I've never had a bad experience with the food at this place. The staff always seem happy to help, even just before knockoff. I often order delivery off their app, as it's easy to use and convenient. The delivery man turned around one time, because he forgot a side dish. He was very apologetic, and left in a hurry. Pretty based place I would say.

I'm pleased they've lifted their game after bad reviews.. I found the pizza fresh and crunchy and topped wirh a good amount of ingredients. I wanted to try the pasta but the minimum delivery charge meant I would have had to order three large serves to have it delivered. I had a supreme. It was good

I go to Crust at least once a week. This store has very high quality pizzas, great staff with good attitudes and timely service. I've never had any dramas with the Parap store. 5/5 do recommend

Although out of stock of vegan cheese, the large veggie pizza I chose (which was one of several options) was absolutely delicious, and much, much bigger than from Dominos or Pizza Hut. It was ready is less than 15min, and the fella serving was very friendly and efficient. Will be back!

Tasty pizza. Unlike the other reviews, we never had any bad delivery experiences. It has always been on time and the delivery guy always friendly. The menu is also quite diverse.
