To say when you find a cracker of a pizza restaurant you stick to it, would be understating how much my wife and I love this place. Cool vibes, fantastic mien host and super tasty pizza with nice vino selection. We have ordered the same delectable old school style pizza for over 10 years! ‘Exit the Dragon’ hot salami, Scamorza cheese with extra tiger prawns! We went into severe lockdown withdrawal when they shut during pandemic. Pizza Miene Liebe is just Senbloodysational!

Might be the best pizza I've had, and I've had alot. Not your super traditional neopolitan-style base, but an incredbly moorish dough almost like a cross between a regular base and a foccacia, salty and delicious. We had the vegan cheese on the 'straight-up' and the pumplin/truffle pizza - both were to die for.

It’s so good that I even bought the t-shirt 😍 man the pizzas are delist but so are the entrees, the service, the decor - everything! What a great little find in Northcote and I had heard rumours about it and travelled from the CBD whilst on a business trip to Melbourne and the $17 uber was worth it! Yum!

This is an excellent spot for pizza in Northcote and definitely a highlight among all the many pizza restaurants which I have visited. The Truffle Hog pizza is one of the best pizzas I have ever had and I will definitely be returning to have it again. As an added bonus there are plenty of bars nearby which make for a superb night out.

We frequent Pizza Meine Liebe because they are super friendly to the kids (they give them dough to play with) and the pizzas are pretty good. We especially like the crust. Our favorite pizza is the mushroom pizza, the kids like the Margherita and the red white and blue. The banana split is also a family favorite. Personally, the cheese cake is a favorite. The caprese is awesome, love the addition of roasted pinenuts.

Nice little pizza place in Northcote. Not traditional pizzas, but alternatives that a corporate things like broccoli and chestnut. If you’re going for the first time you should book. Had to wait, and put my name down, but luckily there’s a bar next door. The entire croquettes are the bomb.

Really good pizza. First started coming here back in 2005 as my local in Northcote with periodic visits back over time. I must have eaten over 100 pizzas from this place in my life. Sadly, I now live far away. Next time I visit Melbourne this is on top of my places to visit.

Had a pizza sopressa, which was nice although a bit pricey, and sampled slices from the rest of the group. I was caught off guard by the vegetarian pizzas, which turned out to be exceptional - the eggplant pizza and Madame pipi pizza were both incredible. Sizes are 10" for small, 12" for large, so sharing a large or two is definitely recommend if you're eating out as a small group. Wine was very, very good. Service was quick but not particularly noteworthy. Kitchen closes at 8:30, so come an hour or two earlier if you want dessert.

I have loved this place for years! Fabulous pizza, pav and service. They have been faultless for years. They went above and beyond recently by personally delivering my pizza, when bloody uber eats could not! They also gave me a bonus treat! Their staff were so lovely and accommodating, thank ML you guys are the best!!!

My favourite pizza spot in Melbourne. They're usually busy, but if they're too busy to seat you they'll also deliver your pizza to your table at Joe's Shoe Bar next door, which expands the wine and beer list immeasurably...

Some of the pizzas are great, although the prosciutto used isn't top quality. Service is hit and miss and can be verging on arrogant and unfriendly at times, but guess what? There are just as good, if not better pizzas elsewhere and you get better service!

Pizzas average around twenty dollars and they are worth it. The pizza is the best in Melbourne by far. The Margherita, ortolana, wholly cheeses, repo, red, white and blue and Royale with cheese are my favs. Place gets packed in the evenings. Take away is just as good. Service is good. Friendly patient staff. Phenomenal pizza. Highly recommend

I pretty much hated pizza before discovering this place, nothing lived up to the ideal. If I ever met who was responsible for making their dough I'd probably dry hump their leg until one of us came. I got the calzone, every bite was a revelation, I was amazed at how many meatballs they managed to fit in the thing. For a larger set man eating alone in bed, a whole calzone was probably a bit much, at at $30 after delivery, but you could easily split that between 2-3 people and add a salad you'd have a meal you actually felt good about. Its only letdown was that the website lacked a really good backstory. I need a backstory to really complete the experience but otherwise 5 stars 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

Not your average mainstream Pizza restaurant .... and I'm not referring to its German name too. Very well made thin base Pizzas with cool names to go with it .... sassie napolitana, young turk and the chong just to name a few ..... how do they get away with it in this Politically Correct suburb :-)? Good and reasonable wines and beers too. BYO is cool too. Moreover, gotta love the interior of this restaurant; booths, plywood, 70's style, etc. just needed more lighting but this old diner set up is just so enjoyable.
