The pizzas are really good but such a disappointment when we tried to go tonight. We made a booking for 8:30pm to celebrate a special date and drove a long way to arrive there and when I arrived 15 mins before my booking time there was a sign in the door saying that they were closed for renovations. How is it possible that there is no update about that in their social media and their system allowed me to make a booking.

Great authentic pizza, the dough is super tasty. The edge of the pizza is a bit too big for my taste, I would prefer less edge and more of the pizza:) They will ask you before you order, if you like still water or with bubbles, its not free. They will charge you for the water, cos its not tap water. It’s a bit different from other restaurants I used to know, especially the ones in NZ, where water is always free.

We have previously order takeaways, eaten in as a couple and last night, as a family of 8, which included our grandchildren. Every time, the service from the lovely Italian waitress has been welcoming and pleasant and as always, our meals have been outstanding and delicious. Having eaten pizza in Napoli, the home of pizza, Dough is by far, the best pizza restaurant in Perth. Compliments to a brilliant chef. Highly recommend 😊

Yay Dough Pizza finally opened from their reno, we are regulars here. I believe they are under new management now. Very friendly service and pizzas were delicious. We had Capricciosa and Diavola, they were juicy in the middle and crispy on the edge. Some pizzas and salads on their new menu at the moment, hoping they will build up their menu to include some Italian classics 😊

As someone who is gluten intolerant I was hesitant to try the place out because most pizza places have limited options. The margarita pizza with buffalo is a must try, it took me back to me back to Italy where I had my first margarita pizza. The gluten free base is the best I have had so far in Perth. Polenta chips are crispy and crunchy served with a beautiful sauce. Staff was just so friendly and provided great service and had great knowledge of the menu and gf options.

Another standard wood-fired pizza. the issue remains across perth with so many wood-fired pizzerias. there are only a handful which I have visited that did not suffer from similar issues. The dough in fact is great and the pizza looks GREAT however depending on what you order the taste can be signified as too salty and the at times soggy too. Its best eaten while it comes straight out of oven and take-away in my experience can defiantly lower the quality but overall very standard quality.

Very tasty food, it's BYO so remember to bring an alcoholic bevvie with you if you are that way inclined otherwise I recommend the jugs of house made iced tea. Great menu, just wish the serve of crispy polenta was bigger as it's delicious but rather tiny for the price.

Pizza wasn't an average pizza one would get anywhere, but it was good. I loved the tiramisu panna cotta. It wasn't sweet and it was fluffy. I will definitely be going back to try the vegetarian pasta and entrees. Staff was friendly and attentive. He was busy, but I didn't mind waiting since it was good service.

This is one of my favourite places for pizza in Perth. It never disappoints! They serve drinks (including cocktails) as well. The atmosphere is lively (which I really like) and staff is friendly. I've never had to book to get a table here. The side dishes are a bit expensive/small in my opinion. I didn't love the arancini, they were a bit greasy.

I tasted so many pizzas in Campania and Napoli, so believe me if I say that these guys make the best pizza in Perth. Informal place, suitable for everyone in any kind of occasion. Un saluto ad Andrea!

Ordered the capricciosa without the artichokes and it looked so good that I forgot to take a photo of it. Even though I was full we had these delicious doughnuts with Nutella that were so fluffy and perfect! The service was excellent with the waitress and chef checking to ensure everything was good. Thankyou :) Can’t wait to go again!

This restaurant is very popular among locals and quite busy for dine in and take away. Restaurant environment was welcoming , friendly staff and menu has some options for vegetarians. Pizza base was superb and so far best in Perth CBD, just 15 minutes walking from Perth station. I got my vegetarian pizza with ham piece on the top by mistake. First, they removed ham piece and gave the same pizza to me. When I refused to eat same pizza, it was given away for free to next table (lucky them!) and I got fresh one immediately. Also, they used fresh pizza cutter on a new pizza. This place deserves 5 stars but I am giving 4 stars for the ham piece on my vegetarian pizza. Keep up the good work guys. Will definitely come again and recommend this place.

I have to agree with several of the other reviews I read. Great food, not so great service. Pizza was great, I really loved their meats, sauce ,and crust. The cheese was not the best (but then again I didn't order the buffalo mozzarella so it's probably my fault) Also just FYI one pizza is probably enough food for two adults.

Fantastic place to have an authentic pizza! The mac and cheese balls had chunks of meat, which was a nice touch. The dipping sauce complimented the mac and cheese balls really well. The pizza dough was light and the toppings were generous. Well priced and tasty!

Hands down the best pizza in perth!!!!!very authentic and beautiful staff and service. We had the mortadella and pistachio add ricotta upon the recommendation of staff and it was to die for. This place has good food. Seriously. I absolutely love their garlic focaccia and pizza bases. If you’re into thin, “crispy” pizza bases then it probably won’t suit you. But if you’re like me and appreciate the texture of the dough in every bite you take, then this place is definitely for you! It’s not that their dough is thick, but it just has a very nice texture to it - which I think all good pizzas should be like! What makes a good pizza is its base, and they absolutely nail it. Also recommend their spaghetti allo scoglio and tiramisu. As a chef, I can say they execute their dishes wonderfully. Very well seasoned, and nice flavours. I like the amount of air and rise in the dough to give its texture. Panna cotta moulding and plating could be a lot better, but it still tasted good anyway. Customer service is average. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. Overall, I would definitely come back again. Recommend for anyone who loves their carbs and appreciates dough as much as I do.

A small area is available for eating in, and I can assume that it might be difficult to get a table when they are busy. The only negative is the wait time after ordering and I assume it comes from having a small team (it’s not a big place) and the pizza over does not look very big either.

I searched Perth’s top pizza and found this place to be the closest to me in Northbridge on the list. Was not disappointed the pizza is very good the guys clearly know their stuff. Napoli style thin crust with good puff, proper wood stone oven. No hesitation to return even the price is very reasonable, highlight for me is the smell of the cooking pizza which will make you drool

The pizzas here are generally pretty good, however I had a pasta dish for the first time and it was not a good experience. The carbonara had no sauce, all you could taste was the black pepper, and I think the black bits of carbon were meant to be the crispy pancetta. The last time I was here the panna cotta had a decent layer of rubbery oxidised skin to it as well. I think the lesson here is absolutely come for the pizza, just don't try anything else.

Wonderful authentic pizza. Ingredients used were fresh and taste just great. Burrata cheese and tiramisu was very very good. Service staff was attentive and thoughtful. It was so good, my family decided to take away another pizza for supper, staff offered to put near oven to keep warm till we leave. We came early, so we’re lucky to have a table without reservation. When we left at 7.15pm on a Saturday, it’s full house. So u might wanna make reservation to avoid disappointment. 👍🏻

We've been to dough pizza 5 times and the more we go, the more disappointed we are. The last time, it was busy and understaffed. But yesterday was chaotic. They changed owners overnight and didn't have the liquor licence and even though we booked weeks in advance, they didn't bother calling to let us know they will be BYO for the night so we arrived and were told to go for a walk to the bottle shop when we could have brought drinks from home without an issue. We waiting 15m + to get our order taken, drinks were forgotten. Half the staff was avoiding looking at you to not have to come to see us. Two new waiters we've never seen before were just here to look around do nothing and stand in the middle of the way when this regular Italian waiter who is always kind and helpful was trying to do his best to keep the boat on board. Nobody greeted us when we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes before even getting a "hi guys we will be with you shortly". Anyway the pizzas were good but wayyyyyy less toppings than usual. And at the end they couldn't split the bill property, with the amount being calculated off the top of the servers head, without the receipt specifying what We paid for (listed as "other"). We unfortunately won't be back. But good job to the Italian server with the glasses who was doing his best to make all customers happy!

The best pizza in Perth. The Australians are famous with not putting any spices on a pizza but not these guys. The pizzas are made on a firewood and taste sooo delicious I can probably finish two myself. The size of the pizza is about 36cm of diameter, which is quite big. I love this place and definitely would recommend it!

Wow, this place was fabulous! We went there for dinner last night and I had the Diavola and my wife had The Dough. It was THE finest THE most authentic italian style pizza I've had outside of Italy. If you're after a REAL pizza and not an americanised chain style slab of cardboard, this is the only place in Perth to go. I'll be back definitely!
