This was my first time ordering from your restaurant. It was a really delicious pizza which arrived quickly for delivery and was hot which is even better! Really beautiful wood-fired base and I definitely will return, hopefully soon and in person once it’s a bit safer to do so.

Ordered pickup from here on a lockdown Saturday night, it was sooooo tasty, only took 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and fried calamari to be ready. The staff were so friendly, they all greeted me by name when I walked thru the door as they were anticipating my arrival! I love how the sauce went all the way leaving a thin crust 😍 amazing hybrid of wood fire and thin crust.

Fantastic food! Authentic and delicious food that is fresh, vibrant and wholesome cooking. I had 4 people in my party and we chose the set menu. It was plenty of food for all of us with many good quality items to choose from. The wine and other drinks were very reasonable in price. The coffee was great too. We had churros for dessert which were incredible. Service was spot on. I couldn't fault this restaurant. I loved all the food I tried and so too did everyone else in my group. We will definitely return.

Some of the BEST Italian food I have ever had. They get super busy but it’s honestly worth the wait - every single dish was perfection and incredibly tasty. The Chorizo pizza, Alex’s special penne pasta with hot salami, eggplant parmigiana, all amazing dishes, highly recommend any of those. Definitely a place I will return to for a well-deserved comfort meal.

Fantastic atmosphere. Very good food with generous portions. The share platters are excellent value and are a very good size. Highlight dishes include the meatballs, calamari, Balmain bug and prawn risotto. Good wine choices too. Very good personable service as well. Cost was very reasonable overall. It’s a very good place. One of my top picks for High Street Northcote. Very accommodating to my gluten free diet, staff always remembers me, and the menu has a great selection. I’ve dined in and has delivery and it’s always great. Any time there has been a minor issue they are always super quick to fix things without a fuss. I suggest the calamari with rocket salad or salmon pizza.

We absolutely loved our evening here. The service was so very friendly and very professional and the atmosphere was really welcoming, cheerful and warm. Three of us had seafood pastas and they were exceptionally good, as was Alex's penne special which the fourth person in our group had. The quality of the seafood was excellent and the overall flavours superb. What a treat it was to dine there.

The owner had really good interaction with the customers which is always a plus. He was really funny and nice. There was a table full of ravenous boys, hungry for all the world had to offer! 5 of us came for our yearly Xmas catch up. The place was buzzing with a cool High St vibe. Service was super friendly and professional. We decided to share the Mezze platter for entree yummo. Then we shared plates for mains. The calamari, was so tender, beautiful fish, pasta ragu was delicious and the pizza had a perfect authentic base and toppings. We didn’t have deserts as we enjoyed cocktails instead. Had a great time will be back

We went here on boxing day as most other restaurants were closed. We were pleasantly surprised as the pizza was outstanding, the beer was good and we had one of the best cocktails ever (Ginsecco). We will definitely be coming back!

Went there three times: first, the gnocchi with cheeses, second time, homemade spaghetti with brussel sprouts and anchovies, and third time, three types of vegetarian pizzas. Every single one was amazing! great service, wonderful food with really unusual, but fantastic, combinations: the wild mushroom pizza and the cheese and caramelised onions were a huge winner with my friends and me. We get pizzas, pasta sometimes, pretty much every week. We've tried all the pizzas in the area, and Pizza E Vino is the best. Prompt and friendly delivery, always, and the food is fantastic. I hope you never, ever shut down!

We ordered three dishes and it was one thumbs up and two thumbs down. The lamb tapas served with bread and it was delicious; flavoursome and meat was tender. The serving size was generous for its price and we really enjoyed it. Being a pretty highly recommended Italian restaurant, we decided to order a buffalo pizza - a simple dish that should stand on its own when prepared with good ingredients. We found it disappointing as it tasted bland and lacked any depth of different ingredients. The third we had was seafood linguine, which was also ho-hum. The seafood serving was generous but there was no aroma/flavour of seafood in the pasta. We were hoping to discover a good spot to be our go-to neighborhood Italian restaurant but this doesn't make the grade.

Seriously the best pizzas in Melbourne and possibly the world. I grew up in Carlton and I will tell you the pizzas here are the best in Melbourne. Have brought many overseas friends here for pizza who will say the same. In fact they tell me, I've destroyed pizza for them forever, as they know they'll have pizza as amazing as this again. Pizzas always have the freshest ingredients, and they're always consistent, anytime, any day, you always get it exactly the same. Bellisimo.

The sharing platter with the seafood was very delicious, just would have been better if the barramundi fish was grilled rather than battered and fried. Besides that everything was just fantastic. My husband & I eat here every week. We live 2 mins away & after trying every other Italian place on High St Northcote, we only come here now because the food is so fresh & delicious. It’s our go-to place for pizza, pasta & the best lamb chops & calamari in the northern suburbs. Don’t confuse it with the place opposite the Palace Cinema in Westgarth. This is way better with much more generous serves! Service is warm & friendly here always. Enzo, Bella & Georgia are all charming!

Enjoyed a beautiful evening with friends at Pizza E Vino. We ordered a sharing platter.... The platter had a very decent portion of lamb cutlets, a spicy and tangy marinated chicken pieces, crispy beer battered fish, crispy aranchini and beautifully cooked lobsters... The entree we ordered was the wood fired garlic bread and meatballs. The well balanced hit of tomato sauce and the tender meatballs was spot on. The saganaki was divine....Loved every bite of it... Arrived to be told that there was no reservation in my name :( but the owner(?) fitted us in and apologised for mix up (not his fault remember) and proceeded to make our dinner a lovely one. that is service. Not only because they make the best pizzas in town but also because the customer service warmth and generosity of the people working Pizza E Vino there make me want to spend my money there... don't let this distract you from the fact that the food pyramid is in the shape of a pizza slice and should be consumed on a regular basis...
