizza, it was disappointing.

This place is in my top 2 restaurants in Brisbane. The food is wonderful. I think they even make the cheese themselves. The pizza base is light and fluffy as well as perfect ingredients. Desert again was a another culinary win. The service was for want a better word. Perfect. Will be going again and reccomend you too experience fantastic food.

Great pizza! Rather authentic, which surprised me for the area it is in - not really known for its strong Italian population! But the pizzas themselves are wonderful, and there is nary a chicken pizza to be found. They are comprised of three to five ingredients, and are focused. The bresaola pizza is a strong recommend, and I must say that splitting the menu by red and white pizza is fabulous and adds to the feel of authenticity. The squid is fine, and the desserts are fine, but definitely make a trip for the pizza.

Probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Including the pizza I've eaten in Italy. Walked in on a busy Sunday night to order take-away and walked out within 15 minutes with the freshest set of pies I've seen. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant seemed really clean and fresh. Would highly recommend for people of all ages on any occasion.

I cannot fault these guys. 5/5 for literally everything. Food is next level amazing. Service is fantastic - the staff are super happy and friendly and work really well as a team. Made a reservation that morning on Valentine's Day later that nite me and my partner were well served and enjoyed a nice meal. Close to public transport. Enjoyable menu and drink list. We just tried Prova for the first time today, got the carnavore, a pesto, and a ham and pineapple for the kids, and they were awesome. It was the most authentic (and delicious) italian pizza we've tasted outside of Italy. I ordered around 5:10pm, and it was ready for pickup at 5:30pm, which I was impressed with. The kids pizza's came with cute little ears, which was a nice touch, although it turns out they also double as bite sized snacks on the drive home. The kids will never know :)

Definitely in my top 5 favourite Italian pizza. Very friendly staff, kitchen was close to shut but they still gave me food without putting me in a rush (thing that sadly still happens in many places..) the margherita I had was pretty good.

Probably should dine in the future but ordered from Uber for dinner tonight. Ordered a garlic style pizza bread and margherita pizza. Wasn't super hot by time it arrived but that's not the fault of the restaurant. Pizza was tasty though and enjoyed how thin the pizza was. Not sure if I liked the garlic pizza. The flavour wasn't what I expected , also slightly burnt.
