Not only is the quality of their pizzas beyond most of the restaurants I have been to, they also value the customer experience like no other. Yesterday, one of the employees mistook my order, and put through a small pizza; instead of a medium. While most places would have explained the issue, and made the customer pay for a medium. Southside only made me pay for the small pizza, and as it was already in the oven, they made a medium free of charge. They truly care about their customers, and I would highly recommend going if you would like a delicious pizza, and an ample customer service experience.

We've had every pizza+pasta under the sun in the Cheltenham region and only found these guys recently as we just switched over to menulog and found them. Jesus H Christ but we FINALLY have a pizza joint in Melbourne that just does EVERYTHING right. Not to say there's much wrong with others but everything is just perfect here. We ordered the meatlovers pizza, gnocchi and tiramisu and loved each item. The eye for detail is incredible, they don't oversaturate the pizza with sauce for flavour, you can TASTE the herbs they use in the mince and the texture is PERFECT. The tiramisu wasn't the cheap and nasty kind you normally find where they've overdone the sugar and made it too rich, it was actually perfectly balanced and you can properly taste the rum. We've now had 4 orders from this place and they're 10/10 in 4/4 orders. Seriously great job guys!

We found this place by accident as it is very close to our accommodation. I had a seafood marinara. My husband and my mother in law shared a pizza and a garlic bread. The food was delicious. Very friendly Family Business.

Pizza was exactly to order and well-enjoyed but it was disappointing to see the shop packed with Uber drivers and locals waiting shoulder-to-shoulder for their food. I appreciate the proprietors were very busy but they need to do better to disperse that behaviour and manage customer traffic - particularly during an outbreak. Perfect example of why we're sliding back down the COVID rabbit hole in Vic...

Ordered and 40 minutes later deliciousness delivered. Vegetarian pizza, garlic/cheese pizza, chips, lasagne and hot jam donuts. Highly recommend. Always order heaps so can have leftovers the next day!

What a hidden gem! Been coming here since it was called Xenias, and I can tell you their pizza quality has not suffered. I don’t get pizza that often, but when I do I like pizza stuffed with toppings, with generous portions of everything. Southside specialises in this. You’ll see what I mean when you try their pizza out, it’s a bit too good!! All this food for quite cheap as well. Service can be a bit slow but it’s well worth the wait, just call ahead.

What a legend. Pick up pizza right at closing time. Had a nice chat with the owner and told him it was my first visit but my gf was a regular and he flipped me a free garlic pizza. Best deep pan style pizza around, Delicious and family size is supper economical with high quality toppings. drove 10 minutes to pick up I’d drive a half hour for those pizzas any night of the week....

Hey guys I ordered a couple of large pizzas last night and when I came to pick them up I noticed you were all so busy it was crazy in there but the food was still amazing the pizza dough was beautiful and fluffy, generous with toppings and it was the best pizza we have ever had keep up the good work guys I will definitely be a life time customer of you all . staff are friendly and food amazing you will not be disappointed

I ordered through UberEats, The Restaurant made an honest mistake and sent the wrong order to me. They bent over backwards to fix the error, I ended up with double the food we needed for dinner, not to mention it was the best pizza I have had in a long time. 5 stars is not enough for Southside Pizza and Pasta!

I got home late last night & had no time to cook dinner so came across this funky pizza shop & ordered a chicken and pineapple pizza! It was the best decision I made all day, from walking in to being greeted by not just ONE but all FOUR people behind the counter it was a nice, warm feeling being made to feel so welcome into a place. The pizza was AMAZING from the perfect crust to my cheese literally oozing out, it was most definitely a mouth watering experience. If i could give it a 10 star rating i would!! I highly recommend SouthSide and will OBVIOUSLY BE BACK!!

Xenia was pretty good BUT New Management / Southside is soooo much better. Genuinely friendly and smiling staff, 10/10 Pizza, 10/10 for value - generous with the toppings, tasty and well cooked. Also you can tell the quality of ham, cheese and other toppings is cleaner and better quality than Xenia. Highly Recommended
