After experiencing the worst customer service from the Wendouree store, we came here to pick up pizzas instead and the manager took the time to listen and discuss our experience. I appreciated that so much, especially when there was no fault on the Delecombe end. Thank you so much to the manager and thank you for the delicious pizzas and make us feel heard!

After waiting 45m for my pick up order pasta wrong order pizza cold cheese stick cold cost around $40 the cooking of pasta like glow I do not eat red sauce so for me had to reheat pizza and cheese sticks. Sorry but if you can not keep up with your demands for take away!!!

The only reason for the low score was we waited 1 hour for our order and 2 of the pastas were the wrong ones, pizza was like eating a piece of leather and to top it off the lady in the kitchen started yelling at the guy at the register with a shop full of customers, very unprofessional. Also need someone to take the lead and direct staff on what their job actually is

Whilst this store is small in size and situated on a corner of a shopping centre, the pizzas we tried were good quality and tasted great. Whilst the pizzas aren't the run of the mill budget style pizzas - and therefore have a slightly higher price tag, there are some good deals and a large selection to cater for families and large groups. The front cashier area is cramped and only one door in/out so leaving with a big order can be adventurous - should the store be busy, however the staff seem happy to help you out if you ask them. They seem to work efficiently with what space they have and were quite busy when I arrived, however they had my order ready within the short time quoted over the phone. There seems to be no suitable dine in option here atm, but we are dealing with Covid restrictions and this is a new store so I'm assuming we might see some sort of dining option evolve over summer. (Looks to be a good sized footpath area around the store that might make good outdoor dining area). They seem to have other stores in other areas which are mentioned on their website, however the website at the time of writing this still lists them as coming soon. This is a bit concerning if you've ordered over the phone and then can't find them at the shopping centre. - Perhaps a more updated website with a map including locations of the new stores PRIOR to them opening will help this issue and help generate more publicity? I see this store catering more for mature tastes and a great lunch option for work or dinner when you have guests over. Their larger catering options would also be good for parties, but with such a small shop, I'd personally make a call an hour or 2 in advance just to give them the chance to be prepared.

Hey guys... just wanted to say you do THE best pizza in Ballarat, and possibly further! Proper, generous sizing (no changing the goalposts like the dots-&-tiles mob) loaded, fresh toppings and brilliant bases. My hubby is the ultimate fussy pizza connoisseur...we've seriously tried 'em all... seriously! And none measure up to yours. Credit where credit is due. Loving it... keep up the great work!! 🍕🍕 👌

Absolutely amazing customer service. The chef got one of my pizza's wrong and gave us the mixed up pizza and the new one. I ordered a meal deal 4, pizza's and garlic bread were amazing. Pizza was like a gourmet pizza from a general place. Absolutely worth the price and will be coming back again. My go to pizza place for sure now.

I've had delivery twice and pick up once. So 3 occasions and the food has always been spot on. Their pizzas are great with a good base and generous toppings. Their pastas are also good. I've tried the gnocchi and fettuccine and the gnocchi is quite good for what is essentially fast food. The best part is they are open until 3am. Ballarat lacks late night options other than HJs or Maccas so this place is brilliant.

The pizzas have been beautiful, so much toppings & very filling. We've always just grabbed Domino's pizza's for a quick & easy dinner - cheap BUT definitely not satisfying like your pizzas - we've found our new pizza shop! Thanks.

Excellent pizzas excellent staff, the consistency here is outstanding, heaps of toppings, the wait times if you go before the rush is only about 15 mins or so but I'm easily happy to wait 45 mins+ for their pizzas as they're worth all the time in the world haha that's only happened once and was due to lockdown announcement everyone rushed out to get pizza 🤣

Edit: In the past 5 months I have ordered pizza and pasta all over town but keep going back to Almafi's DTC for their amazing classic pizzas I still won't order their pasta, but cannot fault their pizza, 5 satisfied tummies in this house 🤤 Original comment* Fettuccine carbonara was tasteless, pasta was stuck together, it was so dry I couldn't eat it, really disappointing 😔
