I have been getting pizza delivered from Crust Pizza Erindale fairly regularly and while the pizza once it arrived was fresh and hot and exactly what I ordered, the slow service tonight was very disappointing. I waited over and hour and half for the pizza to be delivered, despite being told that the expected delivery time was an hour. When I rang to enquire about what happened I was told it would only be about 5-10 minutes, so I thought OK. About 15-20 minutes later I phoned to see how things were progressing and I found the customer service officer to be difficult to deal with. Firstly I had to say my name three times and then say my address another 3-4 times, but the customer service officer did not seem to want understand me and he said he had too many orders and was not able to find my order. I am generally a patient person, but tonight Crust Erindale really tried my patience. Finally the pizza order did arrive and it was good. Yes I will continue to order from here because they are usually OK, but some improvements on customer service would be good.

I phoned in an order and the word was ‘10-15 Minutes’ I arrived 20 minutes after that call and the pizza wasn’t even in the oven. There wasn’t many orders going and the more weren’t many boxes ready to be picked up. If it’s going to take longer then you need to be honest. Pizzas came out good though

Kids chicken and pineapple pizza was great but the garden salad was dismal. Mostly lettuce, a ridiculous amount of onion (like half an onion, I kid you not), a few cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. Of course the tiny amount of salad dressing was all on the onion which I picked out and put to the side, because nobody wants to eat half a raw onion, I was left with plain salad leaves. Pretty disappointing. 1 star for the salad, 4 stars for the pizza.

I got a supreme, the flavours were there and it was well cooked. The reason for 3 stars and not more is the pizza prep was a bit haphazard, some parts had cheese some none. There was nothing anywhere near the edges, a bit stingy considering they charge a premium price. A little more attention to detail and a little more generous with the topping and this could be a 5 star pizza worth the price.

Ordered an 1889 Margherita and it was severely lacking toppings. Only 2 bits of the mozzarella balls... not many cherry tomatoes. Might as well have bought the cheaper Margherita here. Pesto Chicken club had little to no avocado. It seemed like the staff didn’t want to put on the toppings that make the pizzas the prices they are? Pizzas in the end tasted okay but lacked the important flavours. Only the crust and size of the pizzas were better than cheap pizza places in the area.

I ordered 18 pizzas on Wednesday evening for myself. This lovely gentlemen named Phoenix Easterby-Wood answered the phone, and took my order perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I was contemplating ordering from another Pizza store, but after this experience I will never stop eating at Erindale Crust. Please give this man a promotion if you can, and to all consumers reading this please tip Phoenix Easterby-Wood if you see him in store. Could not be happier, thank you very much Phoenix Easterby-Wood.

Unless you like fancy sounding ingredients on pizza then probably wouldn't recommend unless your only other alternative is Domino's. Toppings are pretty scant for the price - a fair to middling pizza overall

The service was fast. The food was delicious. It costs more then most pizzas but you see what you pay for. The website is a little cumbersome. Everyone is looking for the add ons. I will be back.

Love the pulled pork pizza from Crust. The online ordering process is dead easy (even for a techno-idiot like me 🙂). Pizza is usually ready well before the estimated time too
