This place has amazing food and the customer service even better. My daughters and I dropped in this afternoon hoping for some pasta, but ended up getting pizza instead. The super friendly guy behind the counter (so sorry, I didn’t get your name) was absolutely amazing with my girls taking their order and helping them choose their toppings. He totally went above and beyond with them. End result was they ate every bite of their “special” pizza. We’ll definitely be back. Also I’m so sorry if I seemed grumpy, it was the end of a long day and I was tired and still had so many things to get done. I really really appreciate how wonderful you were!!

We ordered the penne alla vodka, cacciatore and Mexican pizza, they were all incredibly good. Generous sizes as well. The prices are a little bit more than what you would expect from a suburban pizza/pasta joint but I think that the prices are justified. Great comfort food if you live in the area!

First time we have ordered these pizzas we have 2 young girls who absolutely loved the cheese and tomato pizza we had the satay and the meat pizza AMAZING!!!! We will be telling all our friends we live in parkwood and pizza stayed hot and tasty until we arrived home Thanks to the team it was amazing

Always love Prima’s food but tonight was extraordinary! The most divine scaloppine marsala I’ve ever had. Delivery was even 10 minutes early. Best pizza, pasta and more. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Suprisingly delicious. I really like my pasta from this our local takeaway restaurant - the portion quite generous and it didn't take long time for the food to be ready . Definitely will come back to order for more. Well done Ciao

Great food! Most items are quite cheap especially for their quality. If you are in the area then I highly recommend you come here and try something from their menu.

Ordered pizza for a Friday night treat. I'm so used to the yummy crispy bases of Brando's in Vic Park, that I found the pizza bases here a bit too soggy for my liking. Toppings nice though.

Excellent pizza. Been a regular for years. Good range of pasta as well. Better than most independent rival stores and much better than chain stores. As other reviewers have pointed out it is cash only but there are three ATM machines right outside the store.

More of a takeaway place (although they have a small area for dine in). This place serves some of the best pizza and pasta I have ever had, and they offer a delivery service for a competitive fee too. I once ordered a pizza here and when I went to pick it up, it was just getting taken out of the oven. The owner looked at it and said it was a tad burnt (looked all right to me), so he was making a fresh one for me. He apologised for the delay, but what struck me more was their commitment to quality. Edit: I hope the standards here are not slipping. The lasagna that was part of our order today was frozen in the middle. Yuck.

I read similar review below that I completely agree with. The food is fantastic but I honestly cannot believe the fact that they still do not have electronic payment. In a day and age where even street vendors and food carts have eftpos, this is absurd. I know for a fact that the reason they are still surviving is that their pasta is so amazing, but seriously guys, please get with the times. I would come that much more often, honestly.

Not biased at all because my friend's dad owns the shop. It has amazing pizza and have had from here multiple times. Never disappointing

Best pasta...missed the taste after moving out of WA. All of menu is just perfect, no matter you order your food with chicken, seafood or bacon expect a food that is cooked with passion .. Love this food and thanks Prima..

What you would expect. Nice pizza. A little soggy. Nothing special. Kind of strange that they dont have eftpos. Also annoying that they dont ribs anymore. Even when it says new on the menu. At least scrub it out.

I only gave 3 stars because Prima dont have eftpos facilities.the pizza and pasta is good but inconvenient to have to carry cash.i dont understand how a business can be profitable in this day and age with out electronic payments.
